In order to apply for a card, the recipient addressee cuts the folding and cutting perforation 5 to cut off the upper sheet 2, and erases the postcard display 12a on the back of the middle sheet 3 with a double line according to the deletion instruction display 23a. (Refer to FIG. 6) After writing the address and name 20a in the address name field 20 which is an answer field, the middle sheet 3 and the lower sheet 4 are applied, and the glue 28 is applied to the adhesive margin 21 and then folded. The envelope 29 is created by folding it at the scheduled portion 6 and sealing it (see FIG. 7). If necessary, a piece of paper (not shown) containing a message or the like is sealed before sealing. The envelope 29 can be mailed in the same manner as a normal envelope. The postcard display 12a may be erased by painting.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the cutout portion of the upper sheet 2 for exposing the postcard display provided in the middle sheet 3 is the same as that of the postcard sheet 1a shown in FIG. Thus, the upper sheet 2a may be changed to a notch portion 7a cut out in a trapezoidal shape along a part of the center side of the outer edge of the upper sheet 2a, or the upper sheet as in a postcard sheet 1b shown in FIG. The horizontal width of 2b may be formed narrower than the middle sheet 3 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) to expose the postcard display. Further, instead of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 11 that adheres in a peelable manner, a heat-sensitive adhesive having an application condition of heat may be used. Further, the postcard display 12a may be a phrase indicating a postcard other than “postcard”, and may be displayed in English characters such as “POST CARD”. Furthermore, the notification information description unit 15 may not be provided in both the middle sheet 3 and the lower sheet 4, but may be provided in only one of them, or confidential notification information 16 to 20 described in the notification information description unit 15 Is not limited to information having confidentiality.
