緊急通報の開始を検知する緊急通報発生検知部、
この緊急通報発生検知部の検知に基づき、当該携帯端末が基地局との無線通信が可能か否かを判断する圏内圏外判断部、
緊急通報に用いる緊急通報情報の生成を行う緊急通報処理部を備え、
前記圏内圏外判断部が基地局との無線通信可能と判断した場合に、前記無線通信部を用いて基地局へ前記緊急通報情報の送信を行い、前記圏内圏外判断部が基地局との無線通信不可能と判断した場合に、前記近距離無線通信部を用いて他の携帯端末へ前記緊急通報情報の送信を行うことを特徴とする携帯端末。
