Description

The present invention relates to a ventilation hood for ventilating a living room or a bathroom, and more particularly to a structure that facilitates fixing of the ventilation hood.

In residential facilities such as detached houses and condominiums and hotels, etc., ventilation hoods may be attached to the outer walls to ventilate living rooms, bathrooms, and washrooms.

There are various attachment structures for the ventilation hood. As shown in FIG. 8, the inventor of the present application has a structural technique for guiding the tip of the exhaust pipe 2 penetrating the outer wall 1 to the inside of the ventilation hood 4 using the guide 3. Proposed and patented (Patent Document 1). Reference numeral 5 denotes a back plate.

Prior to that, the ventilation hood had a method in which a connecting pipe provided on the hood side was inserted into the exhaust pipe 2, but the tip of the exhaust pipe 2 was introduced into the ventilation hood 4 as in Patent Document 1. As a result, it has become possible to prevent the accumulation of condensation and to prevent the outer wall from being soiled by condensation.

By the way, when such a ventilation hood 4 is attached to the outer wall 1, screws (screws) are driven and fixed at several places. Normally, screws are fixed to the four corners of the back plate 5 to fix them.
Japanese Patent No. 3135208

The problem is complicated fixing work by screwing. Usually, since the back plate is supported at four points, the number of screws is increased.

In addition to this, there is a trouble in waterproofing the outer wall. Since the ventilation hood is attached to the outside of the outer wall, it cannot be simply screwed in from the viewpoint of waterproofing. This is because if a large number of leg-length screws are driven in, water intrudes due to rain and snow, and appropriate waterproofing is required, such as placing a waterproof sheet inside the outer wall. If this is neglected, significant damage to the outer wall is likely to occur in a short period of time.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to improve workability by eliminating the screws required for fixing the ventilation hood, and to eliminate the trouble of waterproofing treatment inside the outer wall.

In order to solve the above problems and achieve the object, the ventilation hood according to the present invention is technically based on a ventilation hood including a guide for guiding the tip of an exhaust pipe protruding from the outer wall into the hood. While having a guide body provided toward the inside of the hood and a substantially annular advance member disposed on the inner surface of the opening of the guide body, a plurality of pressing claws are provided at the front side position (inner tip of the hood) of the guide body. A recess (notch-like recess or hole) for engaging the pressing claw is provided at the front side position of the advancement member (inner tip of the hood), and this recess is inclined with respect to the circumference (outer circumference or inner circumference) of the advancement member A back wall is provided (claim 1).

In this ventilation hood, a pressing claw of the guide main body is engaged with a concave portion of the advancement member arranged on the inner surface of the opening of the guide main body. When mounting and fixing, rotate the ventilation hood slightly with a twisting feeling. Then, the pressing claw moves slightly. Since the back wall of the recess is inclined at an angle with respect to the outer periphery, when the pressing claw reaches the portion where the back wall of the recess is shallow and still moves, the tip of the pressing claw presses the back wall. First, when the pressing claw is moved, the advancing member advances toward the back (outer wall direction) by the pressing of the pressing claw.

As a result, the advancing member in contact with the outer surface of the exhaust pipe moves in the fitting direction (back), and a strong fitting state equivalent to or higher than that of conventional screwing can be obtained without using screws. it can.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the cross section of the advancing member is substantially triangular or substantially trapezoidal. Since the back wall is inclined, the pressing claw functions regardless of the cross-sectional shape of the advancement member. However, by making the cross-sectional shape of the advancing member substantially triangular or trapezoidal, it is possible to simplify the processing and forming the desired function while reducing the cost.

According to the ventilation hood according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a strong fitting state with the exhaust pipe inserted into the guide without requiring a screw for fixing the ventilation hood. The leg length screw to prevent is unnecessary. However, in order to prevent loosening due to mischief or aging, it is desirable to drive at least one short screw or nail that prevents the ventilation hood from rotating from the back plate to the outer wall.

Since screwing is not necessary, work efficiency is reliably improved. Further, even when the outer wall is not waterproofed, the ventilation hood can be easily attached.

FIG. 1 illustrates a ventilation hood according to the present invention. This ventilation hood includes a hood 11, a back plate 12, a louver 13, and a draining plate 14, and a back plate 12 includes a guide 20. The guide 20 may be provided integrally with the back plate 12 or as a separate body.

The guide 20 includes a forward member 30 which is a kind of fitting material that supports the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe 2 protruding from the outer wall, and a guide body 21 outside the forward member 30. The guide body 21 and the advancing member 30 can take various shapes, but in this embodiment, take the following structure.

That is, the guide main body 21 has an opening having an outer shape larger than the outer periphery of the exhaust pipe 2, and when viewed in a cross section, the guide body 21 is made of a resin or metal that is inclined so as to expand from the opening toward the inside of the hood. It consists of a certain plate. This is because the advancing member 30 can be pressed from the outside. In this embodiment, the guide main body 21 performs a function similar to a leaf spring in that the outer peripheral surface of the advancement member 30 is suppressed. In this embodiment, the advancing member 30 is pressed from the outside by the guide body 21, but the means for pressing the advancing member 30 may be provided separately from the guide body 21, and the advancing member 30 is not necessarily from the outside. There may be no pressing. This is because it has the effect of facilitating the work simply by moving forward in the fitting direction.

The advancing member 30 has an outer peripheral surface inclined in accordance with the inclination angle of the guide body 21. In this embodiment, the cross section is a substantially triangular shape that shrinks toward the back (outer wall side), but the same effect can be obtained by using a trapezoidal shape. The outer peripheral surface should just be a taper shape.

The guide body 21 is provided with an appropriate number of pressing claws 25. The pressing claw 25 is a small plate-like piece that has a substantially L-shape protruding toward the center of the opening, and is provided at the front position of the guide main body 21 (the tip in the inner direction of the hood). The pressing claw 25 is preferably formed by bending the front end of the guide body 21, but may be molded and attached as a separate body.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the advancing member 30 has an annular overall shape in this embodiment. A plurality of recesses 33 are formed at substantially equal intervals in the front position (inner tip of the hood) and in the inner portion (inner periphery) of the circumference. The pressing claw 25 is accommodated in the recess 33.

The concave portion 33 has a substantially L-shaped cross section, and, as illustrated in FIG. 3, for example, a rear wall 37 formed with a width approximately half the thickness of the front side position of the advancement member 30 and inclined with respect to the outer periphery. Have. Unless there are special circumstances, the width of the back wall 37 may be the same.

It is desirable that the plurality of recesses 33 to be provided have the same shape and size. The inclination angle of the back wall 37 of the recess 33 is, for example, 3 to 25 degrees with respect to the outer periphery. The advance amount of the advance member 30 is determined by the inclination angle of the back wall 37 and the left and right dimensions (longitudinal dimensions) of the recess 33. The advance member 30 only needs to be able to move forward by about 2 to 10 mm, for example. Since the strength of the fitting state is determined by the inclination angle and pressing strength of the guide body 21, it is desirable to determine the inclination angle of the back wall 37 and the longitudinal dimension of the recess 33 based on these correlations.

Next, the relationship between the recess 33 and the pressing claw 25 will be described.
When the product is manufactured, the pressing claw 25 is disposed at a position where the back wall 37 of the recess 33 is deepest as shown in FIG. In this state, the tip of the pressing claw 25 is loosely in contact with or separated from the back wall 37 of the recess 33.

The guide body 21 provided with the pressing claw 25 is fixed to the back plate 12, and the back plate 12 is fixed to the back surface of the hood 11. For this reason, at the time of mounting, the hood 11 can be slightly rotated left and right (clockwise or counterclockwise) with the tip of the exhaust pipe 2 inserted into the opening. In this embodiment, the back wall 37 of the recess 33 is inclined so that it can be rotated clockwise. However, if the inclination of the back wall 37 of the recess 33 is reversed, the hood 11 is rotated counterclockwise. It can be made. Either way, the workability at the time of installation is comparable. It is desirable that the inclination angle of the back wall 37 and the longitudinal dimension of the recess 33 are all the same.

Here, the hood 11 is slightly rotated clockwise. In addition, since the press nail | claw 25 has entered into the recessed part 33, if the press nail | claw 25 hits the end surface of the longitudinal direction of the recessed part 33, it will not rotate any more. Of course, it is desirable to adjust the positions of the pressing claw 25 and the recess 33 so that the hood 11 takes a correct posture when the rotation stops.

When the hood 11 is rotated clockwise, the pressing claw 25 moves in the arrow A direction (see FIG. 4) while pressing the back wall 37 of the recess 33. Since the inner wall 37 of the recess 33 is inclined, the force with which the pressing claw 25 presses the inner wall 37 increases as the inner wall 37 becomes shallower. As a result, the advance member 30 moves in the direction indicated by the arrow B in FIG. The advancing member 30 as a whole moves forward in the direction indicated by the arrow Z in FIGS. 1 and 2, that is, from the front (the front side of the hood) toward the back (the outer wall side).

The outer peripheral surface of the advancing member 30 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the guide main body 21, and these are inclined so that the cross-sectional area decreases toward the back. For this reason, when the advancement member 30 advances to the back, the guide body 21 tightens the advancement member 30 tightly by the action of a kind of wedge. Since it is in a tight press-fitted state, the hood 11 cannot be removed unless the hood 11 is rotated in the reverse direction with force. That is, it is possible to finish the fixing work without using a screw. However, in order to prevent the reverse movement of the pressure claw 25 due to mischief or aging deterioration, a simple rotation prevention measure such as temporary fixing such as driving a nail into an appropriate place of the back plate 12, for example, one upper part, is taken. Is desirable.

As described above, according to the ventilation hood according to the present invention, the hood 11 can be easily attached to the exhaust pipe 2 by a so-called one-touch operation without screwing at a plurality of positions on the back plate 12. Efficiency is greatly improved.

The ventilation hood which concerns on this invention is not limited to the thing of embodiment. For example, the guide body 21 and the advancing member 30 do not have to be endless rings as a whole. This is because even if there is a slight gap in a part of the ring, for example, a gap of about 1 to 30 mm, there is no particular difference in the effect.

The guide main body 21 does not need to be inclined to expand the whole circumference toward the inside of the hood. When the outer periphery of the advance member 30 is pressed, the guide main body 21 only needs to include an inclined surface for pressing (a contact surface with the advance member 30) on a part thereof. Even if the inclined surface for pressing is divided into two parts, three parts, etc., the same effect is obtained. In this case, the advancing member 30 to be pressed by the inclined surface of the guide body 21 is also formed with an inclination corresponding to the number, size, and inclination angle of the inclined surface of the guide body 21. In other words, even if the guide main body 21 does not press the outer periphery of the advancement member 30 over the entire circumference, it is possible to realize a strong fitting state by pressing partly. The remaining portion of the advance member 30 may be rectangular in cross section. Even if the outer periphery of the advance member 30 is not pressed, it is not always necessary to press the advance member 30 because the ventilation hood can be easily attached if the advance member 30 advances in the fitting direction.

The exhaust pipe 2 inserted into the hood 11 is in contact with and supported by the inner surface of the advancement member 30. For this reason, the shape of the guide body 21 is not directly related to the reliability of the support of the exhaust pipe 2.

When the inclined surface for pressing the guide main body 21 is divided into a plurality of parts, it is desirable to form a pressing claw by bending the tip of the inclined surface in terms of ease of molding. It is a structure that shares the inclined surface for pressing and the pressing claw. However, the functions of the pressing claw and the inclined surface for pressing are different, and it is not always necessary to mold them together. The pressing claw and the pressing inclined surface may be formed separately. In that case, the advancing member 30 is also provided with an inclined surface that acts like a wedge and a notch that receives the pressure of the pressing claw. In consideration of the balance of force, it is desirable to arrange them at equal intervals.

The material of the advance member 30 is not limited to resin, metal, wood, or the like. The advancement member 30 does not need to be flexible and need not be limited to an elastic material such as rubber. It may be a hard material.

The pressing claw 25 is not limited in material and thickness as long as it has a shape and size that can fit inside the recess 33 and can press the inner wall 37 of the recess 33. The material may be separate from the guide member 21.

It is desirable to provide three or more recesses 33. This is to apply a force evenly to the annular advance member 30. The upper limit of the number is not limited. Usually, it is sufficient to provide 6 to 8 recesses 33. Whether the recess 33 is a hole with a bottom or a notch, it is sufficient that the recess 33 has a dimension in the longitudinal direction that allows the movement distance of the pressing claw 25. The length is determined by the correlation with the inclination angle of the back wall. In any case, it is desirable to arrange the recesses 33 evenly.

In order to obtain the advancing action of the advancing member 30 by the pressing of the pressing claw 25, the back wall 37 only needs to be inclined, and the position where the back wall 37 is provided is not limited to the above embodiment. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a recess 33-2 may be provided outside the advance member 30. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, even if a long hole 33-3 is provided in the front center of the advancing member 30, the same effect can be obtained. Of course, these recesses (33) may be cut or molded.

The advancing member 30 desirably has an outer peripheral surface that is inclined in accordance with the inclination angle of the guide main body 21. In the above-described embodiment, the advancing member 30 and the guide main body 21 are tapered so that the cross section is contracted toward the back. However, by reversing the taper inclination and reversing the positions of the recessed portions and the engaging claws, the advancement member moves to the near side (in the direction away from the outer wall) by the rotation of the engaging claws. If a means for pressing the outside of the advancing member is arranged, the ventilation hood can be easily attached also by this.
