基部には内ヒンジと該基部の中心を通る直線に対して直角両方向に突出したフラップ片が形成されており、該上蓋の外ヒンジと反対側のスカート壁から延び、上蓋の開閉蓋時に上記フラップ片に干渉して小蓋を開閉する一対の内側突出片が形成されると共に、該一対の内側突出片の間に対応した位置には、上蓋内面から突出し上蓋の閉蓋時に小蓋の上面に当接して筒状注出口への小蓋の嵌入を行なう突起片が形成されており、筒状注出口の小蓋の開栓が上蓋の開蓋時に上記上蓋の内側に形成された内側突出片により行なわれ、該小蓋の閉栓が上蓋の閉蓋時に前記内側突出片と前記突起片との協同により行なわれるようにしたことを特徴とする開閉自在の小蓋を有するヒンジキャップ。
