Description

The present invention relates to a measurement adapter, and more particularly to a measurement adapter capable of measuring a voltage or the like by safely connecting a measurement terminal of a measurement device to an energization terminal portion exposed to the outside.

Conventionally, when connecting a power supply line to a load device such as an electric device or a mechanical device, a connection facility having a connection terminal on the power supply side and the load side is arranged, and the wiring on the power supply side is connected to the power connection terminal. Connect the load side wiring to the load side connection terminal.

For example, each household of general consumers whose power is supplied from a commercial power source to the load device measures the amount of power used and charges according to the amount of power used. It is arranged.

4A and 4B are diagrams showing the watt hour meter, where FIG. 4A is a front view, FIG. 4B is a side view, and FIG. 5 is a front view of the watt hour meter showing a connection terminal block of the watt hour meter. As shown in FIG. 4, the watt-hour meter 210 includes a main body unit 220 that integrates and measures the amount of supplied power consumed, and a connection terminal block 230 that attaches a commercial power source and wiring on the load device side of each door. It has been. This watt-hour meter 210 is of a three-phase, three-wire type, and as shown in FIG. 5, input terminals 231, 231, 252, 253 from commercial power sources are connected to the connection terminal block 230. 232, 233 and output terminals 234, 235, 236 to which wirings 254, 255, 256 to breakers arranged on the load device side are connected. The main body 220 is interposed in a path between the input terminals 231, 232, 233 on the commercial power supply side and the output terminals 234, 235, 236 on the load device side.

These terminals 231 to 236 are arranged so as to be exposed on the connection terminal block 230, and the connection terminal block 230 is provided with an insulating cover 250 that covers these terminals 231 to 236. In this state, the terminals 231 to 236 cannot be contacted from the outside. And when connecting the measurement terminal of a measuring device to each terminal 231-236, the said insulation cover 250 is removed from the connection terminal block 230, and the terminals 231-236 are exposed outside.

Further, in such a watt-hour meter 210, the connection of the wires 251 to 256 to the terminals 231 to 236 is performed by connecting the core wires exposed by stripping the coatings of the ends of the wires 251 to 256 to the terminals of the connection base. It attaches to 231 to 236 and is performed by tightening the terminals 231 to 236 with two tightening screws 241, 242, 243, 244, 245 and 246.

In such a watt-hour meter 210, a connector is detachably disposed on the terminals 231 to 236 of the connection terminal block, and an input electric wire and an output electric wire are connected to the connector, thereby preventing a short-circuit accident between the electric wires. However, a technique for safely performing a wire replacement operation or the like has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, in such a watt-hour meter 210, it may be confirmed whether or not electric power is supplied at an appropriate voltage from a commercial power source. In such a case, the insulating cover 250 is removed from the connection terminal block 230. A voltage meter is connected to the exposed input terminals 231, 232, and 233 for voltage measurement. When the voltage is measured at the connection terminal block 230, as shown in FIG. 6, the hook clip 261 from the voltmeter is attached to the heads of the fastening screws 241, 242, and 243 for fixing the input wires to the input terminals. , 262, 263 are connected.

In addition, a technique has been proposed in which an adapter is attached to the terminal unit to facilitate connection of the shed clip. In Patent Document 2, as a continuity test adapter, a plurality of conductive pins that can be inserted into respective conductor insertion holes of a terminal block having a plurality of conductor insertion holes, and the plurality of conductive pins are inserted into the conductor insertion holes. A non-conductive holder that is arranged at a pitch substantially equal to the pitch of the holes and supports the base end portions in an exposed state is described. According to the adapter described in Patent Document 2, when the holder is gripped and each conductive pin is aligned with each conductive wire insertion hole and the holder is advanced, each conductive pin is inserted into each conductive wire insertion hole from its distal end side. At the same time, they can be inserted and mounted, and a continuity test can be performed by connecting the base end of each conductive pin and a test device such as a tester via a cord.

However, the connector described in Patent Document 1 only facilitates the connection work between the terminal and the electric wire, and the head of the fastening screw of the input terminal only protrudes slightly from the surface of the terminal. Cannot be fixed securely and cannot be solved easily.

In addition, since this input terminal can be connected by opening the opening clip in the parallel direction, the closing clip may simultaneously contact two adjacent terminals to cause a short circuit accident. There is sex. For this reason, in such voltage measurement, there has been a problem that work must be performed with great care so as not to cause a short-circuit accident, and work efficiency is not good.

In addition, the adapter described in Patent Document 2 is configured to connect the shed clip to the pin-shaped connection portion, so that the problem of detaching immediately can be solved, but there are two shed clips. The possibility of causing a short-circuit accident by contacting with the connection pin of this has not been resolved.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a measuring adapter that can measure a voltage or the like by safely and surely connecting a measuring terminal to an energizing terminal portion exposed to the outside.

In the present invention, the means for solving the above-mentioned problems is attached to the measurement object, electrically connected to the energizing terminal portion that is exposed to the outside of the measurement object, and connected to the measurement terminal of the measuring instrument. A measuring adapter having a measurement-side connection portion, a cover member attached to the measurement object so as to cover the energization terminal portion, and the cover being electrically connected to the measurement-side connection portion and the cover A bar-shaped member that is slidably disposed in a portion corresponding to the current-carrying terminal portion of the member, and that is electrically connected with a tip end in contact with the current-carrying terminal portion to be measured; and the cover member An opening provided outside and covers the rod-shaped member and the measurement-side connection portion, and is formed at a location corresponding to the measurement-side connection portion so that the measurement terminal is inserted and connected to the measurement-side connection portion. Preparation A covering member, the arranged bar-like member, a spring member for pressing toward the bar-like member to the energization terminal portion, a measurement adapter comprises a.

According to the present invention, when the measuring adapter is attached to the measurement target, the cover member is in a state of covering the conductive terminal portion, while the rod-shaped member is pressed by the spring member and comes into contact with the energizing terminal portion, so that the measurement side connection The part is electrically connected to the conduction terminal part. Since the rod-shaped member is pressed by the spring member, it is in a good conductive state with the conductive terminal portion. Further, in this state, the conduction terminal portion and the measurement side connection portion which are charging portions are covered with the cover member and the covering member, so that the charging portion is not exposed to the outside. In addition, since the measurement terminal is easily connected to the measurement side connection through the opening of the covering member, it is prevented from contacting other parts of the measurement adapter, and a short-circuit accident can be reliably prevented. The measurement terminal of the measuring device can be safely and surely connected to the energization terminal portion exposed to the outside, and voltage or the like can be measured.

An embodiment of a measuring adapter according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1A and 1B show a watt-hour meter to which a measurement adapter according to an embodiment is attached. FIG. 1A is a front view, and FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line AA in FIG. is there. The watt-hour meter 210 to be measured is the same as the three-phase three-wire type shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the watt-hour meter 210 includes a main body 220 and a connection terminal block 230. Further, in the same manner as shown in FIG. 5, the connection terminal block 230 is arranged on the load device side with input terminals 231, 232, 233 to which input electric wires 251, 252, 253 from a commercial power source are connected. Output terminals 234, 235 and 236 to which output electric wires 254, 255 and 256 to the breaker are connected are provided. The main body 220 is interposed in a path between the input terminals 231, 232, 233 on the commercial power supply side and the output terminals 234, 235, 236 on the load device side.

In this example, the measurement adapter 10 according to the embodiment is attached to the connection terminal block 230 of the watt-hour meter 210. In this measurement adapter 10, the measurement adapter 10 disposed on the connection terminal block 230 of the watt-hour meter 210 is attached to the connection terminal block 230, and it is confirmed whether or not power is supplied from a commercial power source at an appropriate voltage. To do. Therefore, the measurement adapter 10 can perform voltage measurement on the input terminals 231, 232, and 233 arranged on the connection terminal block 230.

Next, the measurement adapter will be described. 2A and 2B show the configuration of the measuring adapter according to the embodiment. FIG. 2A is a front view, FIG. 2B is a cross-sectional view corresponding to the line AA in FIG. It is sectional drawing equivalent to the BB line in FIG. 2 (a) of the measuring adapter which concerns on the form example of (a), (a) shows the state before attaching a measuring adapter to a watt-hour meter, (b) Shows a state where the adapter for measurement is attached to the watt hour meter.

The measuring adapter 10 includes a cover member 11 that is a synthetic resin plate attached to the connection terminal block 230 of the watt-hour meter 210, and a covering member 30 that is also a pair of synthetic resin boxes arranged outside the cover member 11. Provide as a housing.

The measuring adapter 10 is electrically connected to the rod-shaped members 21, 22, and 23 and the rod-shaped members 21, 22, and 23 by small-diameter flexible cables 57, 58, and 59 in the casing. , 23 and measuring side connection portions 51, 52, 53 extending in a direction orthogonal to the configuration are arranged.

The cover member 11 is attached to the connection terminal block 230 with screws 13 through a rubber plate 12 as a cushioning material and a waterproof material. Thereby, the cover member 11 covers the input terminals 231, 232, 233 and the fastening screws 241, 242, 243 that are the current-carrying terminal portions exposed to the outside of the connection terminal block 230.

The measurement-side connecting parts 51, 52, 53 are connected by sandwiching a cleaver clip as a measurement terminal of the voltmeter, and are formed of a metal plate such as a copper plate, for example, in a flat plate shape that is easy to nip the cleaver clip. Is formed.

The rod-shaped members 21, 22, and 23 are, for example, brass needle-shaped members, and the tips of the input terminals 231, 232, and 233 have a frustoconical shape, and the input terminals 231, 232, A portion corresponding to 233 is pierced and slidable toward the input terminals 231, 232, 233.

Further, the covering member 30 is formed with holding portions 31, 32, 33 for slidably holding the heads of the rod-shaped members 21, 22, 23, and the measurement side connection portions 51, 52, 53. A shelf 60 is connected. The measurement side connection parts 51, 52, 53 are attached to the shelf 60 with screws 54, 55, 56 and nuts 61, 62, 63. Reference numerals 64, 65, and 66 denote washers, and the cables 57, 58, and 59 are attached to the washers 64, 65, and 66.

The covering member 30 has openings 71 and 72 that are formed at locations corresponding to the measurement side connection portions 51, 52, and 53 and that can be connected to the measurement side connection portions 51, 52, and 53 by inserting the lip clip. , 73 are formed. Separation wall portions 74 and 75 are formed between the opening portion 71 and the opening portion 72 and between the opening portion 72 and the opening portion 73, which are separation portions for preventing the mouth clip from contacting the adjacent measurement side connection portion. ing.

In addition, rod members 24, 25, 26 are formed inside the covering member 30 on the rod-shaped members 21, 22, 23, and the rod members 24, 25, 26 are removed from the rod-shaped members 21, 22, 23. In addition to stopping, the cables 57, 58, 59 are connected. In the rod-shaped members 21, 22 and 23, coil springs 41, 42 and 43 are arranged in a compressed state between the flange members 24, 25 and 26 and the holding portions 31, 32 and 33. For this reason, the bar-shaped members 21, 22, and 23 are urged toward the fastening screws 241, 242, and 243 in a direction protruding from the cover member 11. In this example, since the coil spring is used, a large stroke of the rod-shaped members 21, 22, and 23 can be secured.

Next, the case where the measurement adapter 10 according to this example is applied to the watt-hour meter 210 will be described with reference to FIGS. The measurement adapter 10 can be attached to the watt hour meter 210 in advance, or can be attached to the watt hour meter 210 instead of the insulating cover 250 (see FIG. 4) disposed on the existing watt hour meter 210. it can.

In any case, when the measuring adapter 10 is attached to the connection terminal block 230, as shown in FIG. 3A, the tips of the rod-shaped members 21, 22, 23 are brought into contact with the fastening screws 241, 242. The measurement adapter 10 is fixed to the connection terminal block 230 of the watt-hour meter 210. When the measuring adapter 10 is attached to the connection terminal block 230 using the screws 13, the rod-shaped members 21, 22, 23 are urged toward the fastening screws 241, 242 by the coil springs 41, 42, 43. The members 21, 22, and 23 are in stable contact with the fastening screws 241, 242, and 243, and the fastening screws 241, 242, and 243 and the measurement side connection portions 51, 52, and 53 are in a conductive state. In this state, the measurement side connection parts 51, 52, and 53, which are charging parts, are covered with the covering member 30 and can be heard from the openings 71, 72, and 73 from the outside. I can't do that. For this reason, it can prevent exposing a charging part similarly to the state which attached the insulating cover 250. FIG.

In order to connect the lip clip 261 to the measurement side connection portion 51 connected to the input terminal 231 for voltage measurement, the lip clip 261 is inserted into the opening 71 as shown in FIG. It is sandwiched between the connecting portions 51. Similarly, in order to connect the hook clip to the measurement side connection parts 52 and 53, the hook clip may be inserted into the openings 72 and 73 so as to sandwich the measurement side connection parts 52 and 53.

As described above, according to the measurement adapter 10 according to the present example, the voltage of the power supplied to the watt-hour meter 210 can be easily measured by a measuring device such as a voltmeter.

Moreover, according to this example, since the isolation wall parts 74 and 75 are arrange | positioned between the adjacent opening part 71 and the opening part 72, and between the opening part 72 and the opening part 73, other There is no risk of connecting to the measurement side connection parts 51, 52, 53, and there is no fear of connecting a single lip clip to the two measurement side connection parts, and erroneous connection and short circuit accidents can be effectively prevented.
