Abstract
【解決手段】 測定部が水平に設けた多孔性金属板と、上方に開放した注水路を有しかつ上記多孔性金属板の下面に接して固定されかつ加熱手段を内蔵した金属ブロックと、この金属ブロックの温度制御装置と、金属ブロック加熱電力測定装置と、上記注水路に水を供給する注水装置とを備えた熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置において、上記多孔性金属板として熱抵抗が0.083〜0.102K・m2/W、透湿抵抗が0.0078〜0.0123kPa・m2/Wの燒結金属板を用いる。

Description
ここに、S=60Pa/K、imtは無次元の数値で0〜1の間の値となる。この値が0であるということは、試料が水蒸気を通さない性質であることを意味し、換言すれば透湿抵抗が無限大である。この値が1となる試料は、同じ厚さの空気層と同じ熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗を持つことを意味する。
ここに、φTmは測定部が温度Tmの時の水の蒸発に伴う潜熱で、例えばTm=35℃の時0.672W.h/gである。水蒸気透過性はg/m2.h.Paで表される。
次いで焼結金属板の上に、試験片として、厚さ0.54mm、目付204g/m2の撥水防汚加工した黄色のアラミド製平織物(商品名ノメックスIIIAアラミド)を1〜4枚被せて測定して総熱抵抗を算出したところ、それぞれ0.112、0.135、0.152、0.170K・m2/Wに増大した。試験片の枚数に対して総熱抵抗の値をプロットしたところ1次の回帰直線が得られ、試験片の熱抵抗効果が精度良く検出できた。

Claims (4)
- 測定部が水平に設けた多孔性金属板と、上方に開放した注水路を有しかつ上記多孔性金属板の下面に接して固定されかつ加熱手段を内蔵した金属ブロックと、この金属ブロックの温度制御装置と、金属ブロック加熱電力測定装置と、上記注水路に水を供給する注水装置とを備えた熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置において、上記多孔性金属板が0.083〜0.102K・m2/Wの熱抵抗及び0.0078〜0.0123kPa・m2/Wの透湿抵抗を有すると共に燒結金属板からなることを特徴とする熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置。
- 多孔性金属板が、焼結金属板と0.8以上の赤外線放射率をもつ赤外線放射成分とからなる請求項1記載の熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置。
- 多孔性金属板が、微細孔の平均径が5〜40μmである焼結金属板の表面に上記微細孔の平均径を上記範囲内に維持するように赤外線放射成分を固着させてその表面の赤外線放射率を0.8以上としたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置。
- 多孔性金属板が銅粉の焼結体からなる焼結金属板にクロムメッキを施したのちそのメッキ層の上に0.8以上の赤外線放射率をもつ赤外線放射成分を固着させたものであり、かつこの多孔性金属板が金属ブロックと着脱自在の関係にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱抵抗及び透湿抵抗測定装置。
