【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、封書と同様に親展性を有して所定の情報を通知できる重ね合わせ葉書とするための重ね合わせ葉書用シートに関し、特に、折り部を介して連接した３紙片の表裏面である６面に情報を記載できるとともに、４面の通知情報を被覆隠蔽した状態で親展通知情報として通知できる葉書とするための葉書用シートに関する。なお、本明細書でいう親展通知情報とは、被覆隠蔽した状態で通知される情報を意味し、単なる説明文のような秘匿性を必要としない情報も含まれるものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、他人が通知情報を視認できないように親展化して通知しうる葉書として、６面に情報を記載できるとともに、４面の通知情報を被覆隠蔽した状態で親展通知情報として通知できる重ね合わせ葉書が知られており、また、このような重ね合わせ葉書を作成するための３枚のシートからなる葉書用シートも知られている。

しかしながら、従来の重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、３枚のシート部を重ね合わせて重ね合わせ面を接着するには、シートの折り機構及び圧着または熱着する接着機構を備えた専用の葉書作成機が必要であった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このため、従来の重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、大量処理には適しているが、少数の重ね合わせ葉書を必要とする、一般家庭や小事務所などの高価な専用の葉書作成機を備えることができないものの需要には、応えることがでなかった。

また、現行の郵便法の規定では、葉書本体に「郵便葉書」等の葉書表示が必要とされ、また、葉書本体の重量は２ｇ以上と定められているほか、葉書全体の重量は６ｇ以下と定められている。このため、３枚のシートからなる葉書用シートでは、葉書本体シート部は２ｇ以上の重量を有し、残りの２枚のシートの総重量が４ｇ以下でなければならない。

本発明は、このような事情に鑑みてなされたもので、専用の葉書作成機を備えることなく、通知情報量の多い重ね合わせ葉書を簡便に作成できるとともに、現行の郵便法の規定にも合致する重ね合わせ葉書用シートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項１に記載した重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、葉書本体シート部と、２枚の貼着シート部と、葉書本体補助シート部を連接してなる重ね合わせ葉書用シートであり、前記貼着シート部の一方は前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズで、前記葉書本体補助シート部は折り部を介して葉書本体シート部に連接し、前記貼着シート部の他方は前記葉書本体シート部よりも小さく、葉書本体補助シート部と合せて前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズであり、前記葉書本体補助シート部は折り部を介して葉書本体シート部に連接し、前記葉書本体シート部の一面には一方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部の他面には他方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に、葉書本体補助シート部を重ね合わせて剥離困難にそれぞれ接着するものであって、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の各重ね合わせ面の対接する各一方には透視可能なシートを剥離可能または剥離困難に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部と前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面の一方にはシートを剥離困難に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の各重ね合わせ面の対接する各一方に設けた各透視可能なシートの表出面には、前記剥離可能で透視可能なシートには剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けるとともに剥離紙で被覆する一方、前記剥離困難で透視可能なシートには剥離可能な弱粘着剤を設けるとともに剥離紙で被覆し、前記葉書本体シート部と前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面の一方に設けたシートの表出面には剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けるとともに剥離紙で被覆し、前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面とは反対側面に葉書表示を設け、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の重ね合わせ面をそれぞれ通知情報記載面としたものである。

また、上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項２に記載した重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、葉書本体シート部と、２枚の貼着シート部と、葉書本体補助シート部を連接してなる重ね合わせ葉書用シートであり、前記貼着シート部の一方は前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズで、前記貼着シート部の他方は前記葉書本体シート部よりも小さく、葉書本体補助シート部と合せて前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズであり、前記葉書本体シート部の一面には一方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部の他面には他方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に、葉書本体補助シート部を重ね合わせて剥離困難にそれぞれ接着するものであって、前記葉書本体シート部の他面に接着する貼着シート部と葉書本体補助シート部によって、宛て名表示シート部を構成し、この宛て名表示シート部及びもう一方の貼着シート部はそれぞれ折り部を介して葉書本体シート部と連接し、前記葉書本体シート部と葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズの前記貼着シート部との重ね合わせ面の一方には、剥離可能に疑似的に接着した２枚の透視可能なシートの各表出面に剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けたうえ、一面側の強粘着剤は全面的に剥離紙で被覆し、他面側の強粘着剤は一端側を露出するように剥離紙で被覆してなる接着体を、前記一端側を露出した強粘着剤により捲り上げ可能に貼着し、前記葉書本体シート部と前記宛て名表示シート部との重ね合わせ面の一方には、前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分は剥離困難に接着し、他の部分は剥離可能に疑似的に接着した２枚の透視可能なシートの各表出面に剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けたうえ、一面側の強粘着剤は全面的に剥離紙で被覆し、他面側の強粘着剤は前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分を露出するように剥離可能部分のみを剥離紙で被覆してなる接着体を、露出した前記強粘着剤で前記葉書補助シート部に対応する部分に捲り上げ可能に貼着し、前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面とは反対側面に葉書表示を設け、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の重ね合わせ面をそれぞれ通知情報記載面としたものである。

さらに、上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項３に記載した重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、葉書本体シート部と、２枚の貼着シート部と、葉書本体補助シート部を連接してなる重ね合わせ葉書用シートであり、前記貼着シート部の一方は前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズで、前記貼着シート部の他方は前記葉書本体シート部よりも小さく、葉書本体補助シート部と合せて前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズであり、前記葉書本体シート部の一面には一方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部の他面には他方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に、葉書本体補助シート部を重ね合わせて剥離困難にそれぞれ接着するものであって、前記葉書本体シート部の他面に接着する貼着シート部と葉書本体補助シート部によって、宛て名表示シート部を構成し、この宛て名表示シート部及びもう一方の貼着シート部はそれぞれ折り部を介して葉書本体シート部と連接し、前記葉書本体シート部と葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズの前記貼着シート部との重ね合わせ面の一方には、透視可能なシートを剥離可能または剥離困難に接着し、この透視可能なシートの表出面には、剥離可能で透視可能なシートには剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けるとともに剥離紙で被覆する一方、剥離困難で透視可能なシートには剥離可能な弱粘着剤を設けるとともに剥離紙で被覆し、前記葉書本体シート部と前記宛て名表示シート部の重ね合わせ面の一方には、前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分は剥離困難に接着し、他の部分は剥離可能に疑似的に接着した２枚の透視可能なシートの各表出面に剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けたうえ、一面側の強粘着剤は全面的に剥離紙で被覆し、他面側の強粘着剤は前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分を露出するように剥離可能部分のみを剥離紙で被覆してなる接着体を、露出した前記強粘着剤で前記葉書補助シート部に対応する部分に捲り上げ可能に接着し、前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面とは反対側面に葉書表示を設け、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の重ね合わせ面をそれぞれ通知情報記載面としたものである。

またさらに、上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項４に記載した重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、葉書本体シート部と、２枚の貼着シート部と、葉書本体補助シート部を連接してなる重ね合わせ葉書用シートであり、前記貼着シート部の一方は前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズで、前記貼着シート部の他方は前記葉書本体シート部よりも小さく、葉書本体補助シート部と合せて前記葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズであり、前記葉書本体シート部の一面には一方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着し、前記葉書本体シート部の他面には他方の貼着シート部を重ね合わせて剥離可能に、葉書本体補助シート部を重ね合わせて剥離困難にそれぞれ接着するものであって、前記葉書本体シート部の他面に接着する貼着シート部と葉書本体補助シート部によって、宛て名表示シート部を構成し、この宛て名表示シート部及びもう一方の貼着シート部はそれぞれ折り部を介して葉書本体シート部と連接し、前記葉書本体シート部と葉書本体シート部とほぼ同一サイズの前記貼着シート部との重ね合わせ面の一方には、剥離可能に疑似的に接着した２枚の透視可能なシートの各表出面に剥離困難な強粘着剤を設けたうえ、一面側の強粘着剤は全面的に剥離紙で被覆し、他面側の強粘着剤は一端側を露出するように剥離紙で被覆してなる接着体を、前記一端側に露出した強粘着剤により捲り上げ可能に貼着する一方、前記葉書本体シート部と前記宛て名表示シート部の重ね合わせ面の一方には、透視可能なシートを前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分は剥離困難に、他の部分は剥離可能または剥離困難に接着し、この透視可能なシートの表出面には、前記葉書本体補助シート部に対応する部分は剥離困難な強粘着剤を設け、他の部分は、剥離可能で透視可能なシートには剥離困難な強粘着剤を設ける一方、剥離困難で透視可能なシートには剥離可能な弱粘着剤を設け、これら各粘着剤を剥離紙で被覆し、前記葉書本体補助シート部の重ね合わせ面とは反対側面に葉書表示を設け、前記葉書本体シート部と前記各貼着シート部の重ね合わせ面をそれぞれ通知情報記載面としたものである。

さらにまた、上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項５に記載した重ね合わせ葉書用シートは、上述した請求項１〜請求項４のいずれか１項の構成に加えて、次のような特徴を備える。各重ね合わせ面に設けた透視可能なシートの表出面に、剥離困難な強粘着剤を介して、または剥離可能な弱粘着剤を介して、設けた剥離紙の少なくとも一枚を控とし、葉書本体シート部または各貼着シート部への記入によって前記控の一面側に複写記入するための複写構造、例えば顕色剤層と染料内包マイクロカプセル層との組み合わせや自己発色剤層からなる複写構造、を設けたものである。

【発明の実施形態】
以下、本発明の好適な実施形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。ここにおいて、図１〜図６は第１の実施形態を示し、図１は重ね合わせ葉書用シートの概略的な斜視図、図２は図１の全構成要素を示すＡ−Ａ線断面図、図３は作成した重ね合わせ葉書の概略的な斜視図、図４は図３の全構成要素を示すＢ−Ｂ線断面図、図５は控たる剥離紙の複写記入状態を示す概略的な平面図、図６は重ね合わせ面を剥離した状態を示す重ね合わせ用葉書の概略的な斜視図、図７は第２の実施形態を示す重ね合わせ葉書用シートの全構成要素を示す断面図、図８及び図９は第３の実施形態を示し、図８は重ね合わせ葉書用シートの概略的な斜視図、図９は図８の全構成要素を示すＣ−Ｃ線断面図である。

まず、図１〜図６に基づいて、第１の実施形態を説明する。図１及び図２に示すように、重ね合わせ葉書用シート１は、葉書本体シート部２と、この葉書本体シート部２の表裏面に重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着する２枚の貼着シート部３，４とを備えている。貼着シート部４は折り用ミシン目５から前記葉書本体シート部２の表面側（葉書本体シート部２の図１に表示した面を表面側とする、以下同じ）に重ね合わせるもので、前記葉書本体シート部２とほぼ同一サイズである。

一方、貼着シート部３は葉書本体シート部２の裏面側に重ね合わせるもので、前記葉書本体シート部２よりも小さいサイズからなり、この貼着シート部３には、折り用ミシン目６から前記葉書本体シート部２の裏面側に重ね合わせて剥離困難に接着する、図１上仮想線Ｐと前記折り用ミシン目６に挟まれた帯状の部分で形成する、葉書本体補助シート部７を一体的に形成して、前記葉書本体シート部２とほぼ同一サイズとしている。

葉書本体シート部２表面と貼着シート部４との重ね合わせ面の一方側である貼着シート部４面には、折り用ミシン目５に沿った部分に、接着体１５を強粘着剤１２によって捲り上げ可能に接着している。この接着体１５は、熱溶着によって形成した不完全溶着層８を介して剥離可能に疑似的に接着した、熱可塑性樹脂からなる２枚の透明シート９，１０の各表出面に、剥離困難な強粘着剤１１，１２を設け、強粘着剤１１は全面的に剥離紙１３で被覆し、強粘着剤１２は一端縁に沿った部分を除いて剥離紙１４で被覆してなる。前記剥離紙１３には剥離開始動作を容易にするためのスリット１６を形成している。

上述の透明シート９，１０は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリスチレン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ酢酸ビニル、メタクリル樹脂等のなかから適宜選択して使用することができる。
【００１７】
また、剥離紙１３は控となるもので、図２に示すように、その表出面には顕色剤層１７を設けている。一方、葉書本体シート部２の表面側には、同じく図２に示すように、染料内包マイクロカプセル剤層１８を設けている。これら顕色剤層１７と染料内包マイクロカプセル剤層１８とによって、前記葉書本体シート部２の裏面側への記入により、前記剥離紙１３に複写記入するための複写構造を構成している。

顕色剤層１７を形成する顕色剤は、レジンや活性白土等から適宜選択して使用することができる。染料内包マイクロカプセル剤層１８を形成する染料内包マイクロカプセル剤は、例えば、芯物質をロイコ系染料とし、酸触媒及び乳化機能を有するスチレン−無水マレイン酸の部分加水分解物と、メラミンまたは尿素とホルマリンあるいはこれらのプレポリマを用い、インサイチュ法によって尿素−ホルマリン樹脂を形成し、これをカプセル壁材として生成した染料内包マイクロカプセル剤について、そのカプセル壁材を覆うような状態でカプセル壁材及びインキビヒクルの双方に親和性のある界面活性剤層を設け、さらに真空蒸留法をもって水分を選択的に気化し、除去することで、水系で生成された染料内包マイクロカプセルを、この界面活性剤層を介してインキビヒクル中に分散状態で置換せしめて得ることができる。

さらに、図２に示すように、葉書本体シート部２裏面と貼着シート部３との重ね合わせ面の一方側である貼着シート部３面には、葉書本体補助シート部７に対応する部分に、接着体２７を強粘着剤２３によって捲り上げ可能に接着している。この接着体２７は、前記葉書本体補助シート部７に対応する熱溶着によって形成した完全溶着層２０部分は剥離困難に、同じく熱溶着によって形成した他の部分は不完全溶着層１９を介して剥離可能に疑似的に接着した、熱可塑性樹脂からなる２枚の透明シート２１，２２の各表出面に、剥離困難な強粘着剤２３，２４を設け、強粘着剤２４は全面的に剥離紙２６で被覆し、強粘着剤２３は一端縁に沿った部分を除いて剥離紙２５で被覆してなる。また、前記剥離紙２６には剥離を容易にするためのスリット２８を形成している。

図１及び図２に示すように、葉書本体補助シート部７の重ね合わせ面とは反対側面には「郵便はがき」という葉書表示２９を設け、葉書本体シート部２と各貼着シート部３，４の重ね合わせ面をそれぞれ通知情報記載面としている。また、各貼着シート部３，４には、折り用ミシン目６，５とそれぞれ反対側の下隅部に、剥離紙２６，１３にまで及ぶ切り込みによって、三角形状の切り欠き部３０，３１を設けている。さらに、各貼着シート部３，４には、これら切り欠き部３０，３１に向けた矢印と「ここからはがして下さい」という文からなる剥離開始端指示表示３２（貼着シート部４については図示せず）をあらかじめ印刷している。

次に、上述した重ね合わせ葉書用シート１から重ね合わせ葉書を作成する手順を説明する。まず、折り用ミシン目５で葉書本体シート部２の表面側に貼着シート部４を折り重ね、葉書本体シート部２の裏面側に親展通知情報３３（図４参照）を記入する。すると、図５に示すように、この親展通知情報３３が、染料内包マイクロカプセル剤層１８と顕色剤層１７の作用によって、控である剥離紙１３に控情報３４として複写記入される。

次いで、再び図１状態に展開し、接着体１５を貼着シート部４から捲り上げて、前記貼着シート部４の葉書本体シート部２との重ね合わせ面に親展通知情報３５（図４参照）を記入する。また、前記葉書本体シート部２の表面側には親展通知情報３６（図４参照）を記入し、貼着シート部３の表出面には宛名情報３７（図３、図４参照）を記入する。さらに、接着体２７を貼着シート部３から捲り上げて、前記貼着シート部３の葉書本体シート部２との重ね合わせ面に親展通知情報３８（図４参照）を記入し、貼着シート部４の表出面には差出人情報（図示せず）を記入する。

続いて、各接着体１５，２７を順次捲り上げて各剥離紙１４，２５を剥離し、露出した強粘着剤１２，２３によって各貼着シート部４，３に、対応する透明シート１０，２１を接着する。さらに、各剥離紙１３，２６を剥離し、各貼着シート部４，３を葉書本体シート部２の表裏面に各折り用ミシン目５，６から折り重ね、露出した強粘着剤１１，２４によって、前記葉書本体シート部２の表裏面に対応する透明シート９，２２を接着する。これによって、図３及び図４に示す重ね合わせ葉書３９が作成される。

この重ね合わせ葉書３９は、所定金額の切手を貼付すれば、通常の官製葉書と同様に投函可能となる。一方、この重ね合わせ葉書３９を受領した宛名人は、各剥離開始端指示表示３２（一方のみ図示）にしたがい、貼着シート部３を切り欠き部３０から捲り上げるとともに、貼着シート部４を切り欠き部３１から捲り上げる。すると、剥離困難な完全溶着層２０に対応する葉書本体補助シート部７部分を除いて、それぞれ剥離可能に疑似的に接着している透明シート２１，２２及び９，１０が剥離し、図６に示すように、葉書本体シート部２の表裏面から前記各貼着シート部３，４が剥離して、各透明シート９，１０，２１，２２を透して隠蔽されていた親展通知情報３３，３８，３５，３６を視認することができる。

次に、図７に基づいて本発明の第２の実施形態を説明する。本実施形態の重ね合わせ葉書用シート４１が、上述した第１の実施形態の重ね合わせ葉書用シート１と相違するのは、２枚の透明シート９，１０及び２１，２２を有する各接着体１５，２７に換えて、１枚の透明シート４５，４６を強粘着剤４７，４８によって、剥離困難に各貼着シート部４３，４４の葉書本体シート部４２との重ね合わせ面に接着し、各透明シート４５，４６の表出面には、葉書本体補助シート部５７に対応する部分は剥離困難な強粘着剤５８を、他の部分は剥離可能な弱粘着剤４９，５０を塗布して、剥離紙５１，５２で被覆した点である。

本実施形態では、各透明シート４５，４６は各貼着シート部４３，４４と剥離困難であるため、各貼着シート部４３，４４にあらかじめ所定の親展通知情報５３，５４を印字あるいは印刷したうえ、各透明シート４５，４６を接着している。なお、図７において、５５，５６は折り用ミシン目、５９は顕色剤層，６０は染料内包マイクロカプセル層，６１は葉書表示である。

上述した重ね合わせ葉書用シート４１から重ね合わせ葉書（図示せず）を作成する手順で第１の実施形態と相違するのは、各貼着シート部４３，４４の重ね合わせ面には親展通知情報５３，５４があらかじめ印字あるいは印刷されているので、葉書本体シート部４２の表裏面にのみ親展通知情報を記入する点だけである。そして、剥離紙５２が控となり、葉書本体シート部４２の裏面側に記入した親展通知情報が、控情報として複写記入される。

また、この第２の実施形態では、作成された重ね合わせ葉書の重ね合わせ面を各貼着シート部４３，４４を捲り上げて剥離すると、各透明シート４５，４６は各貼着シート部４３，４４側に接着した状態となり、葉書本体シート部４２の表裏面には透明シート４５，４６が存在しない状態となる。

次に、図８及び図９に基づいて、第３の実施形態を説明する。図８及び図９に示すように、重ね合わせ葉書用シート７１は、葉書本体シート部７２と、この葉書本体シート部７２の表裏面に重ね合わせて剥離可能に接着する２枚の貼着シート部７３，７４とを備えている。貼着シート部７４は折り用ミシン目７５から前記葉書本体シート部７２の表面側に重ね合わせるもので、前記葉書本体シート部７２とほぼ同一サイズである。

一方、貼着シート部７３は葉書本体シート部７２の裏面側に重ね合わせるもので、前記葉書本体シート部７２よりも小さいサイズからなり、この貼着シート部７３には、折り用ミシン目７６から前記葉書本体シート部７２の裏面側に重ね合わせて剥離困難に接着するための、前記折り用ミシン目７６に対して直交方向に伸びる切り用ミシン目７７と前記折り用ミシン目７６で囲まれた部分で構成する葉書本体補助シート部７８を連接して、前記葉書本体シート部７２とほぼ同一サイズとしている。

葉書本体シート部７２表面と貼着シート部７４との重ね合わせ面の一方側である貼着シート部７４面には、折り用ミシン目７５に沿った部分に、接着体７９を強粘着剤８０によって捲り上げ可能に接着している。この接着体７９の構成は、顕色剤層がない点を除き、上述した第１の実施形態の接着体１５と同一であり、不完全溶着層（図示せず）により剥離可能に疑似的に接着した２枚の透明シート９５，９６と、剥離紙８１で被覆された前記透明シート９５に設けた強粘着剤（図示せず）と、強粘着剤８０の一部を露出して被覆する剥離紙９７とを備えている。剥離紙８１には、剥離開始動作を容易にするためのスリット８２を設けている。

図９に示すように、葉書本体シート部７２裏面と貼着シート部７３との重ね合わせ面の一方側である貼着シート部７３面には、熱可塑性樹脂からなる透明シート８３を剥離困難な強粘着剤８４によって接着している。前記透明シート８３の前記貼着シート部７３とは反対面側には、同じく熱可塑性樹脂からなる透明シート８５を、熱溶着によって形成した前記葉書本体補助シート部７８に対応する完全溶着層８６部分は剥離困難に、その他の不完全溶着層８７部分は剥離可能に疑似的に接着している。したがって、前記透明シート８５は、前記葉書本体補助シート部７８には剥離困難に、前記貼着シート部７３には不完全溶着層８７から剥離可能に接着している。なお、切り用ミシン目７７は、前記透明シート８５の表面にまで達している。
