又横ライン棒の上下移動はライン棒の入り口と受け口を同時に移動すれば横ライン棒の出し入れが円滑にできる。

横ライン棒を下方向に移動する為にはシリンダ−「5」を利用してピストンに固定されている横ライン棒道入口「6」と受け留口「7」を水平に保ちながら下方向に移動する。
全体を十分に振動し圧縮した後に横ライン棒を図6に示す矢印の方向に移動する上型4を更に下降させて下型枠の低部まで4の上型プレス部を移動させえると同時に受け板12も下降させる。「7図」に示す様に成型品を脱型して1サイクルとする。
