Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a sawing device for processing a log of relatively small-diameter wood into, for example, pillars, beams, Kamoi and other building materials, and more specifically, the cross section is not only rectangular, but also trapezoid, rhombus, The present invention relates to a sawing device that can be processed into a suitably shaped square member and can be easily disassembled and assembled so that a sawing operation can be performed at a logging site, and can be easily transported.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in general lumber mills, log logs are transported to a remote lumber mill and processed into square lumber using a large lumber machine installed in the lumber mill. However, large sawing equipment is expensive and it is difficult for small foresters to install. In addition, even with relatively small-diameter wood logs, a large sawing machine is used, and a log is placed on a large cart, and the cart is used to cut four sides in order to cut one surface at a time in one round trip. The cost was unavoidably increased by four round trips, and this was a heavy burden for small-scale foresters and was a major cause of hindering lumbering. Further, since the lumber is lumbered in a state where the raw wood is still insufficiently dried due to a small number of storage locations of the raw wood, a dimensional error of the product may occur after lumbering. Furthermore, the processing of sawdust is also a problem due to the expense of incineration.
[0003]
As an example of a conventional lumber apparatus, there is a “raw wood grinder” described in Patent Document 1. However, the apparatus described here has a configuration in which a pair of band saws are installed on the left and right sides, and the raw wood is transferred between the two fixed band saws to cut. Therefore, compared with the device according to the present invention in which the raw saw is fixed and the band saw is transferred, the total length of the device is increased by the length of the raw wood, and two band saws are required. Is inevitable. Furthermore, since both of the two band saws are sawed from the top to the bottom with respect to the raw wood, when working with the raw wood fixed from both small ends as in the lumber apparatus according to the present invention, The log may vibrate up and down due to the action of force in only one direction from top to bottom.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 58-42402
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, re-examines the origin of forestry, leaves the logged log in the state where branches and leaves are attached to the site, speeds drying, When dimensional stability can be maintained, lumbering work is carried out locally, and tree leaves and sawdust are returned to the soil without incineration, or used as mulch to prevent natural devastation. At the same time, it was made for the purpose of processing thinned wood at low cost so that it can be used effectively. In order to achieve the above object, an object of the present invention is to provide a sawing device that can be easily disassembled and assembled, is lightweight and easy to carry, and requires only a small number of sawing steps.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention relates to an endless band saw that is pivotably hooked to an opposing pulley provided on a band saw arrangement table, in a lumbering apparatus used for processing logs, etc. A band saw adjusting means for adjusting a separation distance and an angle of the endless band saw, a fixing means for rotatably fixing the log, a log angle adjusting means capable of arbitrarily adjusting an angle at which the log is arranged, and the band saw arrangement table. Lumber capable of being reciprocated in the longitudinal direction of the log, and capable of cutting the both sides of the log simultaneously by moving the band saw arrangement table and processing into a square having an appropriate cross-section. A device (claim 1).
[0007]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention provides the band saw adjusting means that adjusts the distance and angle of the band saw by moving the relative positions of the pair of rotating bodies that sandwich the opposed band saws close to each other. It is preferable that the sawing apparatus is characterized by being adjustable (claim 2).
[0008]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides the above-mentioned band saw arrangement table transfer means comprising upper and lower guide rails connecting the gate-shaped leg portions arranged before and after the sawing apparatus, and the band saw arrangement table. An engaging portion that is movably engaged with the upper and lower guide rails, a wire that is connected to the band saw mounting table, and a motor that rotates the wire forward and backward. It is preferable to use the sawing apparatus characterized in that (Claim 3).
[0009]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention is characterized in that the fixing means for fixing the log consists of a claw-shaped fixing tool that pierces and fixes the front and rear ends of the log, and one of the claw-shaped fixing tools. Is attached to a fixing column which can reciprocate similarly to the transfer means of the band saw arrangement table, and can move the column back and forth according to the length of the raw wood to fix the raw wood, (Claim 4).
[0010]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides that the log angle adjusting means includes a handle that rotates in conjunction with either one of the front and rear fixing means for rotatably fixing the log. It is preferable that the lumber apparatus is characterized in that the log can be fixed at a predetermined angle by rotating the wheel (claim 5).
[0011]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is preferably the sawing device characterized in that the sawing device is mainly composed of a frame material and is easy to disassemble and assemble. Item 6).
[0012]
[Action]
In the sawing apparatus of the present invention, both sides of the raw wood can be cut at the same time by transferring the band saw arrangement table only once, and the process can be omitted as compared with the conventional apparatus. In addition, the band saw may be one endless, and the conventional apparatus fixes the band saw and transfers the raw wood as described above, while the apparatus of the present invention fixes the band saw while fixing the raw wood. Therefore, there is an advantage that the entire length of the apparatus can be shortened and the entire apparatus can be made compact and light.
[0013]
Since the log is sawed in the opposite direction by the left and right endless band saws facing each other, the impact force received by the log is offset by the force in the opposite direction, so that the log is fixed on both sides Even in this case, the vibration generated in the log is suppressed as much as possible. In addition, the desired cross-sectional shape can be machined by changing the cutting angle with the handle while the raw wood is fixed, so work can be done with less wasted labor compared to conventional sawing equipment that changes the angle one by one and fixes it again. The effect is to increase the efficiency and obtain an accurate angle.
[0014]

One of the pulleys 16, 16 is connected to a band saw drive motor 18, and the other is free, and rotates in conjunction with the pulley on the drive side, and further adjusts the tension of the band saw by a spring to move up and down It is supported to be movable in the direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the band saw adjusting means 19 is provided with band saw holding portions 192 and 192 (a position where the left and right band saws face each other) which are housed in a housing by holding the band saw between a pair of rotating bodies 191 and 191. ) Are respectively screwed to the left and right screws of the support rod 193 formed with screws in the left and right direction to constitute a unit 198, and a pair is provided above and below the raw wood through which the unit 198 passes.
[0016]
Lateral handles 194 and 194 are attached to the front ends of the support rods 193 and 193, respectively, and when the handle 194 is rotated in one direction, the band saw holding portions 192 and 192 are separated by the same distance and rotated in the opposite direction. Then, the two horizontal handles 194 and 194 are rotated in an appropriate direction so that the distance and angle of the left and right band saws can be adjusted. Further, the units 198 and 198 arranged above and below are interlocked with a vertical rod 196 in which reverse screws are formed on the upper end side and the lower end side, and are similarly screwed with a horizontal rod 197 having a screw formed by a bevel gear. At the same time, a vertical handle 195 is attached to the distal end of the horizontal rod 197. By rotating the vertical handle 195 left and right, both units 198 and 198 can be moved closer to and away from each other. .
[0017]
Next, the fixing means 20 for fixing the log so as to be rotatable and the log angle adjusting means 21 capable of arbitrarily adjusting the angle at which the log is arranged will be described. The fixing means 20 includes claw-shaped fixtures 201 and 201 provided in a state of being opposed to the fixing column 14 and the gate-shaped leg portion 11 with the band saw arrangement table 13 disposed in the middle. The log angle adjusting means 21 is connected to the claw-shaped fixture 201 through an angle display plate 211 provided on the opposite side of the claw-shaped fixture 201 of the fixing column 14 and the center of the angle display plate 211. The claw-shaped fixture 201 is fixed at a desired angle by rotating the handle 212 and adjusting it to an appropriate scale on the angle display plate 211. ing.
[0018]
The other claw-shaped fixture 201 includes a vertex 202 of the fixed leg 206 directed from the rear portal leg 11 in the direction of the band saw placement table 13, and a vertical frame of the portal leg 11 directly behind the vertex. At the other end, a fixing handle 205 for rotating the screw bar 204 to move the claw-shaped fixture 201 back and forth is attached. It is provided. The claw-shaped fixture 201 is formed so that the claw at the center is slightly long and the claw around the claw-shaped fixture 201 is slightly short. When fixing the log, first the long claw is placed at the center of both ends of the log. After the positioning, the fixing handle 205 is rotated, and the claw-shaped fixture 201 is advanced and tightened and fixed. When sawing raw wood having different lengths exceeding the stroke of the screw rod 204, the position of the fixing column 14 can be moved back and forth to cope with it.
[0019]
Since the other claw-shaped fixture 201 is attached to the screw rod 204 in a free state, the claw-shaped fixture 201 can be moved back and forth without rotating even if the fixing handle is rotated. It has become. Further, the other claw-shaped fixture 201 is configured to protrude forward (right side in FIG. 1) from the edge of the opposing band saw when the band saw placement base 13 is located at the starting point (leftmost in FIG. 1). Therefore, when the log is set on the claw-shaped fixtures 201, 201, the work can be performed without the log being in contact with the band saw.
[0020]
Next, the transfer means 22 for reciprocating the band saw arrangement table 13 will be described. The transfer means 22 has a wire 222 attached to transfer pulleys 221 and 221 rotatably arranged at both ends of the guide rail 12 bridged below the portal leg portions 11 and 11, and one transfer pulley 221 is attached to the transfer pulley 221. The transfer motor 224 is connected via a speed reducer 223, and the wire 222 and the band saw arrangement table 13 are connected via a buffer spring 226 so that the transfer motor 224 is rotated forward or reverse, or the gear is switched. Thus, the band saw arrangement table 13 can be reciprocated along the guide rail 12. The buffer spring 226 plays a role of buffering an impact propagating to the band saw at the time of cutting according to the hardness of the log or the like.
[0021]
In addition, a limit switch 225 is provided at the lower end of the fixing column 14, and when the band saw arrangement table 13 proceeds to cut the log and comes into contact with the limit switch 225, the limit switch 225 is moved in conjunction with the limit switch 225. The motor 224 is configured to be automatically switched off. The limit switch 225 is also provided on the rear portal leg 11 and is configured such that the transfer motor 224 is automatically switched off even when the band saw arrangement table 13 reaches the starting position. Further, as described above, the gate-shaped leg portions 11 and 11 and the guide rails 12 and 12 and the fixing column 14 are detachably attached by screwing, respectively. The leg parts 11 and 11, the guide rails 12 and 12, the fixing pillar 14 and the band saw arrangement table 13 can be easily disassembled to facilitate transportation. The transfer motor 224 and the band saw drive motor 18 include a gasoline engine, a diesel engine, and the like in addition to the electric motor, and the latter engine is particularly effective at the site of logging.
[0022]
FIG. 4 shows the relationship between the distance and angle of the opposing band saws for producing square bars having various shapes in cross section. (A) is the case of a square bar with a square cross section. First, after cutting both sides of the log raw wood as shown in (b), rotate the angle of the raw wood by 90 degrees with the same band saw separation distance. Cut the other side. (C) When the cross section is rectangular, after both sides are cut by the band saw separation distance shown in (b) above, the angle of the log is rotated 90 degrees to widen the separation distance to the state of (c). Cut the other side. (D) is a rhombus. First, after both sides are cut, the angle of the raw wood is rotated by 90 degrees plus α, and the other side is cut while the separation distance of the band saw remains unchanged.
[0023]
(E) is a trapezoidal shape. First, after cutting both sides, rotate the angle of the raw wood by 90 degrees, leave the opposite band saw as it is, and angle the other band saw to make the other side Cut. (F) is a case of another trapezoid, and in (e) described above, the other both sides are cut with the angles of both opposing band saws. (G) is a hexagon and (h) is an octagon. In either case, the both sides of the band saw may be cut one after another by rotating the angle of the raw wood by 60 degrees to 45 degrees with the separation distance of the band saw unchanged. In addition, if the surface of the raw wood is cut one by one by separating the opposing band saws, a square bar made of an odd-numbered polygon can be easily processed.
[0024]
【Example】
Typical examples are given below. However, the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. Although the material used for the lumber apparatus which concerns on this invention is not specifically limited, What is normally used for structural materials, such as steel, stainless steel, duralumin, aluminum, can be used. In this embodiment, the guide rail uses a hollow square material, but the frame material can be formed by appropriately cutting a steel material having a L-shaped or H-shaped cross section and joining it by welding. In this embodiment, the frame member is made of steel, but a light metal such as duralumin or aluminum may be used in consideration of ease of conveyance.
[0025]
The lumber apparatus according to the present invention is not particularly limited in size, but the lumber apparatus according to this example is manufactured based on the description of the embodiment of the present invention, and is in the longitudinal direction. Is designed to have a total length of about 5 m, a height of about 2 m, and a maximum distance between the band saws of about 60 cm. By this lumber apparatus, log raw wood having a thickness of about 15 to 30 cm and a length of 3 to 4 m is processed, and the cross section described in the embodiment of the invention is square, rectangular, trapezoidal, rhombus, hexagonal, Each square bar made of octagon was processed. In addition, when setting the log log, it is preferable that the log log is placed on a forklift or the like and is lifted up to a predetermined position and attached to the claw-shaped fixture so that the operation is easy.
[0026]
When processing the raw wood into a rectangle, it takes about 1 to 3 minutes to cut once (simultaneously two surfaces), and the return time to the starting point is about 0.5 to 1. It is 5 minutes, and it is possible to process about 10 square bars per hour even if the angle adjustment is performed for several seconds and about 1 to 2 minutes are added as log log setting time. It has been found that the processing time is halved compared to a conventional apparatus in which the angle is changed one by one and fixed and cut each time. Further, processing of polygons other than rectangles is almost impossible with conventional sawing machines.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the lumber apparatus according to the present invention can be easily disassembled and assembled, and can be easily transported. Therefore, it is possible to lumber a log of relatively small-diameter logs on the spot, and the cross section is not only rectangular. In addition, since it can be processed into an appropriately shaped square material such as trapezoid and rhombus, not only the apparatus but also the processing cost is extremely economical, there is no waste of resources, and it has an excellent effect on the global environment.
