Abstract
Description
The present invention does not absorb or absorb water on surfaces such as automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, houses, buildings, etc., including painted surfaces, glass, metal, decorative boards, stones, ceramics, rubber products, plastic products, etc. In particular, the present invention relates to a foam-type cleaning tool and a foam-type cleaning method used for cleaning a hard object surface that does not have a bad influence, and more specifically, a base cloth impregnated with a cleaning liquid when cleaning the surface of these objects. It is related with the said cleaning tool and the washing | cleaning method which can be wash | cleaned, making foam using the cloth as. The present invention also relates to the cleaning tool and the cleaning method described above, wherein a water-repellent film is naturally formed on the surface of an object rinsed with water after cleaning.
Conventionally, it has been proposed to use a liquid cleaning agent in which a surfactant is dissolved in water for cleaning an exterior portion of an automobile (see, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). In the car washing operation using the liquid detergent described in these Patent Documents 1 and 2, the liquid detergent is diluted in a bucket, and the sponge, towel, brush, etc. are wetted with the detergent to wash the exterior of the automobile. After that, it was rinsed with water and wiped with finish. Also, it has been practiced to hold a spray container containing a liquid cleaning agent in one hand and spray the cleaning agent on the exterior of an automobile while washing the place with a sponge or towel with the other hand. Such a cleaning method is usually used for removing stains on glass, wallpaper, screen doors, decorative boards, tiles, painted surfaces, and the like at home.
On the other hand, it has also been proposed to simplify a car wash operation using a cloth impregnated with a cleaning liquid that can leave a wax film exhibiting water repellency and gloss after car washing (for example, Patent Document 3, (See Patent Document 4).
However, in the cleaning method using the liquid cleaning agent proposed by Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2, a bucket for thinning and storing the liquid cleaning agent is prepared, or a heavy spray container containing the liquid cleaning agent is held in the hand. Since it is necessary to hold or prepare an expensive sponge or the like, a sufficient cleaning effect can be expected, but there is a problem that it is troublesome to work.
On the other hand, according to the cleaning work proposed by Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4, although the user does not feel much troublesome work, the cleaning liquid does not foam to a satisfactory level during the cleaning work. There is a problem that it is difficult to get a sense of satisfaction after cleaning because it is difficult to grasp whether or not effective cleaning is performed.
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation and problems, and is based on performing a cleaning operation using a cloth such as a cloth impregnated with a liquid cleaning solution, and improves the foaming property of the cleaning solution during the cleaning operation. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a foam type cleaning tool and a foam type cleaning method that enable a user to perform satisfactory cleaning while creating bubbles in an easy operation.
In addition, the present invention provides a foam type cleaning tool and a foam type cleaning method capable of forming a water-repellent film on the surface of an object after cleaning without sacrificing the foaming property of the cleaning liquid during cleaning. The purpose is to provide.
The foam-type cleaning tool according to the present invention is obtained by impregnating a cleaning base cloth with a cleaning liquid, and the base cloth has a cleaning liquid impregnation capacity of 2.5 times or more of the weight. Is impregnated with a washing liquid having a weight of 2.5 times or more. According to this invention, since the base cloth is sufficiently impregnated with a large amount of cleaning liquid in advance, it is not necessary to perform the operation of wetting the base cloth with the diluted cleaning liquid stored in the bucket during the cleaning operation. During the work, a sufficient amount of cleaning liquid impregnated in the base fabric foams in the base fabric or is squeezed out from the base fabric and foams. Cleaning can be performed.
In the foam-type cleaning tool according to the present invention, the main components of the cleaning liquid are an alkyl glucoside nonionic surfactant, a quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactant, and a silicone emulsion containing trimethylsiloxysilicate. It is desirable that According to this, since it becomes possible to wash at a stretch while sufficiently bubbling the cleaning liquid during the cleaning operation, a water-repellent film is formed on the surface of the object by rinsing with water after cleaning. Moreover, the effect that the surface of the object after washing is finished in a clean state is exhibited.
The foam-type cleaning method according to the present invention is a method of wiping the surface of an object with the base cloth while foaming the cleaning liquid impregnated in the base cloth of the foam-type cleaning tool or the cleaning liquid flowing out from the base cloth. Thus, as described above, the user can perform satisfactory cleaning while creating bubbles in an easy operation.
Further, in this foaming type cleaning method, it is possible to employ means for replenishing foaming by replenishing water to the base fabric or the surface of the object when the cleaning liquid becomes difficult to foam. For this reason, even when cleaning the surface of an object of any type from a small size to a large size, the user can perform satisfactory cleaning with easy work to the end while bubbling the cleaning liquid.
According to the foam-type cleaning tool and the foam-type cleaning method of the present invention, the user does not need extra cleaning tools such as a sponge, a brush, and a bucket, and the spray container containing the liquid cleaning agent is held in one hand. In addition to eliminating the hassle of having to carry it in, it is possible to perform a satisfactory cleaning operation at a stretch while bubbling the cleaning liquid. In addition, since a water-repellent film can be formed by rinsing with water after washing, an effect is achieved that the surface of the object after washing can be finished in a clean state.
The base fabric that can be used in the foam-type cleaning tool and the foam-type cleaning method according to the present invention is a woven or non-woven fabric using any one of hydrophilic fibers and lipophilic fibers generally used for cleaning operations. Even if it exists, the woven fabric or nonwoven fabric using those mixed fibers may be sufficient. The fiber does not need to be processed in particular, but it is beneficial to improve the impregnation holding ability (impregnation performance) of the cleaning liquid to have a split or spiral structure.
The size of the fiber is not particularly limited, and may be a conventional size that can be handled in the same manner as natural pulp or cotton. However, it is preferable that the washing liquid has a high impregnation capacity. For example, a material having an impregnation holding capacity to such an extent that a washing liquid having a weight of 2.5 times or more the weight of the base fabric is held without dripping is particularly suitable. If the washing liquid impregnation holding capacity of the base fabric is less than 2.5 times the above, there is a risk that the washing liquid will be digested at an early stage and the washing work cannot be performed sufficiently satisfactorily when foaming the washing liquid. is there. As a measure to improve this point, a means to increase the concentration of the active ingredient in the cleaning solution can be considered. However, in such a case, the concentrated solution is digested at the beginning of the cleaning operation, and the cleaning operation is performed with a pale white solution at the end. Since it tends to occur, it becomes difficult to perform a stable cleaning operation while constantly foaming bubbles from the beginning to the end. If the washing liquid impregnation holding capacity of the base fabric is larger than 2.5 times the above, a satisfactory washing operation can be performed in a state where the washing liquid is impregnated with an amount equal to or less than the saturated impregnation amount without being saturated with the washing liquid. Will be able to do. That is, in a base fabric impregnated with a cleaning liquid in an amount equal to or less than the saturated impregnation amount, for example, a non-woven fabric, the foaming property of the cleaning liquid is improved because the space where air easily enters and exits is maintained, and the cleaning liquid is retained. Therefore, a satisfactory cleaning operation can be performed while bubbling a large area with a constant effective concentration from the beginning to the end of the cleaning operation.
Note that it is not necessarily denied to use a base cloth impregnated with a cleaning liquid in an amount equal to or greater than the saturated impregnation amount. In such a base cloth, air is introduced by squeezing a little before cleaning to remove excess cleaning liquid. It is desirable to improve ease. However, in such a case, it is possible that the cleaning liquid is wasted. Therefore, on the assumption that the cleaning liquid is impregnated in an amount corresponding to the target work area, for example, about 70% by weight or less of the saturated impregnation amount. It is preferable to impregnate the amount of the cleaning liquid.
The cleaning liquid that can be used in the foam-type cleaning tool and the foam-type cleaning method according to the present invention includes an alkyl glucoside nonionic surfactant commonly used as a cleaning liquid excellent in foamability and a quaternary ammonium salt-type cationic surfactant. And a silicone emulsion containing trimethylsiloxysilicic acid as main components, and obtained by dissolving or dispersing the main components in water.
The content of the alkyl glucoside nonionic surfactant is appropriately 1 to 3% by weight in terms of active ingredient concentration, and the manufacturer and grade thereof are not particularly limited as long as they are generally used for foam cleaning. Further, a part of this component may be replaced with another nonionic surfactant commonly used for foam cleaning. However, in this case, partial substitution with a nonionic surfactant having a property of detrimental to coating or plastic should be avoided. In other words, the use of only an alkylglucoside nonionic surfactant as the nonionic surfactant is excellent in that there is no possibility of harming the paint or plastic. If the content of the alkyl glucoside nonionic surfactant is less than 1% by weight, the cleaning liquid is less likely to foam, and the foaming property tends to be insufficient from the beginning to the end when washing a large size object. When the amount is more than% by weight, the foaming property is good, but it is not preferable since the formation of a water-repellent coating after washing may be inhibited.
The quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant is a component contained for forming a film after washing, and the preferred active ingredient concentration is 0.5 to 2.5% by weight. The quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant is not particularly limited as long as it can be used for forming a film after washing, but the difference between manufacturers and grades is not particularly limited. In particular, those in which alkyl has a short chain length such as lauryl are suitable. If the content of the quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant is less than 0.5% by weight, there is a possibility that a film exhibiting water repellency cannot be satisfactorily formed. When the amount is more than 2.5% by weight, a water-repellent film is sufficiently formed and no inconvenience in performance occurs, but the component is contained wastefully. That is, the quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant has a water repellent film sufficiently formed even if its content is less than 2.5% by weight. It is preferable to keep it less than% by weight.
The silicone emulsion containing trimethylsiloxysilicic acid is not particularly limited in terms of manufacturer and grade as long as it is commonly used for water repellent coating. The preferable active ingredient concentration of this silicone emulsion is 0.2 to 2% by weight, and if it is less than 0.2% by weight, the water repellency of the film formed after washing tends to be weak and more than 2% by weight. On the other hand, the water repellency of the coating is improved, but uneven adhesion tends to occur.
A pH adjuster, antifreezing agent, preservative, cleaning solvent and the like that are commonly used may be added to the cleaning liquid as necessary.
The foam-type cleaning tool according to the present invention is obtained by impregnating a base cloth such as cloth described above with an amount equal to or less than the saturated impregnation amount of the cleaning liquid described above.
The cleaning operation is performed by lightly rubbing and wiping the surface of the object soiled with the base cloth of the foam-type cleaning tool directly. Such a cleaning operation is performed while foaming the cleaning liquid impregnated in the base fabric or the cleaning liquid flowing out of the base fabric. That is, when the surface of the object is lightly rubbed and wiped directly with a base cloth, the cleaning liquid foams and foams, and exhibits a high cleaning effect. In addition, when water is digested during the cleaning operation and the cleaning liquid becomes difficult to foam, it is sufficient to replenish water by replenishing the surface of the base fabric or object, and in such a case, bubbles are again generated. To stand. In addition, when cleaning objects such as screen doors that are difficult to foam or the surface of objects that are extremely dirty, it is effective to foam and clean the objects in advance by moistening them with water. It becomes easy to do.
The work can be finished with the end point of the effect as the end point of the bubbles after working in this way. And after completion | finish of this operation | work, the stain | pollution | contamination and washing | cleaning liquid adhering to the surface of a target object are rinsed with water, and then water is wiped off and it finishes. Alternatively, it can be finished by removing dirt or cleaning liquid adhering to the surface of the object with a damp towel or cloth. In this way, a water-repellent film is formed on the surface of the object, and the surface repels water better than before cleaning.
In the above description, the foam-type cleaning tool and foam-type cleaning method according to the present invention are extremely effective for dirty automobile painting and car wash work of exterior parts such as glass, plastic, metal plating, tires, etc. Does not absorb water or absorbs water with paint for home or industrial use such as motorcycles, bicycles, houses, buildings, etc., glass, metal, decorative boards, stones, ceramics, rubber products, plastic products, etc. It can be used for cleaning the surface of a hard object that is not affected.

Each of the cleaning liquid impregnated cloths described above was used to clean an automobile (manufacturer / model: Toyota / Allion) that was soiled in an outdoor parking lot.
As a comparative example, “soft 99 washable super water-repellent shampoo (750 ml liquid shampoo in a plastic container, with urethane sponge)” corresponding to “cleaning agent” described in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-116898) "Soft 99 Fukupika (film packaging, liquid-impregnated non-woven type wet cloth)" corresponding to "Cleaning, water repellency, polishing wet cloth" of Patent Document 3 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-256969) The effect of the present invention was demonstrated in comparison with the foam type cleaning tool and the foam type cleaning method of the present invention.
Examples 1 to 3 (cleaning method using cleaning liquid impregnated cloth 1, 2, 3)
Each of the cleaning liquid impregnated cloths used in the present invention was directly used on a dirty automobile body and cleaned while foaming. When it was difficult for bubbles to form on the way, the cloth was washed with a little water added and bubbles were formed. In this cleaning operation, if the cleaning operation was carried out, bubbles naturally formed, and the operation could be continued continuously. Thereafter, the vehicle was rinsed with water and finished by wiping, so that one car could be cleaned cleanly. And not only was the dirt removed, but a water-repellent film was formed. After cleaning, all you need to do is clean the used cloth and packaging bag as trash, eliminating the need for cumbersome cleaning tools and back-fitting, making working easier and faster. In the difference between the types of the cleaning liquid impregnated cloths 1, 2 and 3, there is no difference in the foaming cleaning work, and there is a difference in water repellency due to the difference in the blending ratio of R2701, and the content is large. The impregnated cloth 3 impregnated with the cleaning liquid repelled water well.
Comparative Example 1
For the above-mentioned “soft 99 super water-repellent shampoo” for liquid shampoo in a 750 ml plastic container, wet the supplied urethane sponge with water in advance, and transfer the shampoo solution from the container to a dirty car body in advance. After washing, the body was washed. During the work, the shampoo solution was transferred from the container to the urethane sponge and collected several times. During the work, foaming was bad, so the shampoo solution was immediately replenished, and the washing work was troublesome. After washing, it was rinsed with water, and was able to be washed clean by wiping the finish. After that, a water-repellent film was formed. After washing, the cap of the container containing the remaining shampoo solution was securely stored, and the dirty urethane sponge was thoroughly washed for use in the work. There were many troublesome work such as replenishment of urethane shampoo liquid during work and handling and storage of cleaning products.
Comparative Example 2
As for “Soft 99 Fuku Pika” of the nonwoven fabric impregnation type of laminated film packaging, the cloth was taken out from the packaging and directly used on a dirty automobile body for cleaning. When there is a lot of dirt, it is difficult to remove the dirt satisfactorily, and two or more crosses are required for each car. During work, there is no foaming, and it is stronger than waxing rather than washing, and during work, dirt and wax adhere to the hand, so it is difficult to wash hands after work Met. After the work, a long-lasting film having good water repellency such as a solid wax was formed.
