Description

The present invention relates to a joint member for a bathtub, and more particularly, to a joint member for preventing water from entering between a bathtub and a bathroom wall surface.

Conventionally, for example, since a slight gap is generated between a bathtub and a bathroom wall surface in a unit bath, a method of closing the gap by filling with a caulking agent has been employed to prevent water from entering the gap.

However, the wet method of filling a caulking agent has the disadvantages that it takes time for construction and requires skill for construction. Moreover, the joint formed with the caulking agent has a disadvantage that it easily breaks due to deterioration over time, and mold tends to grow.

Then, it replaces with the wet construction method with which a caulking agent is filled, and the dry construction method which prevents that water permeates by interposing a cosmetic joint member between a bathtub and a bathroom wall surface can be considered. In general, a joint member made by a dry method is required to have a well-contained corner, and to maintain the adjustment level of the bathtub after the level adjustment during construction.

This invention is made | formed in view of the above-mentioned subject, and it aims at providing the joint member for bathtubs which the accommodation of a corner part is favorable and can hold | maintain the adjustment level of a bathtub after construction.

In order to solve the above problem, in the present invention, in the joint member for preventing water from entering between the bathtub and the bathroom wall surface,
A base member attached to the bathroom wall surface in contact with the upper end surface of the bathtub;
A joint member main body configured to be engageable with the base member;
The joint member main body abuts in an deformed state in which one end is pressed against the inner surface of the bathtub in an engaged state with the base member, an engaging portion for engaging with the base member, and the other end There is provided a joint member characterized by having a deforming portion that abuts in a deformed state pressed against a bathroom wall surface.

According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, the engaging portion and the deforming portion are integrally formed. Moreover, it is preferable that the said base member and the said engaging part are formed with hard resin, and the said deformation | transformation part is formed with soft resin. Moreover, it is preferable that the said deformation | transformation part has an arc-shaped cross section. Moreover, it is preferable that the said joint member fixes the said bathtub to the said bathroom wall surface.

The joint member of the present invention includes a base member attached to the bathroom wall surface in a state where the joint member is in contact with the upper end surface of the bathtub, and a joint member main body configured to be engageable with the base member. Then, the joint member main body is brought into contact with the engaging portion for engaging with the base member, in a deformed state where one end is pressed against the inner surface of the bathtub in the engaged state with the base member, and the other end is in contact with the bathroom wall surface. And a deforming portion that comes into contact with the pressed deformed state.

As described above, the joint member of the present invention is a two-piece decorative joint member including a base member and a joint member main body. Therefore, the base member and the joint member main body are cut at 45 degrees with respect to the axial direction (longitudinal direction) at the corner portion of the bathtub, and the corner portions of the joint member are fit and installed by attaching the cut surfaces to each other. can do.

Moreover, since it attaches to a bathroom wall surface in the state which the base member contacted the upper end surface of the bathtub, the adjustment level of a bathtub can be hold | maintained after construction with the contact effect | action of a base member. Thus, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a joint member for a bathtub that has a well-contained corner portion and can maintain the adjustment level of the bathtub even after construction.

In the present invention, it is preferable to integrally form the engaging portion and the deforming portion. With this configuration, the number of joint members can be reduced to two and a simple configuration can be realized. For example, the deformable portion can be deformed into a desired form by simply engaging the engaging portion with the base member. Therefore, it is possible to improve the workability.

Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable to form a base member and an engaging part with hard resin, and to form a deformation | transformation part with soft resin. With this configuration, it is possible to enhance the abutting action of the base member with respect to the bathtub, the engaging action between the base member and the engaging part, and the deforming ability of the deforming part.

Moreover, in this invention, it is preferable that a deformation | transformation part has an arc-shaped cross section. With this configuration, a sufficient pressing force can be generated between one end of the deformable portion and the inner side surface of the bathtub and between the other end of the deformable portion and the bathroom wall surface, thereby reliably preventing water from entering.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram schematically showing a configuration of a base member and a joint member main body constituting the joint member according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Moreover, FIG. 2 is a figure which shows schematically the state which attached the joint member concerning 1st Embodiment between the bathtub and the bathroom wall surface.

The joint member 1 of 1st Embodiment is comprised by the base member 11 which has the form shown to Fig.1 (a), and the joint member main body 12 which has the form shown to FIG.1 (b). As shown in FIG. 2, the base member 11 is a member that is attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 in contact with the upper end surface 2a of the bathtub 2, and is formed of a hard resin such as PP (polypropylene) containing talc. Yes.

The base member 11 is provided with two projecting portions 11a and 11b that project substantially horizontally toward the bathtub in the attached state. On the other hand, the joint member main body 12 is integrally formed by an engaging portion 12a for engaging with the base member 11 and a deforming portion 12b having an arcuate cross section. In the engaged state between the base member 11 and the engaging portion 12a, the upper end portion 11c of the base member 11 and the lower end portion 12aa of the engaging portion 12a are engaged.

As shown in FIG. 2, the deformable portion 12 b comes into contact with the joint member main body 12 and the base member 11 in a deformed state in which one end 12 ba is pressed against the inner surface 2 b of the bathtub 2, and the other end 12 bb. Is configured to abut against the bathroom wall surface 3 in a deformed state. Similar to the base member 11, the engaging portion 12a is formed of a hard resin such as PP containing talc. The deformable portion 12b is formed of a soft resin such as an olefin elastomer.

Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 2, the procedure for attaching the joint member 1 according to the first embodiment between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3 will be briefly described. In 1st Embodiment, when installing the bathtub 2 of the form which does not have a hanging wall in the side which touches the bathroom wall surface 3, the peripheral part of the bathtub 2 enters between the two protrusion parts 11a and 11b of the base member 11 The level of the bathtub 2 is adjusted while the base member 11 is sandwiched between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3 in the state.

Next, after adjusting the level of the bathtub 2, the base member 11 is attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 using fastening means such as screws 4. In this way, the base member 11 is attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 in a state in which the protruding portion 11 a is in contact with the upper end surface 2 a of the bathtub 2. Finally, the base member 11 is maintained while maintaining the posture in which the inner surface of the one end 12ba of the deformable portion 12b is in contact with the inner surface 2b of the bathtub 2 and the inner surface of the other end 12bb of the deformable portion 12b is in contact with the bathroom wall surface 3. The lower end portion 12aa of the engaging portion 12a is inserted between the upper end portion 11c and the bathroom wall surface 3.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, the joint member main body 12 snap-engages with the base member 11, and one end 12ba of the deformable portion 12b comes into contact with the inner surface 2b of the bathtub 2 in a deformed state, and the deformable portion A state is obtained in which the other end 12bb of 12b comes into contact with the bathroom wall surface 3 in a deformed state. Thus, in a state where the joint member 1 is attached between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3, the intrusion of water between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3 is prevented by the blocking action of the deformable portion 12b.

As described above, the joint member 1 according to the first embodiment is a two-piece type joint joint member including the base member 11 and the joint member main body 12. Therefore, the base member 11 and the joint member main body 12 are cut at 45 degrees with respect to the axial direction (longitudinal direction) at the corner portion of the bathtub 2, and the corner portions of the joint member 1 are attached by attaching the cut surfaces to each other. Can be installed well.

Moreover, in 1st Embodiment, since the base member 11 is attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 in the state contact | abutted to the upper end surface 2a of the bathtub 2, after construction, the adjustment level of the bathtub 2 is applied by the contact effect | action of the base member 11 (That is, the bathtub 2 is fixed to the bathroom wall surface 3). In the first embodiment, since the engaging portion 12a and the deforming portion 12b are integrally formed, the number of joint members 1 can be suppressed to two and a simple configuration can be realized. Furthermore, since the deformable portion 12b can be deformed and attached to a desired form simply by engaging the engaging portion 12a with the base member 11, workability is improved.

In the first embodiment, the base member 11 and the engaging portion 12a are formed of a hard resin such as PP containing talc, and the deformable portion 12b is formed of a soft resin such as an olefin elastomer. It is possible to enhance the abutting action of the base member 11 against the bathtub 2, strengthen the engaging action between the base member 11 and the engaging part 12a, and strengthen the deforming ability of the deforming part 12b.

Moreover, in 1st Embodiment, since the deformation | transformation part 12b has an arc-shaped cross section, between the one end 12ba of the deformation | transformation part 12b and the inner surface 2b of the bathtub 2, and the other end 12bb of the deformation | transformation part 12b, and the bathroom wall surface 3 Sufficient pressing force can be generated between them to reliably prevent water from entering.

FIG. 3 is a diagram schematically showing a configuration of a base member and a joint member main body constituting the joint member according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Moreover, FIG. 4 is a figure which shows schematically the state which attached the joint member concerning 2nd Embodiment between the bathtub and the bathroom wall surface.

The joint member according to the second embodiment has a configuration similar to that of the joint member according to the first embodiment. However, in 2nd Embodiment, the contact form with respect to the bathtub 2 of the base member 11 and the engagement form of the base member 11 and the engaging part 12a differ from 1st Embodiment. Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described by paying attention to differences from the first embodiment.

Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the base member 11 constituting the joint member 1 according to the second embodiment is provided with an abutting portion 11 d that abuts on the upper end surface 2 a of the bathtub 2 in the attached state. Yes. Moreover, the fitting part 11e of the form which the lower end part 12aa of the engaging part 12a fits is provided in the upper end of the base member 11. FIG. That is, in the engaged state of the base member 11 and the engaging portion 12a, the lower end portion 12aa of the engaging portion 12a enters and fits into the fitting portion 11e of the base member 11.

In the second embodiment, prior to installation of the bathtub 2 and level adjustment, the base member 11 is attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 using fastening means such as screws 4. At this time, the base member 11 is positioned such that the lower side surface of the contact portion 11d substantially coincides with a predetermined level of the upper end surface 2a of the bathtub 2. Next, the bathtub 2 is installed at a predetermined position to adjust the level. Thus, a state in which the contact portion 11d of the base member 11 attached to the bathroom wall surface 3 is in contact with the upper end surface 2a of the bathtub 2 is obtained.

The lower end portion 12aa of the engaging portion 12a is inserted into the fitting portion 11e. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the joint member main body 12 snaps to the base member 11, and one end 12 ba of the deformable portion 12 b comes into contact with the inner surface 2 b of the bathtub 2 in a deformed state, and the deformable portion A state is obtained in which the other end 12bb of 12b comes into contact with the bathroom wall surface 3 in a deformed state.

Thus, in the state where the joint member 1 is attached between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3, the intrusion of water between the bathtub 2 and the bathroom wall surface 3 is prevented by the blocking action of the deformable portion 12b. As mentioned above, also in 2nd Embodiment, the effect similar to 1st Embodiment can be acquired, and by extension, the accommodation of a corner part is favorable and hold | maintains the adjustment level of a bathtub after construction (that is, bathtub 2 is maintained). The joint member for bathtubs which can be fixed to the bathroom wall surface 3 is realizable.
