ナットが設けられた被取付部材と、
前記ナットに締結するボルトが挿入される挿入穴が設けられた取付部材とを備え、
前記被取付部材に前記取付部材を取り付けるための部材取付け構造であって、
前記取付部材を挟んで配設される第一の取付具と第二の取付具とをさらに備え、
前記第一の取付具には、
前記挿入穴に挿入される筒部と、
前記筒部の一方の端部に形成され前記筒部の内周側へ立設されるフランジと、
前記筒部の他方の端部に形成され前記筒部の外周側へ立設される鍔部とを有し、
前記第二の取付具には、
前記鍔部とともに前記取付部材を挟むプレート部と、
前記プレート部に穿設され前記ボルトの軸体が挿通する挿通穴と、
前記挿通穴の縁部から前記ボルトの挿通方向に延出し前記フランジに係合する係合部と、
前記係合部の基部に設けられ、基端側に向かって外周側に湾曲した湾曲部とを有し、
前記湾曲部は、前記フランジの内周に当接するとともに、該内周より外側に延設され、前記ボルトとナットの締結に伴い、前記フランジの内周に案内されて変形することで前記係合部を前記挿通穴の中心側へ変位させて、前記第一の取付具と前記第二の取付具との係合を解除するように構成されている
