Description

The present invention relates to a soil retaining material for planting slopes used when planting slopes, and particularly relates to improvements for more reliably fixing to slopes.

Conventionally, instead of simply covering the slopes of cut and embankment surfaces formed during road construction and residential land development with mortar, etc., planting trees etc. to improve the landscape It is done. And in such a tree planting method, when planting a tree, a soil retaining material for slope planting composed of a flat plate member and an anchor for fixing it to the slope is applied (for example, Patent Documents). 1).

However, the soil retaining material for slope planting has the following problems.
First, the soil retaining material for slope planting described above is a plate-like member, so that the base material such as plants and culture soil on the soil retaining material for slope planting tends to be washed away during heavy rain, and the plant material when dried And base materials such as culture soil are easy to peel off.
In addition, when working on greening, the actual work site is dangerous because it is a steep slope. For this reason, workers work with safety fences, but they cannot deny that their feet are unstable, and they use the installed soil retaining material for slope planting as a scaffold and work on it Was also seen. As a result, the soil retaining material for slope planting sometimes bent without being able to withstand the load.

Therefore, the present applicant prevents the base materials such as plants and culture soil from being washed away or peeled off, and has excellent load resistance, even if the operator works on the soil retaining material for slope planting. Soil retaining materials for slope planting that never occur are developed and have already been filed for utility model registration applications (see Patent Document 2). The above problems have already been solved.

However, in addition to the above problems, there are problems as shown below.
First, a drill is used for drilling the hole H for driving the anchor 3 'into the slope 4, but at this time, since the work is performed in an unstable state, FIG. As shown in the figure, the hole H may be displaced obliquely from the direction in which it should originally be opened, but the cylindrical anchor receiver 28 ′ provided in the retaining plate 2 ′ with respect to such a hole H. When the anchor 3 'in the inserted state is forcibly driven into, the anchor receiver 28' is excessively stressed as shown in FIG. 8 (b) and may be removed from the retaining plate 2 '.
In areas where there is a lot of snow, or where there is a lot of damage due to heavy rain or torrential rain, the maximum load on the retaining plate 2 'will be large, so further improvement of the fixing strength to the slope is required. It was done.
Utility Model Registration No. 2567645 Utility Model Registration No. 3123566

The present invention has been made from such a background, and even if the hole formed in the slope is displaced from the direction to be originally drilled and is obliquely drilled, the anchor receiver is damaged. Therefore, the present invention intends to propose a soil planting material for slope planting that can securely fix the retaining plate to the slope and improve the fixing strength to the slope.

It is.

The soil retaining material for slope planting of the present invention has the following effects by means of the constitution of the invention described in each claim described above.
That is, according to the earth retaining material for slope planting according to claim 1, the stress applied to the anchor receiver when the anchor is driven can be absorbed by the deformation of the insertion ring, and damage to the anchor receiver is avoided. Can be securely fixed to the slope.

In addition, according to the soil retaining material for slope planting according to claim 2, stress applied to the anchor receiver when the anchor is driven can be absorbed by twisting or deformation of the insertion ring, and damage to the anchor receiver is avoided. The hooks that have been folded up are caused, and it is only necessary to hang them on the lath net, so that workability is not lowered.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention is specifically as described in the following examples.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on illustrated embodiments. What is shown by the code | symbol 1 in a figure is the earth retaining material for slope planting of this invention, and this thing is an auxiliary material for planting the plant 5 for greening of the slope 4 firmly. A vegetation bag 6 filled with culture soil or the like is placed on the slope planting soil retaining material 1, and the plant 5 is planted therein. In addition, as shown in FIG. 6, in the greening construction, a soft lath net 8 is stretched on one side of the slope 4 and the soil retaining material 1 for slope planting is installed on the slope 4 and the soil 7 is placed on the entire surface. Done.

Hereinafter, when explaining in detail about the soil retaining material 1 for slope planting, this includes a retaining plate 2 for installing the plant 5 and an anchor 3 for fixing the retaining plate 2 to the slope 4. Consists of.

The earth retaining plate 2 is L-shaped in a side view, and is provided with a holding portion 20 where the plant 5 is installed, and a front end side 23 of the holding portion 20 (on the opposite side to the slope 4). And a stopper portion 25 raised on the side).
In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), as an example, a flat plate having a mesh body 22 attached to a frame body 21 is bent and held at 90 ° in side view as shown in FIG. 3 (b). The portion 20 and the stopper portion 25 are formed, and then the anchor receiver 28 is attached to the bottom surface of the holding portion 20.
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the anchor receiver 28 is constructed by arranging a plurality of annular insertion rings 28A (28B) with their opening surfaces facing each other. Two insertion rings 28A and 28B were arranged. Incidentally, three or more of the same insertion rings 28A and 28B may be provided.
In addition, although such anchor receivers 28 are provided at two locations with an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the retaining plate 2, they may be provided at three or more locations.
In this embodiment, the insertion rings 28A and 28B are formed by bending a wire rod into a loop shape, and the straight portion 28C is fixed to the frame body 21 or the net body 22, but FIG. The annular insertion rings 28A and 28B may be directly fixed to the frame body 21 and the net body 22 as shown in FIG.

The holding portion 20 has a rectangular shape in plan view, a trapezoidal shape in plan view in accordance with the shape of the slope 4 as shown in FIG. 4A, or as shown in FIG. 4B. It is possible to adopt various shapes such as a substantially semicircular shape in a plan view, and a hollow shape having a curved center as shown in the perspective view of FIG.

Further, the soil planting material 1 for slope planting is provided with a hook 29 for fixing the soil retaining plate 2 to the slope surface 4. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. The hook 29 is attached in a foldable state to the frame body 21 in FIG.

The earth retaining material 1 for slope planting of this invention has the above specific forms as an example, and the aspect of the greening construction using this thing is demonstrated below.
(1) Lath net stretching First, a plurality of spacers 9 are installed on the slope 4 of mortar or the like to be planted, and the lath net 8 is stretched over the slope 4 (FIG. 1). 6).

(2) Installation of soil retaining material for slope planting Next, a hole H is drilled at a location corresponding to the position of the left and right anchor receivers 28 at the location where the soil retaining material 1 for slope planting is installed (FIG. 2 (a )reference).
Next, the hook 29 that has been folded in the soil retaining material 1 for slope planting is caused, and this is hung on the lath net 8 and the retaining plate 2 is installed in a suspended state on the slope 4. Next, the anchors 3 are inserted into the anchor receivers 28, and the tips of the anchors 3 are driven into the holes H.
At this time, since the drilling operation of the hole H is performed in a poor scaffolding, the hole H ′ is formed in a direction shifted from the hole H that is originally formed as shown in FIG. (See FIG. 2 (c)), in the soil retaining material 1 for slope planting of the present invention, the stress applied to the anchor receiver 28 when the anchor 3 is driven is caused by the insertion rings 28A and 28B. It can be absorbed by twisting and deformation, and the retaining plate 2 can be securely fixed to the slope 4 while avoiding damage to the anchor receiver 28.
Further, when the anchor 3 is driven, the retaining plate 2 is held in a state suspended from the lath net 8 by the hook 29, so that the anchor 3 can be driven reliably in a stable state.
Further, since the earth retaining plate 2 is fixed to the slope 4 by both the anchor 3 and the hook 29, the fixing strength is improved.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the slope planting material 1 is installed so that the holding portion 20 is in a substantially horizontal state, and is further installed in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. did. By installing in a staggered manner in this way, it is possible to make a path for rainwater between the adjacent soil planting materials 1 for slope planting.

(3) Installation of plant Next, the vegetation bag 6 in which the plant 5 is accommodated is placed on the holding portion 20 of the earth retaining plate 2, and is fixed to the earth retaining plate 2 with a string material or other members as appropriate. The vegetation bag 6 is water-permeable and employs a net-like product made of synthetic resin, hemp, cotton, etc., through which the root 5a of the plant 5 can pass, and filled with culture soil, etc. The Incidentally, after installing the vegetation bag 6, a procedure of planting the plant 5 in the vegetation bag 6 may be taken. In placing the vegetation bag 6, a water retaining mat with good water retention may be laid on the holding unit 20 and the vegetation bag 6 may be placed thereon.

(4) Spraying of the soil The land 7 is sprayed on the entire slope 4 after the installation of the plant 5 is completed. Of course, it is possible to take a mode in which the soil 7 is sprayed to some extent before the plant 5 is installed, and the soil 7 is sprayed again after the plant 5 is installed.
