Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 1, a mask 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is bonded to a mask main body 2 that covers a user's mouth and nose, and to both sides of the mask main body 2 via crimping bonding portions 8. The pair of ear hooks 3 and 3 extending rearward from both side portions of the mask main body 2 and the folding portion 14 provided so as to protrude inside the mask main body 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the mask body 2 is provided with an arch-shaped joint portion 6 in which a pair of symmetrical body sheets 5 are overlapped and the adjacent side edges are heat-sealed and joined in an arch shape. When the pair of main body sheets 5 are opened to the left and right, it becomes a form that is recessed in a substantially bowl shape.
Each main body sheet 5 is formed by sequentially laminating an outer sheet material made of a polypropylene melt blown nonwoven fabric, an intermediate sheet material made of an electrostatic filter, and an inner sheet material made of a composite fiber of rayon fiber and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The laminated sheet is pressure-bonded by ultrasonic waves at the pressure-bonding portion 7. Each of the crimping parts 7 has a short linear shape extending in the vertical direction, and is intermittently arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and is arranged in parallel obliquely upward from the crimping joint part 8 toward the central arch-shaped joint part 6. Has been placed.
Each main body sheet 5 is non-thermoplastic, an outer sheet material made of a nonwoven fabric of composite fibers in which a porous material such as zeolite or activated carbon is supported on a cellulose fiber, and an intermediate material made of a nonwoven fabric of thermoplastic polyester fibers. In some cases, a sheet material and a non-thermoplastic inner sheet material made of a cotton non-woven fabric are sequentially laminated and heat-sealed by a plurality of crimping portions 7.

Each ear hook portion 3 is formed of an ear hook sheet 10, and each ear hook sheet 10 is formed of an elastic stretchable nonwoven fabric. Each ear hooking sheet 10 is crimped by ultrasonic waves at both sides of the mask body 2, that is, the ends opposite to the arch-like joints 6 of the pair of body sheets 5, and extends backward. When the mask main body 2 is folded around the arch-shaped joint 6 to be folded in half, the outer shapes of the ear hooking sheets 10 match. Each ear hooking sheet 10 is formed with an ear through hole 4.
The elastic stretchable nonwoven fabric is formed by thermally bonding a rubber member having elastic stretchability to one surface of a nonwoven fabric having high tensile strength in one direction and extensibility in a direction crossing the one direction.
And the direction which has the extensibility of the nonwoven fabric which comprises an elastic elastic nonwoven fabric is made to correspond to the direction which goes to the ear from the mouth of each ear hook part 3, and it is made to express elastic elasticity in the direction which goes to an ear from the mouth. ing.

The non-woven fabric is, for example, in a state in which each rayon fiber is aligned in parallel so as to be directed in one direction by cottonwood, and a high-pressure water stream from a plurality of water jet nozzles is sprayed on both sides to entangle each rayon fiber. Is formed. By forming in this way, the nonwoven fabric has a high tensile strength in one direction directed by each rayon fiber, and has a property of having extensibility in a direction crossing the one direction.
Moreover, the form which heat-bonds a rubber member to one surface of a nonwoven fabric is the form which heat-bonds linearly in a spiral form (spiral form), the form which heat-bonds in a dot form, the form which heat-bonds linearly, and the space | interval Any of the forms that are thermally bonded in a planar form is adopted, or a form that is thermally bonded by appropriately combining these thermally bonded forms is adopted. The elastic bonding force of each ear hook 3 in the direction from the mouth toward the ear can be slightly changed by the heat bonding form of these rubber members.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the pair of main body sheets 5 and the pair of ear-hanging sheets 10 are pressure-bonded and bonded by ultrasonic waves at the pressure-bonding joint portion 8, but may be pressure-bonded by embossing or heat sealed. Crimp bonding by using may be used.

Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 2-4, in the mask main body 2, it protrudes upwards via the bending line 13 of the horizontal direction from the whole region of the upper edge of each main body sheet | seat 5 and each crimping | bonding junction part 8, Each folding part 14 which protrudes inside mask body 2 by bending each folding line 13 is formed. These bend lines 13 may be weld lines or hole lines spaced apart.
Each folding part 14 is formed in a trapezoidal shape including a pressure bonding part 8 extending in the vertical direction at the side end part, and between each folding part 14, from a part of the contact with the upper edge of the arched joint 6. An expanding triangular space 11 is formed. And when each folding part 14 is folded inside each main body sheet 5 along the folding line 13, the opposite end parts of each folding part 14 come into contact so that each folding part 14 continues in the lateral direction. It protrudes to the inside of the mask body 2.
In the present embodiment, each folding portion 14 is formed in a trapezoidal shape, but may be formed in an appropriate shape such as a semicircular shape or a horizontally long semielliptical shape.

Although not shown, a core material made of shape memory alloy or shape memory plastic is inserted into each fold portion 14 to securely hold the fold shape when folded, and both cheeks from the fold portion 14 and the nose You may make it further improve adhesiveness with the face which leads to.

Next, the folding part 14 which concerns on other embodiment is demonstrated based on FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 5, each fold portion 14 provided in the mask body 2 is formed larger than the fold portion 14 shown in FIG. 3, and the fold line is substantially parallel to the fold line 13 in each fold portion 14. Two places 13a and 13b are provided at intervals. In addition, these fold lines 13, 13a, 13b (all three places) may be weld lines or hole lines with intervals.
Further, the folding lines 13a and 13b provided in each folding part 14 have different bending strengths, and the folding line 13a located closer to the upper end of each folding part 14 is located closer to the main body sheet 5. The bending strength is set to be smaller than the bending line 13b. In addition, the bending strength of each folding line 13 a and 13 b provided in each folding part 14 is set smaller than the folding strength of the folding line 13 at the boundary between each folding part 14 and each main body sheet 5.
Then, each folding portion 14 is quadruple (including the main body sheet 5) so as to protrude inside the mask main body 2 along the three folding lines 13, 13a, 13b as shown in FIGS. It is folded in. Thereby, the amount of protrusion of the folded portion 14 to the inside of the mask body 2 can be made larger than the amount of protrusion of the folded portion 14 in the state of FIG. 4 to the inside of the mask body 2. Even if there is a large gap between the face from the nose to both cheeks, the gap can be closed without any problem.

In the state shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, each folding part 14 is folded along four folding lines 13, 13 a, 13 b and is folded in quadruple, but as shown in FIG. 8, the folding part 14 is folded. It is also possible to fold only the fold lines 13 and 13a into a triple (including the main body sheet 5). This is because the user changes the number of foldings of the folding part 14 according to the size of the gap between the upper part of the mask body 2 and the face from the nose to both cheeks, and the inside of the mask body 2 of the folding part 14. It is possible to adjust the amount of protrusion.
Moreover, in the form shown in FIG. 5 of the folding part 14, two folding lines 13 a and 13 b are provided in each folding part 14, but two or more may be provided, or only one place may be provided. Even when two or more fold lines are provided, the fold strength of the fold line located near the main body sheet 5 of each fold portion 14 is set to the maximum, and gradually decreases as the upper end of each fold portion 14 is approached. In addition, when one folding line is provided in each folding part 14, the folding strength of this folding line is set to be smaller than the folding strength of the folding line 13 at the boundary between each folding part 14 and each main body sheet 5. Better to do.

As described above, according to the mask 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, when the mask 1 is worn, the folding portions 14 provided so as to protrude to the inside of the mask main body 2 extend from the nose to both cheeks. Since it is in close contact with the face, and exhalation flows into the inside of each folding part 14, that is, between each folding part 14 and the inner surface of the mask body 2, each folding part 14 is pushed to the face side. In addition, the adhesion between each folded portion 14 and the face extending from the nose to both cheeks is enhanced.
Thus, when the mask 1 is worn, dust, pollen or the like does not enter the mask 1, and exhalation is exposed to the outside from the gap between the top of the mask body 2 and the face from the nose to both cheeks. Since there is no leakage, inconveniences such as fogging of glasses can be solved.
Moreover, according to the mask 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, each folding portion 14 provided in the mask main body 2 is a hard part which is a pressure-bonding joint portion 8 between the mask main body 2 and the ear hooking portion 5. Since it formed so that a part might be included, the shape by which each folding part 14 was folded can be hold | maintained, and the adhesiveness of each folding part 14 and the face from a nose to both cheeks can be maintained.

In addition, according to the mask 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, each fold portion 14 is provided with a plurality of fold lines 13a and 13b, and the fold strengths of the fold lines 13a and 13b are positioned closer to the upper end of the fold portion 14. The fold line 13a is set to be smaller than the fold line 13b located closer to the main body sheet 5.
As a result, the user bends the folding part 14 in triple or quadruple according to the gap between the upper part of the mask main body 2 and the face from the nose to both cheeks, and the mask main body 2 of the folding part 14 is folded. The amount of protrusion to the inside can be adjusted. In addition, the folding lines 13a and 13b are set so that the folding strength decreases toward the upper end of the folding part 14 (increases as the mask body 2 is approached), so that each folding part 14 is folded in triple or quadruple. In this case, the restoring force is increased, and the adhesion between each folded portion 14 and the face from the nose to both cheeks is further enhanced. In addition, the ease of use when folding each folding portion 14 is greatly improved.

Furthermore, the ear hooking sheet 10 constituting the ear hooking portion 3 of the mask 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention is elastic on one surface of the nonwoven fabric having high tensile strength in one direction and extensibility in the intersecting direction. Since the elastic rubber member is formed of an elastic stretch nonwoven fabric thermally bonded, when the ear hook 3 is put on the ear, the tension acting on the ear is moderate and the wearing feeling of the mask 1 is long and long. There is no inconvenience even if you wear it for hours.

In the mask 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, each folded portion 14 is folded so as to overlap the main body sheet 5 by, for example, folding the folding line 13 by 90 ° or more, but it is not necessarily folded by 90 ° or more. It is not necessary, and each folding part 14 may be protruded to the inside of the main body sheet 5 by bending the fold line 13 at an angle smaller than 90 ° inside the main body sheet 5. In the case of this form, the inner surface of each folding part 14 comes into close contact with the face from the nose to both cheeks to close the gap.
