Abstract
Description
The present invention is a printing plate having a printing plate in which a printing pattern composed of a plurality of through holes, a plurality of recesses, or a combination thereof is formed on a sheet-like resin base material, and a frame bonded to the peripheral edge portion It relates to the version unit.
Conventionally, a printing method using a printing plate in which a printing pattern including a plurality of through holes and concave portions is formed on a sheet-like resin base material has been used in various fields. In recent years when the fine pitch of the printing pattern is advanced, the thickness of the printing plate in such a printing method has been considerably reduced. For example, in the field of electronic circuits, cream solder is printed on each of a plurality of fine electrode pads on an electronic circuit board using a printing mask as a printing plate, and the pitch of the printed pattern is only a few tens. It is getting smaller to about μm. In order to enable printing with such a fine pitch, it is necessary to suppress the thickness of the printing mask to about several tens of μm. And since such a thin printing plate is very weak and bends immediately, it is not easy to handle as it is. For this reason, for example, as described in Patent Document 1, the peripheral portion of the printing plate is bonded to a metal frame while tension is applied to the thin printing plate, and the printing plate is combined with the frame. In general, it is handled in the state of the printing plate unit. By doing so, the thin printing plate can be handled in a flat state without being bent.
A printing plate unit having such a configuration is discarded when printing by the printing plate becomes unnecessary or when the printing plate reaches the end of its life due to wear or the like, but the metal frame can be reused. is there. Therefore, the present applicant has conventionally attempted to reduce costs and effectively use resources by reusing the metal frame after the printing plate is peeled off to a new printing plate unit.
However, in order to reuse the frame after peeling off the printing plate, it is necessary to clean it cleanly, but the cleaning work becomes very complicated and stresses the operator. It was causing problems. Specifically, a conventional printing plate unit has a configuration in which a resin printing plate is bonded to a metal frame with an adhesive, but in general, an adhesive is better for a metal than a resin. Exhibits adhesiveness. For this reason, when the printing plate is peeled off from the frame, almost the entire amount of the adhesive remains on the metal frame. In order to reuse the frame body, it is necessary to perform a cleaning work by scraping and removing the adhesive that is strongly bonded to the frame body with a metal scraper. It was. Further, during the cleaning operation, a high metal sound generated by rubbing between the metal frame and the metal scraper has given considerable stress to the operator. Even if the frame is made of plastic, a high rubbing noise may be generated when it is rubbed against the scraper.
The present invention has been made in view of the above background. The object of the present invention is to reduce the stress on the operator due to high noise caused by the friction with the scraper, and to re-seal the frame more easily than before. It is to provide a printing plate unit that can be used.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention of claim 1 includes a printing plate in which a printing pattern comprising a plurality of through-holes, a plurality of recesses, or a combination thereof is formed on a sheet-like resin base material, and the periphery thereof In the printing plate unit having a frame bonded to the part, the frame is a metal base coated with a resin surface layer, or a non-metal base having a smaller frictional resistance than the base. What is characterized in that a surface layer made of a material is used, and an adhesive for adhering the printing plate to the frame is interposed between the surface layer of the frame and the printing plate To do.
The invention of
The invention of
The invention according to claim 4 is the printing plate unit according to claim 1, wherein at least a contact surface with the adhesive is larger than the surface layer of the frame body with respect to the adhesive as the printing plate. It is characterized by using a material made of a material that exhibits the above.
In these inventions, when the resin-made printing plate is peeled from the frame, the adhesive layer interposed between the surface layer of the frame and the printing plate is removed from the surface layer of the frame together with the printing plate. Either stripped or left on the surface layer. When it is peeled off together with the printing plate, no cleaning work is required to peel off the adhesive from the frame, so that the operator is stressed by the high noise caused by the friction between the scraper and the frame. The frame can be reused more easily than before without causing a situation. Even when the adhesive remains on the surface layer of the frame, the adhesive adheres to the surface layer with an adhesive force weaker than the adhesive force to the substrate. For this reason, it is possible to easily peel off the adhesive from the surface layer by causing the scraper to enter between the surface layer and the adhesive with a weaker force than before. In such a cleaning operation (peeling operation), the metal scraper is not rubbed against the metallic or non-metallic substrate of the frame. In the case where a metal frame is used, it is possible to avoid generation of a high-pitched metal sound caused by sliding the scraper against the metal frame. In addition, when a non-metallic frame is used, the scraper is rubbed against a surface layer having a lower frictional resistance than the frame without rubbing the frame and the scraper. The accompanying high noise can be reduced. Therefore, when the adhesive is peeled off from the frame together with the printing plate, or remains on the surface layer, the frame is removed while reducing the stress on the operator due to high noise. It can be reused more easily than before.
In particular, in the invention of
In particular, in the invention of
In particular, in the invention of claim 4, when the resin printing plate is peeled from the frame, the adhesive interposed between the surface layer of the frame and the printing plate is used together with the printing plate. It becomes possible to peel off from the surface layer of the body. And thereby, the cleaning operation for stripping off the adhesive from the frame body becomes unnecessary, and the frame body can be reused more easily.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a printing mask unit for printing a pattern made of cream solder as a printing material on an electronic circuit board as a printing plate unit to which the present invention is applied will be described.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a
In order to manufacture the printing mask unit according to this embodiment, first, the
When the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
The printing mask unit 1 manufactured in this way is discarded when printing by it becomes unnecessary or when the
In the peeling process, first, as shown in FIG. 7, a cross-shaped cut is made by a cutter knife or the like around the center of the
By the way, in the conventional printing mask unit, since the surface resin layer was not provided on the surface of the frame, when the plastic mask was peeled off from the frame, almost the entire amount of the adhesive was left on the surface of the frame. It was. This is because, in general, an adhesive exhibits a stronger adhesion to a metal than a resin. The adhesive that is firmly attached to the metal frame cannot be removed by chemical treatment and will be peeled off from the frame with a scraper. While pressing against the frame, it was necessary to sink between the adhesive and the frame. And the high metal sound by the rubbing of a scraper and a frame was generated, and the worker was stressed.
On the other hand, in the printing mask unit 1 according to this embodiment, even when the adhesive 10 is left on the
Next, the print mask unit of each example in which a more characteristic configuration is added to the print mask unit according to the present embodiment will be described.
[First embodiment]
In the printing mask unit according to the first embodiment, the contact area between the
As a method for reducing the contact area between the
In order to make the contact area between the
[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 14 is an enlarged cross-sectional view showing a part of the printing mask unit 1B according to the second embodiment. In this print mask unit 1B,

The printing mask unit according to the third embodiment uses a
