その第2ヒンジ部材を前記第1ヒンジ部材に揺動かつスライド可能に軸支する軸部材と、
その軸部材を保持するために前記第1ヒンジ部材または第2ヒンジ部材のいずれか一方に設けられ、前記軸部材を捲回するように形成される捲回部およびその捲回部の一部を切り欠いて形成される切欠部を有する軸保持部と、
その軸保持部が設けられる前記第1ヒンジ部材または第2ヒンジ部材のいずれか他方に設けられ、前記切欠部と係合することで前記第2ヒンジ部材の前記第1ヒンジ部材に対する揺動角度を所定の揺動角度に維持する係合部とを備え、
