Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a holder having a simple structure for positioning and holding a circuit board and holding a cable connected to the circuit board integrally with the circuit board.
By the way, when the circuit board and the cable connected to the circuit board are assembled to the above-described photodetector holder, the holding positions of the circuit board and the cable are likely to be shifted. Incidentally, if the positional relationship between the cable and the circuit board is deviated, an unintentional stress (stress) is applied to the soldered portion, causing a connection failure. In particular, in this type of photodetector, the circuit board is smaller than the thickness of the cable and is often mounted on these holders with the cable soldered to the circuit board in advance. For this reason, for example, when the circuit board is fixed to the holder by screwing and then the cable is fixed using a cable clamp (fixing member), the above-described soldering portion is caused by the displacement of the cable mounting position with respect to the circuit board. It is easy to add unintentional stress.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is a holder that integrally holds a circuit board and an external connection cable connected to the circuit board, and in particular, the circuit board and the cable. It is an object of the present invention to provide a holder having a simple structure capable of stably holding the circuit board and the cable without applying unintentional stress to the connecting portion.
In order to achieve the above-described object, the holder according to the present invention holds a circuit board and integrally holds a cable for external connection connected to the circuit board,
A holder provided with a substrate placement portion on which the circuit board is placed, and an engagement portion that is provided at one end of the substrate placement portion and engages with one end portion of the circuit board to position the circuit board And a holder cover having a substrate fixing portion for sandwiching the other end portion of the circuit board between the main body and the holder main body.
Further, the holder according to the present invention is provided at one end of the board mounting portion on which the circuit board is placed and engages with one end of the circuit board to position the circuit board. A holder main body comprising an engagement portion and a cable holding portion in which a cable extending from the other end of the placement portion and connected to the circuit board is disposed, and covering the cable to the cable holding portion A holder cover to be assembled,
In particular, the holder cover is integrally provided with a board fixing part for sandwiching the other end of the circuit board between the holder body and a cable fixing part for sandwiching the cable between the holder body. It is said.
Preferably, the holder cover is provided so as to be foldable on the upper surface of the holder main body via a thin hinge portion on a side portion of the holder main body. Each of the holder main body and the holder cover is formed of a bowl-shaped body having ribs formed on the inner side thereof, and is configured to be assembled in a rod shape by abutting the opening edge portions with each other. It is provided at the opening edge part of the holder cover, and the cable holding part is provided as a part of a rib provided inside the holder body and the holder cover.
According to the holder having the above-described configuration, the other end of the circuit board that is positioned by engaging one end with the engaging part and placed on the board placing part of the holder body, and the cable connected to the circuit board, Are simultaneously pressed by the holder cover, whereby the circuit board and the cable are held together, so that the positional relationship between the circuit board and the cable body does not shift. That is, since the circuit board and the cable connected to the other end of the circuit board are simultaneously pressed by the holder cover while maintaining the connection state, the positional relationship between them does not shift. As a result, unintentional stress is not applied to the soldered portion between the circuit board and the cable, and the connection reliability can be sufficiently increased.
For the holder, the holder cover can be folded over a thin hinge part on the side of the holder body provided with the substrate mounting part and the cable holding part extending from the substrate mounting part. Since it is good, its structure is simple and, for example, it can be realized at a low cost as an integrally molded part made of synthetic resin.
Hereinafter, a holder according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, taking a photodetector as an example.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a photodetector according to this embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a partial cross-section for explaining the schematic configuration. This photodetector includes an
The
As shown in a perspective view of the overall structure in FIG. 3, the
FIG. 4A is a plan view showing a schematic overall structure of the
Furthermore, the
By guiding the
When the
On the other hand, the
Three kinds of
The above-described three types of engaging
The engaging
The
That is, the front edge portion of the
Therefore, since the
In addition, a
The
That is, in the state where the
By holding the
Here, the assembly structure of the
As shown in FIG. 6, the first and second sensor holdings provided at the
Further, a
That is, the
By mounting such a
The
While holding the
The
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. For example, the above-described structure can also be adopted when a cable is attached by inserting a through hole formed in a wall surface as a holder holder.
