Claims (5)

Pulse output means for outputting a logic pulse signal having a duty ratio proportional to the amplitude of the modulation output signal;
Constant amplitude signal generating means for outputting a constant amplitude high frequency signal based on the modulated output signal;
Switching means for intermittently switching the constant amplitude high frequency signal by the logic pulse signal;
A band-pass filter that filters the constant-amplitude high-frequency signal interrupted by the switching means, and outputs the filtered signal as a transmission signal ;
The switching means includes a power amplifying circuit that amplifies the output to a required transmission power, and a ground side electrode circuit of an active element constituting the power amplifying circuit or a bias circuit of the power amplifying circuit is intermittently provided by the logic pulse signal. In this way, the communication device intermittently connects the constant amplitude high frequency signal with the logic pulse signal . The communication apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the pulse output unit outputs the logic pulse signal by pulse width modulation.
