本発明は、従来有していた問題を解決し製材機の構成を工夫して山林の伐採現場、等での作業性の向上を実現する事を目的とするものである。

図1、図2、図3、図4、図5に示す様にテーブル11上に2本のパイプ25等を、テーブル11上の左右の両端26、26”間の墨入れ、または罫書線上の張り糸の直進精度に倣い凹形材27やM形材、ブロック材、等を介して組付ける事でガイドレール16とした事と、スライド板10の下面の1列目に設けた2個の軸受け22の軸28と旋回用穴29、2列目に設けた2個の軸受け22’の軸28と旋回移動用長穴30を設ける事で、自然そり等が若干残った2本のガイドレール16上のスライド板10の軸受け22,22’が可動し追従してせる事無く手動で容易に左右に移動出来る。効果として、長尺のガイドレール16が旋回用穴29や旋回移動用長穴30が無くスライド板10に固着した軸受け(図示せず)とのせりを解消する為に、精密な組付け冶具を使い、テーブル11上に直進用の案内溝や微調機構(図示せず)を設けてガイドレール16の直進精度を出すと言う高度で複雑高価な技を用いなくとも実用可能なガイドとスライドを得た。尚、ガイドレール16はパイプ25に限らずL形、I形、C形、Z形、平形、等の長尺材のエッジを使い相応の軸受を使う事も有るが軸受が上述の旋回用穴29や旋回移動用長穴30でガイドの反りに可動して追従して成る事を含む。
図1、図2、図3、に示す様にスライド板10とL形材2の間に、1段ごとに個別に設けたボルト31等の固定金具や掛け金具でつながれた1から2本が一組で数段の上枕木32と、同様に上下が1段ごとに個別のボルト31等の固定金具や掛け金具でつながれた左右用下枕木34と前後用下枕木35を設け各1から2本が一組で1段ずつ交互に重ねる。段積は1段ごとに個別のボルト31等の固定金具や掛け金具でつながれたテーブル11上の数段の上枕木32と、支持梁33上の数段の下枕木34,35との合計高さが製材する原木17の最大直径と同等の高さにする。製材時には必要に応じて、上枕木32か下枕木34,35を1段ごとのボルト31等の固定金具や掛け金具を外して簡単に取外して、スライド板10の上に組付けたチエンソー3の刃24が製材位置36にピッチ移動出来る。効果として、製材の都度チエンソー3の刃24か原木17かを製材位置36に人手で調整位置決めする位置決装置の必要がなく、故障や事故の心配もなく安価で容易に原木17から定厚の板材18を連続して製材出来る。又、上枕木32と下枕木34,35の1段の高さを変えたり、1段毎に定厚のスペーサーを挟む事で板厚を変更した製材が可能である。尚、上枕木32と下枕木34,35の断面は角形だけでなくI形、C形、Z形、等の形材とその組合せでも出来る。
図1、図2、図3、に示す様に2本の支持梁33間をつなぐ2本の横梁37とレベラー38を設ける。又、上枕木32と下枕木34,35との全てを外した支持梁33上のテーブル11からチエンソー3の刃24までの高さと同等となる原木用枕木40を左右2本の支持梁33上に設ける事で原木17を支える。さらに楔41で位置決めをして犬釘42などで原木17を定位置に固定出来る。効果として、略整地した地上での支持梁30の転倒防止と水平度を維持出来、原木用枕木40の高さを不必要に高くする事なく、原木用枕木40上に一度セットした重たく不安定な原木17を製材中に移動する必要も無く、製材時に人手で繰り返し位置出し調整やその確認をせずとも作業が出来る。
図1、図2、図3、に示す様に全体を構成上、支柱や上下斜めを結ぶ斜材を持たない小型で低床形とする事で、又、荷軽にする為、上から順にチエンソー3付きのL形材2、スライド板10とテーブル11、上下の各枕木32、34、35、レベラー38付の横梁37と支持梁33、等の主要構成品別に分割する。効果として全体を組立てた状態でも運搬時に貨物車、等の調達が不要で人手で普通バン型車、等の車内に搭載可能で、容易に安全に運搬が出来る。又、主要構成品別に分割軽量化した事で、山道でも人手で山林の伐採現場に持ち込め、下から順に重ねての組立で再組を容易にした。
最後に運転者の製材作業時のチエンソーへの関りを説明する。運転者は原木の固定や切り口位置の決定などの準備が終ると、図1に示した移動式簡易製材機の平面図の手前に位置して、人力でL形材、I形材、等上に組付けたチエンソーのエンジンを始動して加速し刃のスピードを調節する。そして原木の右端から左の方向にチエンソーの握り、等を手で直接押して切れ味や負荷の手応えを確めながら製材して行く。
尚、チエンソーはL形材、I形材、等に組付けた状態でも、給油が可能で、全体組立後で製材作業の前後や途中でも人手で始動、加速、停止の操作と刃面の姿勢の微調修正、等が無理なく確実に出来る状態に組まれている事は当然である。
