Description

The present invention is used by interposing between a luminaire and a wiring duct rail for mounting the luminaire, and the luminaire remote control receiver (hereinafter referred to as a luminaire remote control receiver) capable of controlling the luminaire by a remote control transmitter. , "Remote control receiver").

2. Description of the Related Art A lighting fixture is known that includes a remote control receiver that instructs to turn on / off the power of the lighting fixture, and that remotely controls the lighting fixture through the remote control receiver using a remote control transmitter attached to the lighting fixture. Such a remote control transmitter and a remote control receiver assign an ID to each of them, and only a remote control receiver having an ID that matches the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter accepts an operation signal transmitted from the remote control transmitter. This enables remote operation. In addition, when a plurality of lighting fixtures are attached to the wiring duct rail, conventionally, the entire lighting fixture has been either turned off or turned on. In addition, as shown to the following patent document 1, what was comprised so that a remote control receiver could be retrofitted to a lighting fixture is also well-known.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-321038

However, if a dedicated remote control transmitter is required for a lighting fixture equipped with a remote control receiver, when a plurality of lighting fixtures are individually controlled, a remote control transmitter corresponding to the number is required. By the way, the remote control transmitter normally has a plurality of IDs as seen in, for example, a remote control transmitter of a television, and a mechanism can be used to transmit a signal by selecting one of the plurality of IDs. Yes.

Therefore, the present inventor has developed a remote control receiver that can individually control a plurality of lighting fixtures with a single remote control transmitter even when a plurality of lighting fixtures are attached to the wiring duct rail.

A remote control receiver according to the present invention is a remote control receiver for a wiring duct rail that receives a signal transmitted from a remote control transmitter and controls a lighting fixture, and includes a mounting portion for the wiring duct rail and a control for the lighting fixture. A receiving unit including a circuit, and a connection unit to a lighting fixture, the mounting unit includes a locking mechanism, and after the mounting unit is fitted into the wiring duct rail and rotated in a released state of the locking mechanism, The structure is fixed to the wiring duct rail by operating the lock mechanism, and the receiving unit has a set ID, and the receiving unit receives a signal including the ID from a remote control transmitter. In addition, when the ID set in the receiving unit matches the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter, the receiving unit performs control according to the signal transmitted from the remote control transmitter. An ID change switch and an ID setting change unit that are switchable on and off, and are operated when changing an ID set in the reception unit. When the ID change switch is in the ON state, when the signal including the ID is received from the remote control transmitter, the ID of the receiving unit is changed to the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter by the ID setting changing unit. It is comprised so that it may be performed.

By configuring the remote control receiver as described above, it is a lighting fixture that can be attached to the wiring duct rail, and even for a lighting fixture that is not equipped with the remote control receiver, the remote control receiver is connected to the wiring duct rail. Since the remote control receiver can be attached to the wiring duct rail because the mounting portion is provided, and the remote control receiver has a connection portion to the lighting fixture, the lighting fixture can be attached to the remote control receiver. Since the remote control receiver can be connected, the remote control receiver can be equipped with the remote control receiver by being used between the wiring duct rail and the lighting fixture. Control becomes possible. In addition, the mounting part has a lock mechanism, so when the lock mechanism is working, the remote control receiver is firmly attached to the wiring duct rail so that it does not come off inadvertently. Then, the remote control receiver can be easily attached to and detached from the wiring duct rail.

In addition, when a signal including ID is transmitted from an appropriate existing remote control transmitter to the receiving unit when the ID changing switch of the receiving unit in the remote control receiver is on, the ID of the receiving unit is changed to the ID setting changing unit. Is changed to the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter, and thereafter, the luminaire can be controlled by the remote control transmitter via the remote control receiver. If the remote control transmitter has a plurality of channels for transmitting different IDs, the remote control transmitter transmits IDs in different channels to a remote control receiver installed in another lighting fixture. When the ID of the receiving unit of the remote control receiver is matched with the ID issued from the remote control transmitter by the same operation, the lighting apparatus can be controlled in that channel. In this way, if the remote control receiver is used, the plurality of lighting fixtures can be individually controlled with respect to the plurality of lighting fixtures attached to the wiring duct rail by an appropriate existing remote control transmitter. It becomes possible.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 14 shows a remote control It is a perspective view showing a state of connecting the luminaire to the signal device.

As shown in FIG. 1, the wiring duct rail A in the present embodiment is arranged along the indoor ceiling surface or so as to span a support shaft that hangs down from the ceiling, and opens downward. By providing horizontal engagement bars 11 and 12 facing inward from the lower open end of the U-shaped rectangular tube-shaped rail body 10, a slide groove 13 that opens downward is formed. Inside the wiring duct rail A, electrode bars 14 and 15 parallel to the engaging bars 11 and 12 are provided above the engaging bars 11 and 12, and the electrode bars 14 and 15 are provided with the wiring duct rail A. Electric power is supplied from ceiling wiring (illustrated) or an electrical outlet.

The remote control receiver B in this embodiment receives a signal transmitted from the remote control transmitter and controls the luminaire, and as shown in FIGS. The receiving unit 30 including a control circuit for the lighting fixture C and the connection unit 40 for the lighting fixture C are provided.

The mounting portion 20 includes a lock mechanism 21 and a hook shaft 22. The lock mechanism 21 is a slide lock that can move up and down, and an upper end portion 21a thereof is vertically moved at a position orthogonal to engagement pieces 23 and 24 described later. And when it raises, it is formed in the shape which can be closely fit in the slide groove | channel 13 of the said wiring duct rail A. FIG. The hook shaft 22 is a portion that is inserted and connected to the wiring duct rail A, and the hook shaft 22 is formed with engaging pieces 23 and 24 that extend horizontally in the horizontal direction, and the engaging pieces 23 and 24 are connected to the wiring. It can be inserted into the slide groove 13 of the duct rail A and can be engaged with the engagement bars 11 and 12 being sandwiched between the engagement pieces 23 and 24 and the protruding bases 25 and 26 of the hook shaft 22. Yes. L-shaped terminal fittings 27 and 28 are fitted on the top of the hook shaft 22, and the externally exposed side ends 27 a and 28 a of the terminal fittings 27 and 28 protrude in the same direction as the engagement pieces 23 and 24. The terminal fittings 27 and 28 are electrically connected to the circuit board 50 built in the remote control receiver B. When the remote control receiver B is attached to the wiring duct rail A, the engaging pieces 23 and 24 are slid on the wiring duct rail A with the upper end 21a of the lock mechanism 21 lowered as shown in FIG. Aligned in the direction of the groove 13 and inserted into the slide groove 13, as shown in FIG. 11, the remote control receiver B is rotated 90 degrees around the axis of the hook shaft 22, so that the engagement pieces 23, 24 and the hook shaft 22 The engaging bars 11 and 12 are sandwiched between the projecting bases 25 and 26, and the upper end portion 21a of the lock mechanism 21 is raised so that the remote control receiver B is tightly fitted in the slide groove 13 of the wiring duct rail A. Fix to rail A. When the remote control receiver B is rotated 90 degrees around the axis of the hook shaft 22, the externally exposed side ends 27 a and 28 a of the terminal fittings 27 and 28 are in contact with the electrode bars 14 and 15 in the wiring duct rail A. Thus, the power supplied to the electrode bars 14 and 15 flows to the circuit board 50 in the remote control receiver A. This completes the operation of attaching the remote control receiver B to the wiring duct rail A.

The receiving unit 30 is provided at an appropriate position on the outer surface of the remote control receiver B, and includes a reception sensing unit that receives a signal from the remote control transmitter, and the circuit board 50 as shown in FIG. The circuit board 50 in the receiving unit 30 has a set ID, and is set in the receiving unit 30 when the reception sensing unit of the receiving unit 30 receives a signal including the ID from the remote control transmitter. When the ID matches the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter, the receiving unit 30 is configured to control the lighting fixture C according to the signal transmitted from the remote control transmitter. The receiving unit 30 includes an ID changing switch 31 and an ID setting changing unit that can be switched on and off to operate when changing the ID set in the receiving unit 30, and the ID changing switch 31. When the reception sensing unit receives a signal including an ID from the remote control transmitter when is turned on, the ID of the reception unit is changed to the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter by the ID setting change unit. There.

The connection part 40 is a part which connects the plug C1 of the lighting fixture C, and in the present Example, as shown in FIG. 13, it has the structure corresponding to the plug C1 which can be connected to a wiring duct rail. Inside the connecting portion 40, electrode bars 41, 42 are provided, which are in contact with the terminal fittings C2, C3 of the plug C1, so that the lighting fixture C is lit when energized. The electrode bars 41 and 42 are electrically connected to the circuit board 50 in the remote control receiver B, and the power supply to the electrode bars 41 and 42 is received from the remote control receiver that receives a signal from the remote control transmitter. It is controlled by the receiving unit 30 in B. FIG. 14 shows a state in which the luminaire C is connected to the remote control receiver B.

By configuring the remote control receiver B as described above, the remote control receiver can be applied to the lighting fixture C that can be attached to the wiring duct rail A and is not equipped with the remote control receiver B. Since B has a mounting portion 20 for the wiring duct rail A, the remote control receiver B can be attached to the wiring duct rail A, and the remote control receiver B has a connection portion 40 for the lighting fixture C. Since it is possible to connect the lighting fixture C to the remote control receiver B, the remote control receiver B is used by being interposed between the wiring duct rail A and the lighting fixture C. The lighting fixture C can be equipped with the remote control receiver B, and the lighting fixture C can be controlled by the remote control. In addition, since the attachment portion 20 includes the lock mechanism 21, when the lock mechanism 21 is operating, the remote controller receiver B is firmly attached to the wiring duct rail A so that the remote controller receiver B is not accidentally detached. When the lock mechanism 21 is released, the remote control receiver B can be easily attached to and detached from the wiring duct rail A.

In addition, when the ID change switch 31 of the receiving unit 30 in the remote control receiver B is on, when a signal including an ID is transmitted from the appropriate existing remote control transmitter to the receiving unit 30, the ID of the receiving unit 30 Is changed to the ID transmitted from the remote control transmitter by the ID setting changing unit, and thereafter, the lighting fixture C can be controlled via the remote control receiver B by the remote control transmitter. When the remote control transmitter has a plurality of channels for transmitting different IDs, the remote control transmitter transmits IDs in different channels with respect to the remote control receiver B equipped in another lighting fixture. When the ID of the receiving unit 30 of the remote control receiver B is matched with the ID issued from the remote control transmitter by the same operation as in, the lighting fixture can be controlled in that channel. In this way, if the remote control receiver B is used, it becomes possible to control a plurality of lighting fixtures individually by using an appropriate existing remote control transmitter.
