JP 2005-273967 A

This type of steam cleaning tool has a sufficient cleaning effect, is sufficiently easy to use so that cleaning operations can be performed easily and efficiently, and has sufficient heat resistance and durability. Although it is desired to be a product, it is currently limited to special applications as disclosed in Patent Document 1, but an effective and appropriate steam cleaning tool with excellent general versatility that can be widely used is provided. The actual situation is not done.
In particular, gum moths and bird droppings firmly attached to the floor and walls of buildings cannot be easily cleaned by ordinary cleaning methods, so the development of effective and appropriate steam cleaning tools for building floors and walls Is desired.

In view of the above circumstances, the present invention is a steam cleaning tool that is used as an accessory of a steam cleaning machine and sprays steam onto a surface to be cleaned to perform a cleaning operation, for spraying steam on the surface to be cleaned. A nozzle and a scraper for scraping or scraping off deposits by performing a cleansing operation on the surface to be cleaned are attached to the tip of the steam pipe that also serves as a handle, and the nozzle is attached to the base end of the steam pipe. An operation mechanism for performing an operation to stop the supply of steam to is provided.

In the steam cleaning tool of the present invention, it is preferable that the scraper is attached to the steam pipe in a state of functioning as an interval regulating member that regulates the distance between the nozzle and the surface to be cleaned. Further, it is preferable that the front end portions of the steam pipes on which the nozzle and the scraper are mounted are used as the mounting portions, and bent portions are provided there, and the axial direction of the mounting portions is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the main body portion of the steam pipe. Further, it is preferable that the direction of steam injection from the nozzle is variable, and the length of the main body of the steam pipe is adjustable.

According to the present invention, steam cleaning by a nozzle and kelen work by a scraper can be performed at the same time, and an efficient cleaning work can be performed and excellent cleaning effect can be achieved by a soil decomposition effect by steam energy and a kelen effect by a scraper. can get. Further, since the steam pipe is also used as a handle as it is, it can be handled in the same manner as a normal mop, brush, keren rod or the like.
In particular, by allowing the scraper to function as a space regulating member, it is possible to perform a cleaning operation while always maintaining a proper distance between the nozzle and the surface to be cleaned.
In addition, by providing a mounting portion that is inclined with respect to the main body at the tip of the steam pipe and mounting the nozzle there, it is possible to inject the steam vertically toward the surface to be cleaned in a normal posture. In addition, interference between the nozzle and the scraper can be avoided without any trouble.
Furthermore, by making the vapor injection direction from the nozzle variable by an adjuster, it is possible to freely and optimally adjust the vapor injection direction according to the posture during cleaning work or according to the work content and degree, By making the length of the steam pipe extendable, it can be freely adjusted to the optimum length as a handle.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the steam cleaning tool of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
The steam cleaner of the present embodiment is used as an accessory of various steam cleaners, but the steam cleaner is a simple boiler that can be freely manufactured and handled by anyone, even if it is not a qualified person. It is assumed that the heat transfer area is 0.5 m 2 or less and the vapor pressure is 0.1 MPa or less (the steam temperature in the boiler is about 120 ° C. or less). Noise-free combustion with mixed gas fuel is performed, and because of the small and lightweight machine due to restrictions on the dimensions of the boiler container on the work surface, cleaning work with excellent mobility can be performed.
Note that it is less effective to use a steam boiler of more than 0.1 MPa because the handler must complete the boiler handling skill course and the manufacturer is obliged to perform periodic inspections.

The steam cleaning tool of the embodiment of the illustrated example is for performing steam cleaning work and keren work on the floor surface 1 to be cleaned. Both the nozzle 3 and the scraper 4 are provided at the tip of the steam pipe 2 which also serves as a handle. It is based on wearing.

The steam pipe 2 is made of, for example, a metal pipe such as stainless steel having a diameter of 2 ″ / 8 inch, and a straight body portion 2a that also serves as a handle is used as a main body, and the tip portion is mounted for mounting the nozzle 3 and the scraper 4. It is configured as part 2b.
The main body 2a of the steam pipe 2 is mainly composed of a linear extension pipe 5 whose length can be adjusted, and a steam injection gun 7 as an operation mechanism for stopping the supply of steam is provided at the base end of the extension pipe 5. It is connected via an adapter 6 and a hand grip 8 is mounted at an appropriate position so that the position can be changed. A steam hose 9 such as a silicon blade hose is connected to the steam spray gun 7, and the steam hose 9 is connected to the above steam cleaner. By connecting and operating an operation lever 7 a included in the steam injection gun 7, supply / stop of steam to the nozzle 3 through the steam pipe 2 can be operated.
That is, in the steam cleaning tool of the present embodiment, the steam pipe 2 itself functions as a handle when the worker holds the steam spray gun 7 and the hand grip 8, and while operating the operation lever 7a at hand. Both the steam cleaning operation and the keren operation can be performed simultaneously or alternately. In this case, the length of the extension pipe 5 and the position of the hand grip 8 can be freely adjusted to the optimum positions as necessary.

The mounting portion 2b at the tip of the steam pipe 2 is composed of a combination of a plurality of pipe materials. In the example shown in the drawing, the base elbow 11 and the tip elbow 13 are connected between the base short tube 10, the intermediate short tube 12, and the tip short tube 14 to have two bent portions, By connecting the base short pipe 10 to the tip of the extension pipe 5 as the main body 2a of the steam pipe 2, the axial direction of the tip short pipe 14 is inclined with an inclination angle θ2 with respect to the axial direction of the main body 2a. It has become.
In the example shown in the figure, a 135 ° elbow is used as the base elbow 11 and a 90 ° elbow is used as the tip elbow 13. Therefore, the inclination angle θ2 is θ2 = 45 °. When the main body 2a of the steam pipe 2 as a handle is inclined at an inclination angle θ1 = 45 ° with respect to the floor surface 1, the direction of steam injection from the nozzle 3 attached to the tip is basically the same. Is looking straight down.

As the nozzle 3, for example, a nozzle having an injection diameter of φ = 2.0 to 4.0 mm can be suitably used, and the nozzle 3 is directed downward to the tip of the tip short tube 14 via an adjuster 15 whose injection direction is variable. The steam injection direction can be changed by a predetermined inclination angle θ3 in each direction with respect to the axial direction of the distal end short tube 14 by adjusting the adjuster 15. The adjustable range is preferably about 45 ° at the maximum.

The scraper 4 is made of a metal plate such as stainless steel, and the base end portion is fixed to the base short tube 10 of the mounting portion 2a by welding or the like with the tip portion positioned so as to face the front side of the nozzle 3. The support member 16 is connected between the intermediate portion and the distal end short tube 14 to ensure sufficient rigidity so as not to be easily bent or deformed.
The scraper 4 is for performing a cleansing operation on the floor surface 1 that is a surface to be cleaned, that is, an operation for scraping off or scraping off deposits, and the tip edge is formed with a sharp blade 4a. It is necessary to make the material and shape so as not to damage the surface (floor surface 1 in the illustrated example).
The scraper 4 also functions as an interval regulating member that appropriately maintains the distance h between the tip of the nozzle 3 and the floor surface 1, and the steam from the nozzle 3 is always brought into contact with the floor surface 1. Is sprayed onto the floor surface 1 so that the distance h is always properly maintained. In other words, it is necessary to determine the size and mounting position of the scraper 4 so that the distance h is an appropriate value.

The specification of the steam cleaning tool of the present embodiment and the specific shape and dimensions of each part are appropriately determined in consideration of the content and level of the cleaning work, particularly the type and size of the deposit 20 to be removed by steam cleaning. What is necessary is just to set, but a suitable example in case the main purpose of washing | cleaning is the removal of the gum candy from the floor surface 1 is shown below.
The vapor pressure of the steam blown from the nozzle 3 to the floor surface 1 is preferably about 0.1 to 0.06 MPa, the amount of the steam is preferably about 0.125 L / min, and the injection port diameter φ of the nozzle 3 is φ = 2.0. It is preferable to be about ~ 4.0 mm, especially φ = 3.0 mm.
Since the size c of the gum candy to be cleaned is normally c <30 mm, the spray width D of the steam to the floor surface 1 is about D = 30 mm, and the width dimension b of the scraper 4 is larger than that and b = 50 mm. To the extent. The clearance a between the center of the nozzle 3 and the tip of the scraper 4 is set to about a = 5 to 20 mm, for example, a = 10 mm. A plurality of nozzles 3 may be arranged in parallel, and in that case, the spray width D of the steam can be sufficiently increased.
The distance h between the tip of the nozzle 3 and the floor surface 1 may be about h = 10 to 40 mm, particularly h = 30 mm. As shown in FIG. 4A, the spray width D increases as the distance h from the nozzle 3 tip increases, and the temperature of the injected steam decreases as the distance h increases as shown in FIG. 4B. Therefore, when setting the distance h, it is necessary to consider the spraying width D based on the injection characteristics of the nozzle 3 and the steam temperature T on the floor 1 together.

According to the steam cleaning tool of the present embodiment described above, steam cleaning by the nozzle 3 and kelen work by the scraper 4 can be performed at the same time, which is efficient due to the soil decomposition effect by steam energy and the kelen effect by the scraper 4. Cleaning operation is possible and an excellent cleaning effect is obtained.
That is, according to the steam cleaning tool of the present embodiment, the steam penetrates the deposit 20 by spraying the steam from the nozzle 3 against the deposit 20 such as gum candy adhering to the floor surface 1. It is released from the surface 1 and the deposit 20 itself is rapidly melted and decomposed. Subsequently, by performing a cleansing operation with the scraper 4, the deposit 20 firmly attached to the floor surface 1 can be completely peeled off and removed as it is. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently and completely remove the deposits 20 such as gum candy and bird droppings that cannot be easily removed by a normal cleaning operation, and an excellent cleaning effect can be obtained.

In addition, the steam pipe 2 can be used as a handle as it is, and its length can be adjusted by the extension pipe 5, so that it can be handled in the same way as a normal mop, brush, keren rod, etc. However, if the work is performed with the tip of the scraper 4 always in contact with the floor surface 1, the distance h between the floor surface 1 can be properly maintained. Therefore, it is extremely excellent in workability.
Of course, no special components are required for each component, and general-purpose pipes and metal parts, general-purpose steam-specific steam injection guns 7 and steam hoses 9 can be used as they are, and can be easily and inexpensively manufactured. The only consumable item is the scraper 4 that wears, and there is little maintenance and an economical cleaning operation can be performed.

In particular, in the steam cleaning tool of this embodiment, the steam pipe 2 is constituted by the main body 2a and the mounting portion 2b at the tip thereof, and the mounting portion 2b is inclined with respect to the main body 2a and the nozzle 3 is mounted thereon. Since it is configured, it is possible to inject steam vertically toward the floor surface 1 in a normal standing posture, and interference between the nozzle 3 and the scraper 4 can be avoided.
In addition, by making the steam injection direction from the nozzle 3 variable by the adjuster 15, it is possible to freely and optimally adjust the steam injection direction according to the posture at the time of the cleaning operation or depending on the work content and degree. It is.

That is, as described above, the posture in which the work is easy is the case where the inclination angle θ1 with respect to the floor surface 1 of the main body portion 2a of the steam pipe 2 as a handle is 45 °. In this case, it is optimal that the steam is jetted perpendicularly to the floor surface 1. Therefore, in this embodiment, θ2 = 45 ° is set on the premise that the work is performed in a posture of θ1 = 45 ° ( That is, θ1 + θ2 = 90 °), and in that case, it is possible to work under optimum conditions without needing adjustment of the nozzle 3 (that is, by setting θ3 = 0 °).
However, the optimum inclination angle θ1 varies from worker to worker, and depending on the content and degree of work, it may not be possible to set θ1 = 45 °, or it may be preferable to use an inclination angle other than that. In such a case, it is preferable to change the steam injection direction. In this embodiment, the adjustment can be performed by the adjuster 15.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3A, when the work is performed in a state where the inclination angle θ1 is larger than the reference value of 45 °, the steam injection direction is on the inner side with θ3 = 0 °. Since it is not perpendicular to the floor surface 1 and the cleaning effect is thereby reduced, in this case, the adjustment direction of the adjuster 15 causes the nozzle 3 to face outward by a desired inclination angle θ3 and the injection direction is changed to the floor. If correction is made so as to be perpendicular to the surface 1, optimum cleaning can be performed in that state.
On the contrary, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the work is performed in a state where the inclination angle θ1 is smaller than the reference value of 45 °, the adjustment of the adjuster 15 causes the nozzle 3 to move inward by the desired inclination angle θ3. By directing, it can correct | amend so that an injection direction may become perpendicular | vertical similarly to the floor surface 1, and the optimal washing | cleaning in that state can be performed.
Basically, as described above, it is preferable that the steam is always blown perpendicularly to the floor surface 1, but it is preferable that the steam is blown obliquely to the floor surface 1 or so. If the need arises, the adjuster 15 can be arbitrarily adjusted so that the spraying angle of the steam with respect to the floor surface 1 is tilted at a desired angle, regardless of whether or not the spraying direction is related to the tilt angle θ1 of the handle. It ’s fine.

Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the above embodiment is merely a preferred example, and the present invention is of course not limited to the above embodiment.
In particular, since the above embodiment is an example of the case where the floor surface 1 is the object to be cleaned, the optimum configuration example has been illustrated. However, the present invention is not limited to the floor surface 1 and may be applied to any other surface to be cleaned. However, it goes without saying that the same cleaning work can be performed, and the specifications and specific shapes of each part are taken into consideration in consideration of the purpose of the cleaning work, the required cleaning performance and operability, and other conditions. Various changes and applications of the dimensions and the like are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention.

For example, in the above embodiment, the nozzle 2 is mounted downward by providing two bent portions with two elbows on the mounting portion 2b at the tip of the steam pipe 2, but the nozzle 3 and the scraper are mounted on the mounting portion 2b. As long as it can be mounted without interfering with both, the specific configuration of the mounting portion 2b can be variously changed. In some cases, the mounting portion 2b as described above is omitted, and the distal end of the extension tube 5 can be omitted. Even if the adjuster 15 is directly attached to the nozzle 3 and the nozzle 3 is mounted on the adjuster 15, the injection direction of the nozzle 3 can be made downward and the injection direction can be made variable. In addition, the position of the nozzle 3 can be changed in a direction in which it is separated from or in contact with the surface to be cleaned (up and down direction when the surface to be cleaned is a floor surface), and the distance h from the surface to be cleaned can be adjusted. Conceivable.
The scraper 4 is also preferably mounted so as to function as an interval regulating member that regulates the interval between the nozzle 3 and the surface to be cleaned. However, the scraper 4 is not limited to this, and it may hinder steam injection from the nozzle 3. As long as the cleansing operation can be efficiently performed on the surface to be cleaned, the form of the scraper 4 attached to the steam pipe 2 is arbitrary. For example, instead of being fixedly attached to the steam pipe 2 as in the above embodiment, the position of the scraper 4 can be changed back and forth, or the scraper 4 itself can be extended and contracted in the length direction. In this case, the distance h between the nozzle 3 and the surface to be cleaned can be freely changed as necessary.

In addition, it is preferable to make the injection direction of the nozzle 3 variable by the adjuster 15 as in the above embodiment, but this is not always the case, and the nozzle 3 is fixedly and directly attached to the tip of the steam pipe 2. You can do it.
Moreover, it is preferable that the steam pipe 2 functioning as a handle as in the above embodiment is extendable and contractible by the extension pipe 5, but this is not necessarily the case, and the steam pipe 2 having a certain length may be used. Of course, the length of the steam pipe 2 as a handle is arbitrary, and when the cleaning operation is performed in a standing posture, the total length of the steam pipe 2 may be 1 m or longer, but the steam pipe 2 is, for example, about 30 cm or less. It is also possible to make the whole as a smaller handy type as a short one. In any case, it is needless to say that the steam pipe 2 needs to have dimensions and strength that can function as a handle.
