Description

The present invention relates to a disposable sanitary mask.

Patent Document 1 discloses a disposable mask 101 having a breathable main body 100 that contacts the face and annular portions 113 that are on both the left and right sides of the main body and are hooked on ears. There is disclosed a disposable sanitary mask (hereinafter referred to as a mask) 101 made of a material and in which the annular portion 113 is made of a relatively highly stretchable sheet-like fiber material (see FIG. 8).

The mask 101 of Patent Document 1 has a ring-shaped portion 113 that is hooked on the ear and is soft and soft to the touch, and the main body 100 hardly extends and is formed by first and second joining lines 104 and 106 formed by heat welding or the like. Is maintained so that it does not block the mouth or nasal passages. In addition, since the annular portion 113 covers the cheek widely and fits by deforming following the shape of the wearer's cheek, a gap is unlikely to occur between the mask 101 and the cheek.
JP 7-275384 A (Claim 1, FIG. 1)

The mask 101 of Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a force may concentrate on the lower end portion 112 of the first joint line 104 and break when the annular portion 113 is pulled to be worn on the ear when worn. There is room. This problem can be avoided by using a structure that can be hooked on the ear like a traditional gauze mask, but the tension is not applied to the lower end 112 of the first joining line 104, and the mask 101 is applied to the face, particularly the chin. There is a concern that new problems such as difficulty in fitting or deformation of the non-woven fabric at the portion where the string is attached and a gap between the cheeks may occur.

An object of the present invention is to improve a disposable sanitary mask made of a sheet-like fiber material, and a mask in which breakage at the lower end of the center of the mask is suppressed without impairing the fit to the wearer's jaw part. The issue is to provide.

The present invention comprises a cover portion for a wearer's mouth and a pair of ear hook portions extending from opposite outer ends of the cover portion, and the cover portion and the ear hook portion are each composed of a separate sheet member. Assumes a mask to be used.

Under such a premise, the ear hooking portion is formed of a sheet member that is relatively stretchable relative to the cover portion and has a hole for hooking the mask on the ear, and the cover portion is a pair of sheet members of the same shape and size. Are joined along a first joining line that extends in the longitudinal direction at the center of the mask, and the base end portion of the ear hook overlaps the entire length of the opposite outer end portions of the cover and extends to the outer end portion. It is a feature of the present invention that the ear hook includes a tension relaxation means that is bonded along the second bond line and relaxes the tension applied to the lower end of the first bond line from the ear hook when wearing the mask. is there.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the tension relaxation means is a notch or notch formed in the lower edge portion of the ear hook. In the present invention, the term “cut” refers to a portion cut into a line, and the term “notch” refers to a portion cut into a plane.

In another preferred embodiment, the tension relaxation means is constituted by a part of a hole for putting the mask on the ear.

According to this invention, since the tension relaxation means for relaxing the tension applied to the lower end portion of the first joining line of the covering portion, that is, the central lower end portion of the mask, is provided from the hole for hooking, when the mask is worn In addition, it is possible to provide a mask that does not easily break even when tension is applied to the lower end portion of the first joining line of the covering portion. Furthermore, as will be described later, by providing the tension relaxation means, the lower end portion of the first joining line of the cover portion is curved toward the wearer side when worn, and contacts the jaw portion with almost no gap. The fit to the part is not impaired.

<First Embodiment>
The details of the mask 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A mask 1 shown in a perspective view in FIG. 1 is a pair of ears extending from a cover portion 2 having a shape and size capable of covering the mouth of the wearer and the periphery of the nostril, and opposite outer end portions 10 of the cover portion 2. It consists of a hanging part 3. The ear hook 3 is formed with a slit 8 that is a hole for passing through the ear when worn.

The base end portion 7 of the ear hook portion 3, which is a portion where the ear hook portion 3 is joined to the cover portion 2, overlaps over the entire length of the opposite outer end portions 10 of the cover portion 2. The lower edge portion 13 of the ear hook portion 3 is a notch that is a tension relaxation means for relaxing the tension applied from the ear hook portion 3 to the lower end portion 12 of the first joining line 4 of the cover portion 2 when the mask 1 is worn. 14 is formed.

The cover part 2 and the ear hook part 3 are each formed of a pair of non-woven sheet members of the same shape and size made of thermoplastic synthetic fibers. The cover part 2 is the first sheet member 2A, 2B, and the ear hook part 3 is the first one. It consists of two sheet members 3A and 3B. The second sheet members 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B of the ear hook 3 are more stretchable than the first sheet members 2 </ b> A and 2 </ b> B of the cover 2.

Each of the first sheet members 2A and 2B constituting the cover portion 2 has a quadrilateral shape having sides that curve outward. The cover portion 2 is formed by overlapping the inner surfaces (the surfaces facing the wearer when worn) of the first sheet members 2A and 2B, and heat-welding the side portion that curves outward along the first joining line 4 Are formed by bonding. The mask 1 is symmetric with respect to the first bonding line 4. In other words, the first bonding line 4 extends in the central vertical direction of the mask 1.

The ear hooking portion 3 overlaps the base end portions 7 of the second sheet members 3 </ b> A and 3 </ b> B constituting the ear hooking portion 3 over the entire length of the opposite outer end portions 10 of the cover portion 2 and extends to the opposite outer end portions 10. It is joined to the cover part 2 by heat welding along the second joining line 6.

It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric which comprises 1st sheet member 2A, 2B has air permeability, and is substantially non-extensible. Here, “substantially non-extendable” means that when the mask 1 is worn and pulled by hand, the elongation of the first sheet members 2A and 2B is hardly recognized visually. Moreover, it is preferable that it is comparatively highly rigid so that it may not lose shape due to the breathing of the wearer and block the mouth or nasal cavity of the wearer. As such a non-woven fabric, one having a bending resistance of 130 to 280 mm measured by a cantilever method (JIS L1096) can be used.

It is preferable that the nonwoven fabric which comprises 2nd sheet | seat member 3A, 3B has the elasticity and the air permeability which can pull the ear hook part 3 and can hang | hang the slit 8 on an ear, when wearing the mask 1. FIG. As such a nonwoven fabric, a stretchable nonwoven fabric obtained by heat-treating a web made of heat-crimpable composite fibers can be suitably used. The rigidity of the second sheet members 3A and 3B is preferably lower than that of the first sheet members 2A and 2B.

The first joining line 4 is higher than the nonwoven fabric portions of the first sheet members 2A and 2B other than the first joining line 4 because the thermoplastic synthetic fibers constituting the nonwoven fabric are heated, pressurized and melted and joined. It is rigid. Similarly to the first joint line 4, the second joint line 6 has relatively higher rigidity than the nonwoven fabric portions of the first sheet members 2A, 2B and the second sheet members 3A, 3B other than the second joint line 6. It can be deformed following the shape of the wearer's cheek. Note that either the first joint line 4 or the second joint line 6 may be highly rigid.

The mask 1 has a planar shape in which the respective sheet members are overlapped before wearing, and when worn, the covering portion 2 is located on the inner side (wearing) of the mask 1 as shown in a side view when the mask 1 is worn in FIG. The cup shape is curved toward the wearer's side, and is pressed against the wearer's face by the contraction force of the ear hook 3. More specifically, as a result of the first joint line 4 coming into contact with the wearer's nose and chin and the second joint line 6 being deformed following the shape of the cheek and coming into contact with the cheek, the upper side 15 and the lower side 16 of the cover 2 Fits by touching the sides of your nose, cheeks and chin with almost no gaps. In addition, since the base end portion 7 of the ear hook 3 is overlapped over the entire length of the opposite outer end portions 10 of the cover portion 2, the ear hook 3 fits wide on the cheek so that it is between the mask 1 and the cheek. It is possible to prevent a gap from being formed.

The notch 14 provided in the lower edge portion 13 of the ear hook 3 has a lowermost point 20 where the ear hook 3 contacts the wearer's ear indicated by a virtual line when the mask 1 is worn, and a first joint. It is provided so as to intersect the line L connecting the lower end portions 12 of the line 4. Since the cutout 14 is formed, the lower end 12 of the first joint line 4 can be broken without impairing the fit of the mask 1 to the wearer's chin as will be described below. It is suppressed.

Next, the operation of the notch 14 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4 by comparing the conventional mask 101 without the notch 14 with the mask 1 of the present invention having the notch 14. 3A to 3D schematically show the states of the first bonding line 104 and the second bonding line 106 before and after the mask 101 without the notch 14 is worn, and FIGS. ) Schematically represents the state of the first joint line 4 and the second joint line 6 before and after the mask 1 having the notch 14 is worn. In addition, when referring to left and right and inside and outside, it means the direction seen from the wearer.

3 (a) and 3 (b) are schematic views showing the front and side before the conventional mask 101 is worn, and FIGS. 3 (c) and 3 (d) are pulled to put the ear hook 103 on the ear. It is a schematic diagram showing the front and side surface at the time.
In the case of the conventional mask 101, as shown in the side view of FIG. 3B, the first joint line 104 before being worn is slightly curved inward, and the second joint line 106 is substantially linear. . When the ear hooking portion 103 is pulled to wear the mask 101 and the tension of the horizontal component is applied to the mask 101, the ear hooking portion 3 extends in the left-right direction as shown in FIG. It shrinks to narrow the width of the upper end 121 and the lower end 122 of the second joint line 106.

However, since the cover portion 102 has poor extensibility and cannot contract at the second bonding line 106, the cover portion 102 tries to narrow the distance between the upper end 121 and the lower end 122 by bending. At this time, since the cover 102 has a cup shape curved inward as described above, as shown in FIG. 3B, the second bonding line 106 is curved inward and covers the mask 101. The first sheet members 102 </ b> A and 102 </ b> B constituting the part 102 and the first joining line 104 are also curved toward the inside of the mask 101.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, which are schematic diagrams showing the front and side before being worn, the mask 1 having the notch 14 has the second edge portion 13 of the lower edge portion 13. A notch 14 is formed in the vicinity of the joining line 6. Further, the first joint line 4 before the mask 1 is worn is slightly curved inward, and the second joint line 6 is substantially linear.

Also in the case of the mask 1 having the notch 14, as shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d) showing the front and side when the ear hook 3 is put on the ear, the first and second joint lines 4, 6 are shown. Is curved toward the inside of the mask 1. Further, of the tension applied from the ear hook 3 to the cover 2, the tension toward the lower end 12 of the first joint line 4 is blocked by the notch 14 and relaxed. For this reason, most of the tension applied to the cover 2 from the ear hook 3 is applied to the range between the upper end 21 and the intermediate point 23 of the second joining line 6.

As a result, the second joining line 6 is greatly curved between the upper end 21 and the intermediate point 23, and the lower end 22 of the second joining line 6 follows this, as shown in FIGS. 4 (c) and 4 (d). In addition, it is greatly curved toward the inside of the mask 1. For this reason, compared with the conventional mask 101 (refer FIG.3 (d)), the lower end part 12 of the 1st joining line 4 curves largely toward the inner side of the mask 1, ie, a wearer's jaw.

As described above, in the case of the mask 1 having the notch 14, the tension applied to the lower end portion 12 of the first joining line 4 is relieved, so that breakage at the lower end portion 12 of the mask 1 is suppressed. Moreover, since the lower end part 12 curves greatly toward the inner side of the mask 1, the lower end part 12 is pressed against the wearer's chin, and the fit to the wearer's chin part is not impaired.

<Second Embodiment>
FIG. 5 is a side view when the mask 1 according to the second embodiment is worn. In the present embodiment, the slit 8 that is a hole for hanging on the ear is extended from the first embodiment, and the extension 24 of the slit 8 that is a tension relaxation means is in contact with the ear of the wearer 3. Intersects with a line L connecting the lowest point 20 and the lower end portion 12 of the first joining line 4.

FIGS. 6A to 6D are schematic views showing the states of the first joint line 4 and the second joint line 6 before and after the mask 1 according to this embodiment is worn. FIGS. 6A and 6B are schematic views showing the front and side before the mask 1 is worn, and an extension 24 of the slit 8 is provided in place of the notch 14 as a tension relaxation means. Is the same as in the first embodiment.

As shown in FIGS. 6C and 6D showing the front and side surfaces of the mask 1 according to the present embodiment when the ear hook 3 is put on the ear, the first and second masks 1 are pulled by pulling the ear hook 3. Two joining lines 4 and 6 are curved toward the inside of the mask 1.
Here, of the tension applied to the cover 2 from the ear hook 3, the tension toward the lower end 12 of the first joint line 4 is blocked by the extension 24 of the slit 8, and further, the extension 24 and the ear hook 3. The nonwoven fabric between the lower edge portions 13 is relaxed by being absorbed by elongation. For this reason, most of the tension applied from the ear hook 3 to the cover 2 is applied to the range between the upper end 21 and the intermediate point 23 of the second joining line 6.

As a result, the second joint line 6 is greatly curved between the upper end 21 and the intermediate point 23, and the lower end 22 of the second joint line 6 follows this, as shown in FIGS. 6 (c) and 6 (d).

As described above, breakage of the lower end portion 12 of the mask 1 is suppressed in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and the lower end portion 12 is pressed against the wearer's chin, so that fit to the wearer's chin portion is achieved. It will not be damaged.

The tension relaxation means is not limited to the illustrated notch 14, but can be changed to various shapes as shown in FIGS. 7 (a) and 7 (b). FIG. 7A is a side view of a modified example in which the tension relaxation means is formed by cutting, and a plurality of cuts 17 are provided in the lower edge portion 13 of the ear hook 3. FIG.7 (b) is a side view of the modification which provided the wide notch 14 along the lower edge part 13, and since it can be set as the notch 14 without an acute angle part according to this structure, It is possible to prevent the ear hook 3 from tearing starting from the notch 14.

Although the mask 1 according to the present invention has been described above, various modifications can be made. For example, the sheet member forming the mask 1 may be a woven fabric, a plastic net, a woven fabric made of natural fibers, etc., or a laminate of these and a nonwoven fabric, or a composite product. Further, the sheet member can be bonded and bonded with a hot melt adhesive or the like. Furthermore, the hole for putting the mask 1 on the ear can be an opening obtained by cutting out a part of the sheet member of the ear hook 3.
