Description

The present invention relates to a liquid container having a stopper that can pierce a suction needle.

Conventionally, for example, a container that contains an adhesive or a paint can be used as a container that can prevent foreign matter from being mixed when not in use, and can discharge a liquid or other contained material from a required portion when necessary. Thus, there is one in which the same film body as the container material is integrally formed at the spout, and the film body is broken when the container is opened (for example, see Patent Document 1). In addition, in a container for storing a liquid medicine for a syringe, a rubber stopper is fitted with a metal caulking tool in which a rubber stopper is fitted into the container mouth, and a thin metal film is positioned on the top surface of the rubber stopper. There has been proposed a method in which a caulking is fixed to a container mouth so that an injection needle can be passed through an overlapping portion of a thin metal film and a rubber stopper (for example, see Patent Document 2). Furthermore, by arranging a punching sheet in the spout part and screwing the perforated cap onto the spout, the punching sheet is fixed so as to close the spout, and the punching sheet is removed from the hole of the cap. There has also been proposed one in which a suction needle is inserted into the exposed portion (see, for example, Patent Document 3).
JP 58-160256 A Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 08-266588 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-091809

In addition to the above-mentioned container, it corresponds to a device for taking in liquid by a suction mechanism for suction and having a relatively thick nozzle, and is a liquid that is set in a general office printing machine and contains ink used in the printing machine There is a container, and there is also a container that can form a flow path by piercing the nozzle in consideration of the user's trouble of loading a new ink container filled with ink to the ink suction mechanism of the printing press. .
In such a container containing ink, in the container in which the thick nozzle in the suction mechanism of the office printing machine is inserted, the nozzle passes through the inner diameter of the spout tool a as shown in FIG. There is a simple configuration in which the diameter is set and a cap b is screwed to the opening to close the opening of the spout tool a.
However, in the case where the cap is simply put on the spout tool as described above, when the liquid container filled with ink is used as the product, the spout tool can be easily opened and closed, so that the ink is sucked and emptied. Improperly filling a used container with poor quality ink and attaching it to the printing machine as a product may cause problems on the printing machine side. It has become.

Further, in the liquid container in which the ink flow path can be formed by the piercing of the nozzle of the suction mechanism, a sheet c that is torn by the nozzle is arranged in the mouth portion of the spout tool a as shown in FIG. There is a container in which the periphery of the sheet c and the periphery of the mouth are caulked with a metal caulking material d in the same manner as that described in Document 2. In this liquid container, a nozzle is pierced into a sheet covering the mouth portion, the sheet is broken to suck the contents, and it is difficult to return the torn sheet of the used container to its original state. It is easy to prevent unauthorized reuse of used containers as described above.
However, when the used liquid container itself is treated as waste, it is difficult to separate the caulking material from the container body that is a synthetic resin product, and the inconvenience of being disposed of together without proper separation. Arise.
Furthermore, when the sheet is made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), the sheet is stretched when pierced with a needle, the section is brought into close contact with the tip of the needle, and the needle hole for sucking the contents is sectioned. Or the section is detached from the tip of the needle and sucked into the needle hole together with the contents, which causes a problem in the internal mechanism of the printing press.
Further, when the contents are oily, there is a tendency that only the inside of the sheet swells and the sheet is deformed.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, the present invention pays attention to the fact that a sheet or the like can be provided at the nozzle piercing portion of the liquid container to prevent unauthorized refilling, and the entire container including the portion piercing the nozzle is made of a synthetic resin material. It is an object to make it easy to dispose of used containers as well as to prevent sections from being pierced, and to prevent the shape of nozzle piercing parts from changing shape even if the contents are oily. The purpose is to obtain a useful liquid container.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and a resin obtained by mixing an ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer and adhesive polyethylene in a range of 80 parts by mass: 20 parts by mass to 40 parts by mass: 60 parts by mass. The present invention provides a liquid container characterized by having a stopper provided with a piercing portion of a suction needle having a thickness of 0.12 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less.
In the present invention, the adhesive polyethylene can be maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene.

According to the present invention, if the pierced portion of the plug is pierced and broken with a suction needle such as a nozzle, the pierced portion cannot be closed, and thus has a great effect in preventing unauthorized refilling. Moreover, since the swelling property of the plug body is small, it is difficult for the plug body to be deformed even if the container contains an oil component, and the sticking of the suction needle can be prevented from shifting from an appropriate position.
In addition, since the pierced portion can be easily torn without being stretched by the piercing of the suction needle, the needle hole of the suction needle is blocked by the section and cannot be sucked, and the problem that the section is sucked in can be prevented. There is an effect.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a liquid container. The liquid container 1 is composed of a container body 2 made of a flexible and heat-sealable synthetic resin film material, and a mouth attached to the lower end of the side surface of the container body 2 so as to be offset. It comprises the device 3. The liquid container 1 is a container for storing a container having a relatively high viscosity, for example, a liquid such as ink, and after filling the container through the mouth device 3, the mouth device 3 is closed and the liquid is stored. The container 1 is set in a container loading section of a printing machine equipped with an ink suction mechanism, and the mouth device 3 is connected to a suction mechanism for sucking the contents in the container. The device 3 is opened so that the contents can be sucked.

The mouthpiece device 3 corresponding to the filling by the filling means and the suction by the suction means as shown in FIG. 3 sucks out the contents and the filling mouth 5 having the filling holes 4 through which the filling means can pass. The plug body 7 has a thin piercing portion 6 that can be pierced and opened by a nozzle that is a suction means of a suction mechanism, and the liquid flow path through the filling hole 4 after filling the contents is the plug body 7. Closed, the piercing portion 6 is broken by piercing by the suction means, and a liquid flow path that can be sucked is obtained by passing the suction means through the filling hole 4 and the pierced piercing portion 6. Therefore, the liquid container 1 is in the form of a product in which the liquid flow path is closed after the contents are filled, and the cap for the mouthpiece device 3 is not required by ensuring a reliable closure.

The filling mouthpiece 5 is formed from a synthetic resin material that can be fused into a bottomed cylindrical shape that is open at one end. As shown in FIG. 3, the filling means insertion direction (arrow X ), The cylindrical portion 9 projects in the opposite direction, and the filling hole 4 is located on the projecting end side, and the peripheral surface of the rear surface portion 8 projects in the direction opposite to the filling means insertion direction X so as to surround it. An outer cylinder portion 11 is formed by a cylindrical outer wall 10 that is continuous in a direction, and an end edge 12 of the cylindrical outer wall 10 is opened in a tapered shape. In addition, the outer cylinder portion 11 is provided with a flange 13 for pressing the mouth at the time of filling / discharging around the outer circumference in a radial direction corresponding to the base end of the front opening portion, and has a larger diameter than the outer cylinder portion 11. Yes.

As shown in the drawing, a flange 14 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder portion 11 so as to project radially over the entire circumference, and the outer cylinder portion 11 is stepped in the vicinity of the outer cylinder portion 11. The flange 14 is fused to the main body sheet 15 of the container main body 2 at the position of the outer peripheral portion, whereby the filling port portion 5 is fixed to the container main body 2.
Furthermore, a plurality of ribs 16 projecting in the filling means insertion direction X are integrally provided on the inner surface of the container body 2 in the back surface portion 8. The plurality of ribs 16 are provided to secure a flow path to the filling hole 4 side so that the main body sheet 15 does not adhere to the back surface portion 8 during suction of the contents.

Furthermore, in the filling mouthpiece 5, a locking projection 17 is provided around the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical outer wall 10 corresponding to the cylindrical portion 9, and the cylindrical wall 18 of the cylindrical portion 9 serves as a seal ring. It is configured. In addition, in order to ensure the push-in operability when attaching the plug body 7 to be described later, the height position of the locking projection 17 and the base end height position of the flange 14 are not aligned, and the locking projection 17 The base end of the flange 14 is provided at a position away from the height position in the direction opposite to the filling means insertion direction X.

The plug body 7 has a fitting means 21 composed of a cylindrical wall 20 projecting in the filling means insertion direction X from a ring portion 19 having a pierced portion 6 at the center, and the synthetic resin is made into a substantially cap shape as a whole. It is formed by. The fitting means 21 is fitted between the outer cylindrical portion 11 and the cylindrical portion 9 of the filling mouthpiece 5 and protrudes radially around the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 20 on the protruding end side. The locking projection 22 and the locking projection 17 of the cylindrical outer wall 10 are engaged with each other in a non-removable manner, and a seal surface portion 23 is provided around the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 20. The seal surface portion 24 formed of the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 18 serving as the seal ring is in close contact with the seal surface portion 23. The close contact between the sealing surface portion 24 of the cylindrical wall 18 and the sealing surface portion 23 of the cylindrical wall 20 prevents the contents of the container body from turning around to the cylindrical outer wall 10 side.
The piercing portion 6 that can be pierced by the suction means is provided at a position corresponding to the filling port 4, and the stopper 7 is arranged so as to cover the filling port 4. By being fixedly attached to the tool 5, the liquid flow path via the filling port 4 is closed.

The piercing portion 6 of the plug body 7 is formed integrally with the ring portion 19 at the time of injection molding of the plug body 7 with a synthetic resin material. And when molding this plug 7, the molding material was mixed in the range of 80 parts by mass: 20 parts by mass to 40 parts by mass: 60 parts by mass with an ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer and adhesive polyethylene. It is made of resin. Further, the piercing portion 6 has a thickness of 0.12 mm or more and 0.4 mm or less. The adhesive polyethylene in the molding material is preferably maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene.
By doing in this way, in the piercing part 6, when a nozzle is pierced, it does not break well and a section is not generated. Furthermore, by using maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene as the adhesive polyethylene, the degree of deformation due to swelling when the contents are oily can be extremely reduced, and the ease of opening the piercing portion is improved. Can be kept high.

As described above, the plug according to the present invention is molded by a method in which injection molding is performed by injecting resin into a mold using a mold having a cavity (space) in which product irregularities are inverted. Is common.
In obtaining the plug according to the present invention, it is desirable that the gate (resin injection hole) provided in the mold for injecting the resin into the cavity is positioned at the center of the piercing portion 6. Since the gate is at the center of the piercing portion 6 that is a thin-walled portion, the resin is filled from the thin-walled portion toward a thick portion around the stopper at the time of resin injection. Therefore, no pinhole is generated in the piercing portion 6.
By the way, if a gate is provided at a portion corresponding to the side surface of the thick plug, the resin is filled into the thick resin side portion and then into the piercing portion 6 which is a thin portion at the time of resin injection. For this reason, the air pressed by the resin gathers in the cavity corresponding to the piercing portion 6, and it becomes difficult for the air to escape from the cavities and pinholes are easily generated in the piercing portion 6. In addition, by providing a gate in the center of the piercing part 6, when the nozzle is pierced into the piercing part 6, the resin of the piercing part 6 is oriented and the piercing part 6 is easily cut.

When the contents filled in the liquid container 1 are sucked, the liquid container 1 is placed so that the mouthpiece device 3 corresponds to the nozzle as the suction means in the container loading portion of the device such as a printing machine as described above. After the setting, for example, the mouthpiece device 3 is applied to the nozzle by an operation on the device side so that the nozzle pierces and opens the piercing portion 6 of the plug 7 and enters the piercing portion 6 and the filling hole 4. do it. As a result, the contents can be sucked.

Next, the plug body is molded from a mixture of the following resin materials, the thickness t at the piercing portion is changed, and the moldability and piercing property (easy to pierce) of the piercing portion due to each thickness is changed. investigated. In order to determine the piercing property, the tip of a hollow tube of φ7 (mm) was cut at 45 ° and pierced.
As the molding material, a mixture of ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer and adhesive polyethylene (maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene) in a ratio of 50 parts by mass to 50 parts by mass was used. In addition, as an ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer, brand name EVAL (made by Kuraray Co., Ltd.), brand name Soarnol (made by Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), brand name GL resin (made by Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), etc. Product can be used. Moreover, as maleic anhydride modified polyethylene, products, such as brand name Admer (made by Mitsui Chemicals) and brand name Modic-AP (made by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation), can be used.
As shown in Table 1, it was found that the formability and piercing property of the pierced part were good when the thickness of the pierced part was in the range of 0.12 mm to 0.4 mm.

Next, the ratio of the two types of molding materials of the plug body was changed, and the influence (swellability and stabability) on the plug body material received from the contents was examined. Two types of molding materials for the plug were ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer (the above-mentioned Soarnol) and adhesive polyethylene (maleic anhydride-modified polyethylene), and the mixing ratio was changed as shown in Table 2.
As test conditions, the liquid used as the contained material was composed of 48% by mass of liquid paraffin, 48% by mass of water, 2% by mass of surfactant, and 2% by mass of other components.
The contents were attached to the inner surface of the product (inner surface of the plug body), and the state where the inner surface of the product was immersed at 40 ° C. and 90 days for 30 days was maintained.
In order to determine the piercing property, the tip of a hollow tube of φ7 (mm) was cut at 45 ° and pierced.
The thickness of the pierced part of the product (plug) was 0.25 mm.

As shown in Table 2, ethylene-polyvinyl alcohol copolymer (using the above-mentioned Soarnol) and adhesive polyethylene are mixed in the range of 80 parts by mass: 20 parts by mass to 40 parts by mass: 60 parts by mass. In the plug body made of resin, the piercing part will fully function, the piercing part and the whole plug body will not be deformed, and the deterioration of the piercing performance due to swelling and the deterioration of the filling port closing performance as a plug body will not occur I understood.
