Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a powder pneumatic feeding method and a powder pneumatic feeding device suitable for carrying out the method. The method and apparatus of the present invention are useful for transporting powders in, for example, the food industry and the chemical industry.
For example, the amount of admixture used in concrete varies depending on the construction design conditions and the capacity of the concrete mixer. In addition, it is often impossible to permanently install an additive device dedicated to the admixture for reasons such as high equipment construction costs and lack of equipment installation space. For this reason, each time an admixture is used, the powder in the paper bag (admixture) is manually unloaded, the paper bag is opened, and the mixture is put into a concrete mixer in accordance with the progress signal of the plant process. It was broken.
The manual unloading / loading work is a heavy work, and the unloading of the plant at a high place is a dangerous work because a flying drop accident may occur during the work. In addition, when powder is charged, dust rises, so there is a risk of causing lung injury if appropriate safety measures are taken and protective equipment is not worn. Furthermore, there is a possibility that a problem in the quality of the concrete may occur due to an input error caused by a human error.
As means for solving the above problems, a temporary type apparatus using pneumatic feeding for unloading and charging powder has been proposed and used. The structure of such an apparatus is generally to put a pre-weighed powder into a pressurized tank, feed it pneumatically to a hopper with a pressure feeding hose, and then feed it into the mixer from the hopper. However, when such an apparatus is used, there is a problem that an error occurs between the measured amount of powder and the amount of powder fed to the hopper.
The cause of the above error is considered as follows. The first is that the powder being pumped collides with the inner wall of the pumping hose to generate static electricity, and the static electricity causes the powder to adhere to the inner wall. The powder that adheres to the inner wall of the pressure hose and does not reach the hopper results in an error in the amount charged. In general, a powder having a diameter of 200 μm or less has strong adhesion, and adheres to the inner wall of the hose when passing through the pressure feeding hose. In the case of a powder having a particularly strong adhesive force, an adhering lump of the powder grows every time it is pumped, and the pumping tube may even be blocked. This is a big problem.
Secondly, the actual pumping time changes as the powder pumping amount and pumping distance change, but the pumping time is not strictly controlled in consideration of these factors. The powder remains in the pressurized tank at the end of the pumping. It is possible to set the pumping time long so that the powder does not remain in the pressurized tank, that is, so that the apparatus is always stopped after the powder is completely pumped. Has a problem that the pumping time becomes long, and as a result, the pumping capacity is insufficient with respect to the kneading capacity of the plant.
Among the problems described above,
An object of the present invention is to solve the problem that the entire amount of powder is not transported to a hopper in the conventional powder pneumatic feeding method and apparatus therefor.
The present inventors have intensively studied to solve the above-mentioned problems, paying attention to the fact that the powder adhering to the inner wall of the hose is peeled off due to the expansion / contraction of the pressure hose itself, which is a transport pipe, and completed the present invention. It was.
That is, the present invention is a powder comprising a compressor and a pressurized tank for pneumatically feeding powder, a hopper for storing the fed powder, and a flexible pressure-resistant hose for connecting the pressurized tank and the hopper. In the pneumatic feeder, the pressure in the pressurized tank filled with powder is increased by the compressor, and when the pressure in the pressurized tank reaches a predetermined pressure of 0.05 MPa or more, the transportation of the powder by compressed air is started. The present invention also relates to a pneumatic powder feeding method, characterized in that the transportation of compressed air is terminated after a predetermined time has elapsed after the transportation of powder.
The pressurized tank is equipped with a pressure sensor that detects the internal pressure. When the supply of compressed air is completed, the pressure sensor detects the pressure drop in the pressurized tank that occurs after the transportation of the powder, and after a certain period of time has elapsed It is preferable that

The present invention also provides a powder comprising a compressor and a pressurized tank for pneumatically feeding powder, a hopper for storing the fed powder, and a flexible pressure-resistant hose connecting the pressurized tank and the hopper. Pneumatic feeder, a flexible pressure-resistant hose having an allowable pressure of 0.4 MPa or more and a flexibility satisfying the following formula (1) or (2) The present invention relates to a body pneumatic feeder.
When the internal diameter of the hose is 100 mm or less under atmospheric pressure: D 2 −D 1 ≧ 1 (1)
When the inner diameter of the hose under atmospheric pressure exceeds 100 mm: D 2 −D 1 ≧ 2 (2)
Here, D 1 is the inside diameter of the at atmospheric pressure hose, D 2 is the inner diameter at the allowable pressure of the hose, the unit are all mm.
According to the present invention, almost all of the weighed powder can be transported from the pressurized tank to the hopper. As a result, the powder can be charged into the mixing tank without weighing error, and as a result, the quality of the mixture and the product derived from the mixture is stabilized.
Further, in the aspect of detecting the end of the transportation of the powder by the pressure drop in the pressurized tank, it is not necessary to set the pumping time in advance, and the optimum working time is realized.
Hereinafter, the method of the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in FIG. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an example of a pneumatic powder feeder for concrete.
The powder to be put into the concrete mixer is packed in a bag. First, powder is charged into the
When the operation is started, the pressure in the pressurized
During the pressure feeding, the
When the powder in the
The supply of compressed air does not stop immediately even after the powder has been pumped. Continue supplying compressed air for a certain period of time. This is to transport the entire amount of the powder peeled off from the inner wall of the
When a certain time has passed after the powder feeding, the pressure feeding valve 4 is closed by a signal from the control panel, and the supply of compressed air is stopped. Thereafter, the transport valve 3 is closed, the exhaust valve 5 is opened, and the pressure in the
By the way, the pumping time of the powder by the pneumatic feeding device becomes longer as the pumping amount increases, and becomes longer as the pumping distance increases. In addition, due to the specific properties of the powder (powder resistance coefficient, etc.), the pumping time varies even with the same pumping amount and pumping distance. Therefore, if the end time is determined in advance, the optimum time may not be reached. In the method of the present invention, the inventors of the present invention increase the internal pressure of the
That is, in the method of the present invention, when the compressed air supply is finished, it is preferable that a certain time elapses after the pressure drop in the pressurized tank generated after the transportation of the powder is detected by the pressure sensor. In this way, even if the pumping condition changes, the maximum and optimum pumping capacity corresponding to the change of the pumping condition is realized. Here, “powder transport or pressure end” does not mean complete removal of the powder from the
The detection of the pressure drop in the pressurized tank that occurs after the end of the transportation of the powder is performed, for example, as follows. As the discharge of the powder from the
When a method of detecting the pressure drop in the apparatus and determining the end of the supply of compressed air is employed, the residual powder is transported to the
Next, the apparatus of the present invention will be described. The pneumatic powder feeder of the present invention is characterized by a hose that connects a pressurized tank and a hopper.
The apparatus of the present invention uses a pressure-resistant hose made of a flexible material, for example, a resin hose that is soft and reinforced with a reinforcing material such as a reinforcing ring or a resin mesh wire. Specific examples of the resin include polymer materials such as polyvinyl chloride, tetron, nylon, polypropylene, and polyethylene. Moreover, since the pressure hose is used outdoors, it is preferable to use a material having excellent weather resistance. When using in a cold region, a material using a material excellent in cold resistance is preferable. Furthermore, it is preferable that the inner surface is subjected to antistatic treatment.
The pressure resistance performance of the hose is 0.4 MPa or higher in allowable pressure. If the pressure resistance is inferior to this, the pressure during powder feeding cannot be withstood and there is a risk of bursting.
Further, the flexibility is expressed by the equation (1): D 2 − when D 1 is the inner diameter of the hose at atmospheric pressure, D 2 is the inner diameter of the hose at the allowable pressure, and the unit is mm. D 1 ≧ 1 (when D 1 is 100 mm or less) or formula (2): D 2 −D 1 ≧ 2 (when D 1 is more than 100 mm) is satisfied. Without such flexibility, the powder adhering to the inner wall of the pressure hose will not be sufficiently peeled off.
In the formula (1), D 2 -D 1 is preferably 1 to 20 mm, and more preferably 1 to 10 mm. In the formula (2), D 2 -D 1 is preferably 2 to 50 mm, and more preferably 2 to 30 mm.
