Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a belt cleaner device that removes deposits on a belt of a belt conveyor, and more specifically, a belt that is simple in structure, easy to maintain and inspected, and excellent in tracking of a scraping member to the belt. The present invention relates to a cleaner device.
In a thermal power plant, a steel mill, a chemical plant, a sewage treatment plant, a waste disposal plant, and the like, a belt conveyor that conveys various raw materials, fuels, treated materials, wastes, and the like is used. In this belt conveyor, a belt having a predetermined width is wound endlessly (endless) between a driving pulley and a driven pulley, and the driving pulley is rotated to rotate the belt.
When transporting the transported object on the belt conveyor, if the transported object that has not been withdrawn at the reversing part is transported to the backward movement side while adhering to the belt, a loss may occur and cause a decrease in transport efficiency, This may cause belt meandering, which is not preferable for safety.
Therefore, a belt cleaner device that mechanically scrapes off deposits on the belt by a scraping member (scraper) or the like brought into pressure contact with the belt surface after dropping the conveyed product is conventionally provided on the belt conveyor.
In general, a belt of a belt conveyor is supported by a guide roller so as to be curved downward and convex on the forward movement side in order to stably load a laminate. For this reason, the belt becomes curved as it is repeatedly loaded, and is not corrected by gravity on the backward movement side, but the forward curve is reversed as it is and is convex upward. In order to efficiently remove the deposits on the belt with such a curved wrinkle, it is necessary to press the upper end of the scraper against the belt surface without any gap at any position of the belt.
Therefore, a belt configured to align a plurality of scraping members divided in the width direction of the belt and to press these against the belt so that the scraping member is uniformly pressed over the belt width direction. A cleaner device has been proposed. For example, Patent Document 1 includes a plurality of cleaner units arranged in the width direction of the conveyor belt and pressure generating means for supporting the plurality of cleaner units, and the pressure generating means is provided for each of the plurality of cleaner units. A plurality of support portions engaged with the operation portions of each scraper so as to move integrally with the advance and retreat operation of the scraper, a pressure passage interconnecting the plurality of support portions, and a fluid filled in the pressure passage A belt cleaner device is disclosed. Further, Patent Document 2 includes a scraper blade and an elastic body that urges the blade to press against the belt surface, the elastic body having at least one spring element, and a plurality of the spring elements overlapped. A belt cleaner constituted by a flat spring is disclosed.
However, all of the conventional belt cleaner apparatuses are expensive because of their complicated structures, and it takes time to replace the scraping member and maintain the apparatus.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a belt cleaner device that has a simple structure, is easy to perform maintenance and inspection, and is excellent in followability of the scraping member to the belt.

With reference to FIGS. 1-4, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the belt

Next, the arrangement of the scraping
As shown in FIG. 2, the scraping

Next, a belt
