The filter 130 that is mounted in the internal space of the casing 120 and filters dust in the air sucked into the suction port 140, is disposed so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the filter 130, and is sucked into the suction port 140. A filter cleaning unit 200 that cleans the filter 130 while rotating by air blowing force is provided (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
JP 2005-296623 A

In such a conventional vacuum cleaner, fibrous dust such as hair is entangled with the filter cleaning unit 200 that is provided on the outer periphery of the filter 130 and rotates and floats by the air blowing force, and the filter cleaning unit 200 rotates. Therefore, there is a problem that dust attached to the filter 130 cannot be swept out, the flow path of the filter 130 is clogged, the suction force is reduced, and cleaning cannot be performed smoothly. It was.

The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and by continuously and automatically removing dust adhering to the filter during cleaning, it can be used for a long time without reducing the clogging of the flow path of the filter and reducing the suction force. An object of the present invention is to provide an electric vacuum cleaner that can be used.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a dust collection chamber having a collection space therein, in which an intake port into which air containing dust flows in and an exhaust port through which purified air is discharged are formed, A filter that is mounted in the internal space of the dust collection chamber and filters dust in the air flowing in from the suction port, and a rotation that is disposed below the filter and rotates and moves up and down by the blowing force of the air flowing into the suction port And a cleaning body that is disposed inside the filter and connected to the rotating body, the cleaning body interlocks with the rotating body, and rotates and moves up and down to clean the filter wall surface from the inside. It is a vacuum cleaner.

As a result, the cleaning body connected to the rotating body that rotates and floats by the blowing force of the air sucked into the dust collection chamber is provided inside the filter. The cleaning body rotates and moves up and down from the inside of the filter without obstructing rotation, etc., and dust attached to the filter wall surface can be swept up in the rotation direction and up and down. The filter can always be cleaned to prevent the suction input from decreasing.

The vacuum cleaner of the present invention suppresses the suction input from being lowered by the rotating and floating cleaning body sweeping away dust adhering to the filter from the inside in the rotational direction and the vertical direction. It can be used for a long time without causing

A first invention includes a dust collection chamber having a collection space therein, in which a suction port through which dust-containing air flows and a discharge port through which purified air is discharged are formed, and the interior of the dust collection chamber A filter that is mounted in a space and filters dust in the air flowing from the suction port; a rotating body that is disposed at a lower portion of the filter and that rotates and moves up and down by a blowing force of the air that flows into the suction port; and the filter And a cleaning body connected to the rotating body, and the cleaning body rotates and moves up and down in conjunction with the rotating body to clean the filter wall surface from the inside. Thus, by providing a rotating body that rotates and floats by the blowing force of the air sucked into the dust collection chamber without adhering dust, it rotates and floats by the blowing force of the air sucked from the suction port. A rotating body and the The cleaning body, which is arranged in the filter and connected to the rotating body and rotates and floats, sweeps the dust adhering to the filter in the rotational direction and up and down direction, thereby eliminating the clogging of the filter flow path. It can be used for a long period of time, suppressing the decrease.

The second aspect of the present invention is a structure in which a blade body having a substantially inverted triangular cross section that generates an air flow in the lower axial direction when connected to the lower part of the rotating body is connected to the lower part of the rotating body. High-level dust approaches the filter and tends to adhere to the filter, but the downdraft of the air released from the rotating blades pushes down and compresses the high-level dust, reducing the height of the accumulated dust. It becomes difficult to adhere to the filter, prevents clogging of the filter flow path, suppresses lowering the suction input, and can be used for a long time.

In the third aspect of the invention, the rotating body is provided inside the filter. Since the rotating body is in the filter, the dust does not adhere to the rotating body, and the dust adheres to the rotating body, thereby reducing the rotational performance. The cleaning body communicating with the rotating body constantly rotates at a high speed, constantly removes dust adhering to the filter, prevents clogging of the filter flow path, suppresses lowering the suction input, and should be used for a long time. Can do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

(Embodiment 1)
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the same part as a prior art example, the same code is attached and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

1 and 2, reference numeral 5 denotes a dust collection chamber formed in a cup shape that communicates with an electric blower 6 that emits suction air and a suction tool that sucks dust and has an upper opening.

Reference numeral 9 denotes a suction port through which suction air containing dust sucked by the suction tool flows into the dust collection chamber 5. Reference numeral 11 denotes a handle for carrying the dust collection chamber 5, and 12 denotes an opening substantially covering the dust collection chamber 5, a substantially cylindrical filter 16 is disposed, and a discharge port 35 is provided at the center. This is a dust collecting lid.

Reference numeral 21 denotes a substantially cylindrical rotating body 22 provided in the lower portion of the filter 16, a substantially columnar shaft portion 23 communicating with the rotating body 22, and a cleaning body 27 provided on the outer periphery of the shaft portion 23. A filter cleaning unit configured.

The rotating body 22 is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape larger than the outer periphery of the filter, and a plurality of blade portions 28 are formed on the end surface of the rotating body, and a swirling flow sucked from the suction port 9 hits the blade portions 28. As a result, the rotating body 22 rotates and floats.

The upper part of the shaft part 23 is fitted into a substantially cylindrical stopper 37 through the shaft hole of the holding part A30 provided on the upper surface of the exhaust port 35 of the dust collecting lid 12, and the lower part of the shaft part 23 is provided at the lower part of the filter 16. It passes through the shaft hole of the holding part B <b> 31 formed and communicates with the center of the rotating body 22.

The cleaning body 27 includes a blade 38 and a brush 36 disposed on the inner surface of the blade. The brush 36 passes through the mesh hole of the filter 16 and has an outer dimension slightly larger than the outer dimension of the filter 16.

The cleaning body 27 is disposed on the outer periphery of the shaft portion 23, and the rotating body 22 rotates and floats due to the swirling flow caused by the intake air, and the shaft portion 23 communicating with the rotating body 22 also rotates and floats. The cleaning body 27 disposed in the portion 23 also rotates and floats.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the effect | action is demonstrated below.

When the electric vacuum cleaner is operated, the suction air including dust sucked from the electric blower 6 passes through the suction port 9 and is sucked in a substantially tangential direction of the inner surface of the dust collecting chamber 5.

The intake air containing the sucked dust falls downward due to its own mass while rotating on the inner peripheral surface of the dust collection chamber 5 and is deposited in the lower portion of the dust collection chamber 5. Thereafter, the rotating airflow generated in the vicinity of the filter 16 in the dust collection chamber 5 rises again by reflection on the bottom surface of the dust collection chamber 5, and thus once accumulated dust is again rolled up.

If dust continues to accumulate in the dust collection chamber 5, the accumulated dust in the upper layer adheres to the filter 16 because it approaches the filter 16 into which the intake air flows, but the rotating body rotates and floats in a swirling flow in the dust collection chamber. In order to remove dust adhering to the filter 16 by rotating and floating the cleaning body 27 communicating with the shaft through the shaft portion, it is possible to eliminate clogging of the flow path of the filter 16 and to prevent the intake air from being lowered. . Further, since the rotating body 22 is provided at the lower part of the filter 16, the rotating body 22 rotates only by the swirling flow, so that dust does not wrap around the rotating body and does not hinder the rotation, so that it rotates continuously. Thus, dust adhering to the filter 16 can be swept away and cleaned for a long time.

(Embodiment 2)
A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The same parts as those of the conventional example and the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

In FIG. 2, the cleaning body 27 is made of a material containing an antistatic agent.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the effect | action is demonstrated below.

Due to the effect of the antistatic agent, static electricity due to friction between the rotating and floating cleaning body 27 and the filter 16 does not occur, and dust is easily swept away by the cleaning body 27 without adhering to the filter 16 due to static electricity. It can be used for a long period of time without clogging the flow path and suppressing the suction input.

(Embodiment 3)
A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the part same as a prior art example and the said 1st, 2nd embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In FIG. 3, the rotating body 22 is provided in the upper part in the filter 16.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the effect | action is demonstrated below.

Since the rotating body 22 is in the filter 16, dust does not adhere to the rotating body 22, and the rotational performance is not lowered. Therefore, the cleaning body 27 communicating with the rotating body 22 constantly rotates at a high speed. The dust adhering to 16 can be continuously wiped off, the clogging of the flow path of the filter 16 can be eliminated and the suction input can be prevented from being lowered, and it can be used for a long time.

(Embodiment 4)
A fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as a prior art example and the said 1st-3rd embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In FIG. 4, reference numeral 33 denotes a blade body that releases air in the axial direction when rotated, and is provided at the lower part of the rotating body 22 so as to communicate with the rotating body 22 coaxially.

When dust accumulates in the dust collection chamber 5, high-level dust approaches the filter 16 and easily adheres to the filter 16 by suction, but the descending airflow generated and released from the rotating blade body 33 is By pressing down and compressing the dust, the height of the accumulated dust is reduced, the dust does not adhere to the filter 16, the clogging of the flow path of the filter 16 is eliminated, the suction input is reduced, and it is used for a long time. Can do.

(Embodiment 5)
A fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as a prior art example and the said 1st-4th embodiment, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.

In FIG. 5, reference numeral 22 </ b> B denotes a rotating body integrally formed with a blade body 33 and a rotating body 22 that release air in the axial direction when rotated.

About the vacuum cleaner comprised as mentioned above, the effect | action is demonstrated below.

In FIG. 5, since the blade body 33 and the rotating body 22 are integrally formed, the weight of the rotating body 22 </ b> B can be reduced, the rotational property of the rotating body 22 </ b> B can be improved, and the downdraft released from the blade body 33 can be reduced. Higher dust is pushed down and compressed to lower the height of the accumulated dust, so that it does not adhere to the filter 16 and prevents the flow path of the filter 16 from becoming clogged and reducing the suction force. Can be used for a long time.

As described above, the vacuum cleaner according to the present invention can be used for a long time without deteriorating the dust collection performance, and can provide a vacuum cleaner with improved usability.
