Description

In the present invention, for example, two pipes that are arranged in a substantially orthogonal relationship that constitutes a framework of a greenhouse are spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction suitable for preventing condensation on the inner surface of the seat. It belongs to the technical field of connecting fittings for cross pipes to be connected.

The framework of a so-called greenhouse is usually a large number of arch-shaped pipes of approximately the same shape and size that are arranged side by side in the ridge direction, and a purlin pipe that is arranged along the arch-shaped pipe in the ridge direction. Are assembled by firmly connecting them with a connecting tool at the intersection of the two. Then, the sheet fastening material arranged in the direction of the ridge outside the framework is fixed with a dedicated connector at the intersection with the arched pipe, and a plastic film sheet (hereinafter simply referred to as a sheet) covering the outer peripheral surface of the framework. Or a plastic sheet) is fixed to the sheet fixing material with an elastic stop line having a wave shape, thereby being constructed in a tunnel shape.

By the way, the above-mentioned arch-shaped pipe and the purlin pipe arranged in the ridge direction are connected with a structure in which an appropriate vertical distance (for example, an interval of about 5 cm) is provided between these two pipes so that they are not in direct contact with each other. There is a need to. This is because the plastic sheet covering the outer periphery of the frame gradually loosens due to the action of the wind pressure or the creep phenomenon, and swings due to the vibration of the frame or wind and rain, so-called patter movement. Condensation water is usually generated on the inner surface of the seat, and gradually moves downward by the patter movement. Therefore, every time this sheet touches the purlin pipe, the condensed water is transferred to the purlin pipe. When the amount of water drops that fall down, it starts to drip from the purlin pipe to the ground directly below, causing root rot to crops grown on the ground directly below and the cultivation shelf, causing disease and causing damage to the inside of the greenhouse. This is because a serious problem of damaging various cultivated crops arises.

Therefore, as a connector for the two orthogonal pipes, the sheet does not touch the purlin pipe even if the sheet moves with a proper interval in the vertical direction between the two pipes. It is desirable to connect with an interval structure.
Along with the above-mentioned problems, for example, there are various known fittings for cross pipes disclosed in the following Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-59909). The above-mentioned cross pipe connecting metal fitting intersects each other at the open end of the metal tubular body with the pipe receiving portions formed at both open ends, and intersects with each other at the open end of the metal tubular body. It consists of a combination of a metal linear elastic fastener wound around two pipes. It is the structure which attaches a mooring member to the said metal cylindrical body, and anchors and hold | maintains a metal linear elastic anchoring tool.

By the way, according to the joint fitting for crossed pipes described in the above-mentioned patent document 1 (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-59909), there is a drawback that it is difficult to efficiently perform the pipe connection work.
This is because the connecting metal fitting is a metal linear elastic member in which a metal cylindrical body is interposed between two intersecting pipes and is connected to the metal cylindrical body via a mooring member in that state. Since the fittings are wrapped around two pipes and attached to each other and the two pipes are connected to each other via a metal cylindrical body, this operation is quite troublesome, requires skill, and is required for connection at the site. This is because the work time required is increased.
In addition, it is extremely difficult to sufficiently increase the connection force to the pipe by the metal linear elastic fastener and to maintain the connection force high, and there is also a problem that the connected pipe is likely to loosen and come off. .

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. Two pipes that are orthogonal to each other are connected to each other with a necessary gap in the vertical direction between the two pipes. An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting fitting for a cross pipe that can be easily and firmly performed.
Furthermore, the wedge member formed by crimping and connecting two intersecting or orthogonal pipes can be stopped and formed on the wedge member so that there is no possibility that the wedge member will come out and disconnect even after a long time. An object of the present invention is to provide a connecting fitting for a cross pipe.

The invention described in claim 2 is the cross pipe fitting 2 according to claim 1,
The bendable piece 40 of the wedge member 6 is characterized in that a strength reducing portion that facilitates the bending operation is formed at the position where the dead end stopper 40a is formed.

The strength-reducing portion of the bendable piece 40 is characterized by being formed as a cross-sectional defect portion by an opening 44, a notch 46, a V-shaped cut groove 48, or the like.

In the cross pipe connecting fitting 2 of the present invention, the bendable piece 40 divided into a narrow width by the notch 36 is formed on at least one side wall 26 of the wedge member 6, so that the wedge member 6 is shaped like a bowl. When the purpose of connecting the two intersecting pipes P1 and P2 is reached by press-fitting between the side walls 10 and 10 of the member 4 to a specified position, the foldable piece 40 is bent outward at a substantially right angle. The bendable piece 40 can be formed as a dead end stopper 40a that abuts against the edge of the corresponding side wall 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4 and prevents the wedge member 6 from moving further in the press-fitting direction, and is in a strong and stable connection state. For a long time.
If a strength reducing portion (opening 44) for facilitating the folding operation formed in the dead end stopper 40a is formed at the folding position of the bendable piece 40 in the wedge member 6, the force required for the folding operation can be reduced. It becomes easy to perform the bending work.

In the following, the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrated embodiments.
First, the structure of the cross pipe fitting 2 will be described with reference to FIG. The cross pipe connecting metal fitting 2 includes a hook-shaped member 4 and a wedge member 6. Both the bowl-shaped member 4 and the wedge member 6 are manufactured as pressed products of steel plates having a thickness of about 1.6 mm.

The saddle-shaped member 4 is bent in an inverted U shape when viewed in the side direction (left-right direction in FIG. 1), and a first pipe P1 (to be described later) is accommodated in a bent top 8 having a substantially semicircular shape. It is the structure to straddle (refer FIG. 2). Reference numerals 10 and 10 are both side walls of the bowl-shaped member 4 that are bent into an inverted U-shape, and approximately the lower half of the side walls 10 and 10 (precisely, a position that is a certain distance from the bent top 8). In addition, pipe receiving portions 14 and 14 having a substantially C-shaped notch shape are formed. By placing and supporting the second pipe (P2) in the pipe receiving portions 14 and 14, the two pipes P1 and P2 are arranged perpendicular to each other, and further, a necessary interval in the vertical direction (an interval of about 5 cm). The connection is made with the open.
Reference numeral 18 in the drawing is a reinforcing rib which is formed by punching on both side walls 10 and 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4 so as to protrude to the outer surface, and the back surface forms a semicircular groove shape.

Next, the wedge member 6 is bent and formed into a substantially U-shape downward when viewed in the side surface direction. The lateral width dimension is set to a size that allows a substantially inscribed state between the side walls 10 and 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4. Of course, the wedge member 6 is formed with a slope that is inevitable in terms of function as a wedge so as to taper to the right in FIG. The upper surface piece 24 of the wedge member 6 is formed in a concave curved surface along the outer peripheral surface of the body portion of the first pipe P1 accommodated in the bent top portion 8 of the bowl-shaped member 4. Reference numeral 26 denotes both side walls bent into a substantially U shape. Reference numeral 27 denotes a protrusion formed in the longitudinal direction so as to protrude from the front end of the wedge member 6 in the press-fitting direction to the outer surface of the side walls 26. The protrusion 27 fits into the inner surface (semicircular groove-shaped portion) of the vertical reinforcing rib 18 a located on the front side in the press-fitting direction among the reinforcing ribs 18 formed on the both side walls 10, 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4. Thus, the advance limit position for press-fitting of the wedge member 6 is defined.

Reference numeral 36 in FIG. 1 denotes a notch formed long in the press-fitting direction at a position slightly above the lower end of the pressure direction rear side portion of the both side walls 26, 26 of the wedge member 6, and the notch 36 has a narrow width. A foldable piece 40 is formed which can be easily folded outward at substantially right angles. Although FIG. 1 shows an example in which the bendable piece 40 is formed as a pair on the left and right side walls 26, 26 of the wedge member 6, this is not restrictive. If at least one of the side walls 26 has a foldable piece 40, it is sufficient.
As will be described later, the bendable piece 40 is formed in a bowl shape when the wedge member 6 is press-fitted between the side walls 10 and 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4 to a predetermined position so as to connect the two pipes P1 and P2. By bending along the rear edge of the side wall 10 of the member 4, it is formed on a dead end stopper 40a (FIG. 3) in the press-fitting direction, and is effective as a means for suppressing the undue movement and withdrawal of the wedge member 6 in the press-fitting direction. It is.

Reference numeral 44 in FIG. 1 is a plurality of openings formed along the planned folding positions of the bendable piece 40, and is formed as a strength reducing portion that makes the bendable piece 40 easy to bend as described above. Of course, the strength reducing portion can be selected and implemented as appropriate when it is formed by the notch 46 shown in FIG. 4 or by the V-shaped cut groove 48 shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B.

Next, with reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the usage method of the said cross pipe connection metal fitting 2 and the connection method of the two pipes P1 and P2 are demonstrated.
As an example, the bowl-shaped member 4 is straddled over a first pipe P1 corresponding to an arch-shaped pipe constituting the framework of a greenhouse, and is stored in the bent top portion 8 thereof. After that, the second pipes P2 (purlin pipes) arranged orthogonally are accommodated and supported in the pipe receiving portions 14, 14 of the both side walls 10, 10 of the same bowl-shaped member 4.
Then, the wedge member 6 is pushed in the direction of the arrow T and pressed into the portion between the two pipes P1 and P2 and between the both side walls 10 and 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4. This press-fitting is usually performed by a so-called hammering method by hitting the rear ends of the side walls 26, 26 of the wedge member 6 using a tool such as a hammer.

Thus, the two pipes P1 and P2 generate a strong fixing force due to the wedge effect (= immediate effect) due to the tapered gradient in the press-fitting direction of the wedge member 6, and achieve the function of pipe connection. When the wedge member 6 is press-fitted to a predetermined position as described above, the protrusion 27 formed so as to protrude from the front outer surface of the both side walls 26, 26 is formed on the back surface of the reinforcing rib 18 a of the bowl-shaped member 4. It fits into the semicircular groove-like portion corresponding to, and this will maintain a temporary stable state, and the press-fitting operation is completed.
Further, in the case of the cross pipe fitting 2 of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the bendable piece 40 is almost perpendicular to the outside as shown by an arrow R by a gripping tool such as pliers or pliers. Bend until
At this time, since the strength reducing portion by the opening 44 and the like described above is formed at the planned folding position of the bendable piece 40, the bending operation can be easily performed manually.
As a result of the above bending operation, the bendable piece 40 comes into contact with the rear end edge of the side wall 10 of the bowl-shaped member 4, and a dead end stopper 40a (FIG. 3) that mechanically and reliably prevents the undue forward movement of the wedge member 6. ) And the firmly connected state of the two pipes P1 and P2 is maintained stably for a long time.
