Claims (1)

長手方向の一辺に刃先を設けた包丁刃体の刃体基部を挿通固定した把持部とから成る包丁において、前記包丁刃体と直角方向の把持部の基端辺に側面略コ字状に形成した切欠ポケットと、該切欠ポケットに埋設する外形が略矩形柱状のポケット用スリーブと、該ポケット用スリーブの先端側に穿設させたダイヤモンドシャープナ挿通穴と、該ダイヤモンドシャープナ挿通穴を連通させて基部側に形成したシャープナ本体収納部と、板状のダイヤモンドシャープナと、該ダイヤモンドシャープナの基端を接続部に挿通固定し両側面には着脱用指掛け部を設けたシャープナ本体と、を備え、前記切欠ポケットに前記ポケット用スリーブを埋設し、前記ポケット用スリーブに前記シャープナ本体を前記着脱用指掛け部を両側面に露出させて挿脱可能に収納すると共に、前記包丁刃体はHV値1000以上の超硬度のセラミック又は炭化タングステンを用いることを特徴とするダイヤモンドシャープナ付き包丁。   In a kitchen knife comprising a knife part having a blade edge provided on one side in the longitudinal direction and a blade base part inserted and fixed, the knife blade is formed in a substantially U-shaped side surface on the base edge of the grip part in the direction perpendicular to the knife blade body.
