視聴者の操作に応じて、視聴クライアントIDと番組名からなる番組視聴要求を放送配信システムに送信し、該放送配信システムから番組コンテンツリストを受信し、該番組コンテンツリストに基づき、放送配信システムにコンテンツを要求し、該放送配信システムから受信したコンテンツを表示、出力する視聴者クライアントと、
