Description

The present invention relates to a toilet floor structure.

The floor edge in contact with the outer periphery of the lower end of the toilet installed in the toilet room has a problem that it is difficult to clean and the dirt gets stuck. To solve this problem, a toilet floor structure as shown in FIG. 5 has been proposed. (Patent Document 1).

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 5, a floor material 52 that is positioned in front of the toilet bowl 51 and that forms a part of the floor is removable, and is connected to the floor material 52 and touches the outer periphery of the lower end of the toilet bowl 51. The portion is formed of a floor material 53 that is detachable. At the time of cleaning, the floor material 52 is lifted and removed, and then the floor material 53 is pulled out to the front of the toilet 51 and removed, and the floor material 53 is washed with water. Thus, by washing the flooring 53 with water, the floor portion in contact with the outer periphery of the lower end of the toilet 51 can be cleaned well, and the floor of the toilet room can be returned to a clean state.
JP 2001-292933 A

However, in the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 6, the end surface 55 of the floor 54 that is in contact with the outer peripheral end surface of the floor material 53 is vertically cut or stepped. There is a problem that it is difficult to clean the outer peripheral portion of the concave portion 56 after the 55 and the floor material 53 are removed, and the dirt cannot be sufficiently removed.

The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and facilitates cleaning of the floor after removing the floor material in contact with the outer periphery of the lower end of the toilet and further improves the cleanability of the toilet room floor. It is an object to provide a toilet floor structure that can be used.

The toilet floor structure of the present invention is characterized by the following in order to solve the above problems.

1stly, while contacting the lower end outer periphery of a toilet bowl in the range from the substantially half to the rear end, the floor material which forms the floor part from a toilet bowl ahead is made removable, and contacts the outer peripheral end surface of a flooring material at the time of attachment The end surface of the floor is an inclined surface inclined downward and the outer peripheral end surface of the floor material in contact with the floor end surface is an inclined surface inclined downward.

Secondly, in the above, the inclined floor end surface is water-repellent.

3rdly, in the above, the floor located in the right-and-left both sides of the flooring is also formed with the removable flooring.

According to the first aspect of the invention, the floor end surface that comes into contact with the outer peripheral end surface when the removable floor material is attached is an inclined surface that slopes downward and the outer peripheral end surface of the floor material in contact with the floor end surface is the inner side. Therefore, the floor end surface after removing the floor material and the outer periphery of the recessed portion of the floor can be easily cleaned, and the dirt can be sufficiently removed. The cleanability of the toilet room floor is improved. In addition, the removable flooring is in contact with the outer periphery of the lower end of the toilet within the range from approximately half to the rear end, so that the floor around the front lower end of the toilet that is particularly prone to dirt can be cleaned. Can be returned to a clean state.

According to the second aspect of the invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, since the inclined floor end surface is water-repellent, it is difficult for dirt to adhere, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily removed. Can do. Cleanability is further improved.

According to the third invention, in addition to the effects of the invention described above, the floor located on the left and right sides of the flooring material is also formed of a removable flooring material. It becomes larger and the toilet room floor can be cleaned even better.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of a first embodiment of a toilet floor structure according to the present invention.

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 1, in the floor 1 of the toilet room, a portion from the half of the toilet 2 to the front is formed by the floor material 3, and the floor material 3 is the floor 1. It is possible to remove from. The flooring 3 is a plate body in which a cutout portion 4 having a shape equal to the front outer shape is formed from the half of the outer periphery 2a at the lower end of the toilet bowl 2 and is disposed symmetrically with the left and right side end surfaces 3b and the cutout portion 4 interposed therebetween. The rear end face 3c and the front end face 3d are provided. When the flooring 3 is attached, the peripheral surface 4a of the notch 4 is in surface contact with the front part of the lower end outer periphery 2a of the toilet bowl 2, and the side end surface 3b and the rear end surface 3c are in contact with the end surface 1b of the floor 1. In contact, the surface 3a is flush with the surface 1a of the floor 1 and forms part of the floor surface. The front end surface 3d of the flooring 3 is disposed on the front edge of the toilet room. Such a plate-like flooring 3 can be formed from a panel etc., for example.

Further, in the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 1, the left and right side end surfaces 3b and the rear end surface 3c forming the outer peripheral end surface of the floor material 3 are in contact with each other when the end surface 1b of the floor 1 is in cross-section in FIG. As shown in the figure, the inclined surface 5 is inclined downward and outward. Corresponding to the end surface 1b of the floor 1 having such an inclined surface 5, the side end surface 3b and the rear end surface 3c of the flooring 3 are inclined surfaces 6 inclined downward inward. At the time of attachment, the inclined surface 6 overlaps the inclined surface 5, and the left and right side end surfaces 3 b and the rear end surface 3 c of the flooring 3 are in surface contact with the end surface 1 b of the floor 1.

Furthermore, in the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 1, a handle 7 is provided on the surface portion of the floor material 3 on the front end face 3 d side.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing the periphery of the handle 7.

The handle 7 is supported on the surface 3a side of the flooring 3 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction by a rotation shaft 8. On the floor 3, a handle storage portion 9 having a depth corresponding to the thickness of the handle 7 is formed on one side of the rotation shaft 8. On the opposite side of the handle housing portion 9 across the rotation shaft 8, a recess 10 is formed that is cut out in a cross-sectional arc shape in the thickness direction. When the handle 7 is stored in the handle storage portion 9, the surface 7 a of the handle 7 is arranged flush with the surface 3 a of the flooring 3. When one end of the handle 7 is pushed downward into the recess 10, the other end rotates upward and protrudes upward from the surface 3 a of the flooring 3. The flooring 3 can be lifted by grasping the protruding portion of the handle 7 and the flooring 3 can be removed from the floor 1.

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 1, the flooring 3 can be removed from the floor 1 when cleaning the toilet room. The handle 7 is rotated, and the floor material 3 is pulled up by grasping a portion protruding upward, and is removed from the floor 1. The removed flooring 3 can be washed with water and the like, and the peripheral surface 4a of the notch 4 that contacts the front side from the half of the outer periphery 2a of the lower end 2a of the toilet 2 that is easily stuck with dirt, and the flooring 3 adjacent to the peripheral surface 4a. The surface 3a portion can be cleaned cleanly. Further, when cleaning the floor 1, the end surface 1 b of the floor 1 is an inclined surface 5 that is inclined downward, so that the end surface 1 b of the floor 1 after the floor material 3 is removed and the outer peripheral portion of the recess 11 of the floor 1 Cleaning becomes easy and dirt can be removed sufficiently. The cleanability of the toilet room floor 1 is further improved.

After cleaning, the flooring 3 is attached to the recess 11. The floor 1 can be returned to a clean state.

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 1, the end surface 1b of the floor 1 having the inclined surface 5 can be water-repellent. Water-repellent processing can be performed by coating with a polymer coating agent containing silicon, fluorine, or the like, or by making the surface rough. Thus, by subjecting the end surface 1b of the floor 1 having the inclined surface 5 to the water-repellent finish, dirt is hardly attached, and even if dirt is attached, it can be easily removed. Cleanability is further improved.

The water-repellent processing can also be applied to the left and right side end surfaces 3 b and the rear end surface 3 c of the floor material 3 that are in surface contact with the end surface 1 b of the floor 1 and the peripheral surface 4 a of the notch 4.

FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a second embodiment of the toilet floor structure of the present invention.

In the present embodiment, parts common to the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 4, the floors 1 located on the left and right sides of the flooring 3 are also formed by removable flooring 12 and 13. That is, the floor 1 of the toilet room is divided into two in the depth direction in the half of the outer periphery 2a at the lower end of the toilet 2, and the front part is divided into three in the width direction from the half of the toilet 2, and the flooring 3 and the flooring 12, 13 forms a front floor portion from half of the toilet bowl 2. The surfaces 12a and 13a of the floor materials 12 and 13 are arranged flush with the surface 1a of the floor 1 together with the surface 3a of the floor material 3 when the floor materials 12 and 13 are attached, and form a part of the floor surface.

The floor material 12 forms a floor portion on the left side of the floor material 3, and the right end surface 12 b is in surface contact with the side end surface 3 b of the inclined surface 6 of the floor material 3, and the inclined surface 5 that is inclined downwards outward. It is said that. The left end surface 12c is disposed at the left edge of the toilet room when attached, and the front end surface 12d is disposed at the front edge of the toilet room, and is disposed in the same plane as the front end surface 3d of the flooring 3. The rear end surface 12e is an inclined surface 6 that inclines downward from the half of the toilet bowl 2 in correspondence with the end surface 1b of the inclined surface 5 as shown in FIG.

The floor material 13 forms a floor portion on the right side of the floor material 3, and the left side end surface 13 b is in surface contact with the side end surface 3 b of the inclined surface 6 of the floor material 3, and the inclined surface 5 is inclined downward. It is said that. The right end surface 13c is disposed at the right edge of the toilet room when attached, and the front end surface 13d is disposed at the front edge of the toilet room, and is disposed in the same plane as the front end surface 3d of the flooring 3. The rear end surface 13e is an inclined surface 6 inclined downward inward corresponding to the end surface 1b of the inclined surface 5 as shown in FIG.

In addition, the floor materials 12 and 13 are provided with handles 7 protruding upward by rotation, similar to those provided on the floor material 3 on the front surface 12a and 13d side surfaces 12a and 13a. . The surface 7a of the handle 7 is disposed flush with the surfaces 12a and 13a of the flooring materials 12 and 13 when the handle 7 is stored. The floor members 12 and 13 can be removed by grasping and lifting the portion protruding above the handle 7.

In this way, by forming the floor 1 located on the left and right sides of the flooring 3 with the removable flooring 12 and 13, the flooring 12 and 13 can also be cleaned with water or the like. Thus, the floor area that can be cleaned becomes larger, and the floor 1 of the toilet room can be cleaned even better.

In the toilet floor structure shown in FIG. 4 as well, the end surface 1b of the floor 1 is water-repellent, and the floor materials 12 and 13 are rearward of the right end surface 12b and the left end surface 13b of the inclined surface 5 and the rear surface of the inclined surface 6. The end surfaces 12e and 13e can be water-repellent.

In the toilet floor structure of the present invention, the flooring 3 may be in contact with the outer periphery 2a of the lower end of the toilet 2 within a range from approximately half to the rear end thereof to form a floor portion from the toilet 2 to the front. The rear end surface 3c may be located on the back side of the toilet room with respect to the embodiment shown in FIGS. In particular, it is only necessary that the floor portion around the front lower end of the toilet bowl, on which dirt tends to stick, can be removed. Moreover, both the flooring 3 and the flooring 12 and 13 can be divided into a plurality in the length direction according to the size of the toilet room. In this case, it is considered that one of the front end surface and the rear end surface is the inclined surface 5 and the other is the inclined surface 6 and is water-repellent.
