等のすべての条件を充足した場合にのみ、読み取ったデータを正読データとして確定している。そして、このようにして確定された帳票のみについてソータによる仕分け作業を実施し、それ以外の帳票については仕分けを行わずにリジェクトポケットに排出している。特開平１０−２２２５９０号公報は、このような従来の帳票処理システムの一例を開示している。
