Description

The present invention relates to a fungus bed cultivation bag made of a plastic film used when cultivating moss.

Many artificial cultivations of mushrooms using cultivation bags for fungus beds made of plastic film are carried out.
As shown in FIG. 9, the conventional cultivation bag 10 has gusset folds 11 and 11 formed on both side ends of a bag made of a plastic film, and a bottom seal portion 12 formed by heat fusion in the width direction of the bag. Is provided. The opposite end of the bottom seal portion 12 is an opening 16, and a vent hole 13 is provided on the top of the cultivation bag, and the vent hole 13 is covered with a filter 14.

In the cultivation of mushrooms, first, a culture medium such as sawdust and rice bran adjusted in water is packed in the cultivation bag 10 and sterilized by high-pressure steam or the like, and then inoculated with a mushroom inoculum and cultured.
In the culturing process, the opening 16 of the cultivation bag 10 is sealed by heat fusion or a jig or the like, but air necessary for the growth of the bacteria is supplied by the filter 14 provided in the cultivation bag 10 so that various bacteria enter. Is blocked.

Moreover, since the cultivation bag 10 is disposable, it is necessary that it is inexpensive, and it is desirable that the cultivation bag 10 be manufactured with the simplest possible structure. However, the cultivation bag 10 may be filled with several kg of culture medium, and may tear or tear at the bottom seal portion 12 or cause a pinhole. Then, in order to prevent the tear of the bottom seal | sticker part 12 and formation of the pinhole to the cultivation bag 10, the invention which provided the reinforcement part in the part in which a tear and a pinhole are easy to be formed is disclosed by patent document 1 by an applicant. ing.
JP 2004-033103 A

The applicant, after proposing the cultivation bag for fungus beds described in Patent Document 1, continued as a result of intensive research, and as a result, it was further broken by adjusting the tensile strength ratio in the machine direction and transverse direction of the plastic film. Succeeded in producing cultivation bags for fungus beds that are difficult and difficult to pinhole, and widely provided to the world.

In the fungus bed cultivation using such a cultivation bag 10, a step of taking out the medium from the cultivation bag and generating moss may be necessary after the cultivation step, and in such a step, the cultivation is easy to tear. The bag 10 is desired. However, since the cultivation bag 10 is formed to be difficult to tear as described above, a knife must be used when taking out the culture medium from the cultivation bag 10. That is, when taking out a culture medium from a cultivation bag, there exists a possibility of damaging a culture medium etc., and careful work will be requested | required.
Thus, since the operation | work which takes out a culture medium from the cultivation bag 10 is performed over a long time, there exists a subject that an operator will be very stressed and an efficient operation | work will become impossible.

The present invention does not require the use of a knife in the operation of taking out the culture medium from the cultivation bag, while ensuring the strength required for the cultivation bag in the culturing process, and is an inexpensive operation that can easily tear the cultivation bag by hand. The purpose is to propose good quality cultivation bags.

The present invention relates to a fungus bed cultivation bag in which one end side of a bag body made of a plastic film formed in a molecular orientation that prevents the occurrence of pinholes is sealed, and is passed through a central portion in the width direction of the bag body. A pore is formed, and a filter that covers the vent hole to prevent invasion of germs and allows air to pass therethrough is welded, and the filter is directed to the seal portion of the bag body at the welded portion of the bag body and the filter. A fungus bed cultivation bag characterized by being provided with a stress concentration portion for concentrating a peeling stress generated when peeling off.

Further, the welded portion has a polygonal shape, and a corner portion of the welded portion is formed in the stress concentration portion.
The welded portion is formed by a combination of a curved welded portion and a linear welded portion, and an intersection of the curved welded portion and the linear welded portion is formed in the stress concentration portion.
Further, the stress concentration portion is provided on the upper side of the vent hole.
In addition, the stress concentration portions are arranged at intervals wider than the width dimension of the vent hole in a direction orthogonal to the peeling direction of the filter.
By these, since a stress concentration part can be formed with a simple mechanism, a cultivation bag can be provided at low cost.

According to the fungus bed cultivation bag according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fungus bed cultivation bag that can sufficiently satisfy the conflicting requirements. In addition, since the conventional manufacturing facility for fungus bed cultivation bags can be applied as it is, a convenient fungus bed cultivation bag can be provided at low cost.

The fungus bed cultivation bag 100 according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a fungus bed cultivation bag according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a vent hole portion of the bag for cultivating the fungus bed. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing a state where the filter is peeled off from the fungus bed cultivation bag.
As shown in FIG. 1, a bag 100 for cultivating a fungus bed is gusset-folded at both ends of a thin tube 102 made of a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene, and one end of the gusset-folded side is sealed by welding, and the other end It is formed in the bag body which the side opens. The fungus bed cultivation bag 100 has the bottom surface side on the seal portion 104 side. An auxiliary seal part 106 is provided in parallel with the seal part 104 in the bag 100 for fungus bed cultivation in the present embodiment. The auxiliary seal portion 106 is also formed by welding.

The fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is provided with a reinforcing portion 108 in which a predetermined range including a portion in which four resin films are overlapped by gusset folding the thin tube 102 is welded. The reinforcing portion 108 is disposed between the seal portion 104 and the auxiliary seal portion 106, and is formed so as not to protrude from the seal portion 104 to the opening side of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100. By arranging the auxiliary seal portion 106 and the reinforcing portion 108 in the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 as described above, the load bearing strength of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 can be significantly improved.

On the opening side of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, a vent hole 110 is formed at the central portion in the width direction of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100. The vent hole 110 is formed in a circular shape. The vent hole 110 is provided with a filter 112 that covers the vent hole 110 and prevents invasion of germs into the inside of the cultivating bed cultivation bag 100 and allows air to pass therethrough.
The filter 112 is formed in a square shape that can cover the vent hole 110. The filter 112 is attached to the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 so as to cover the vent hole 110 by welding with a resin film. The welded portion 114 between the filter 112 and the resin film has a square shape that surrounds the vent hole 110. Moreover, a pair of square side which forms the welding part 114 is formed so that it may be parallel to the both-sides edge of the bag 100 for fungus beds cultivation.
Since the region surrounded by the welded portion 114 is larger than the region of the vent hole 110 and smaller than the region of the filter 112, the outer peripheral edge of the filter 112 is in a state separated from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100. Yes.

The fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is formed into a thin tube by inflation processing. Conventionally, in order to obtain a strong fungus bed cultivation bag 100 that prevents the occurrence of pinholes, the molecular orientation is such that the strength ratio of the tensile strength in the vertical direction and the tensile strength in the horizontal direction is 1: 1. Molded. In this embodiment, pinholes and the like do not occur in handling during normal cultivation work (specifically, the tensile strength in the vertical direction is about 1.3 to 1.4 times the tensile strength in the horizontal direction) The intensity ratio is formed so as to have molecular orientation. Here, the vertical direction refers to the direction from the vent hole 110 of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 toward the seal portion 104.

Thus, by making a difference in the tensile strength between the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, after cutting a part of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, pulling it along the direction in which the tensile strength of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is large. If force is applied to peel off, the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 can be easily torn. In this embodiment, since the tensile strength in the vertical direction is larger than the tensile strength in the horizontal direction, the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is torn in the vertical direction.
The formation of the cut portion in the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 in this embodiment is performed by peeling the filter 112 from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100.

As shown in FIG. 3, when an operator performs an operation of pinching the upper end portion of the filter 112 from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 and peeling it toward the bottom side (the seal portion 104 side) of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, The peeling force concentrates on the welded portion 114 between the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 and the filter 112. The peeling stress is concentrated particularly on the upper corner portion of the welded portion 114. When the stress generated in the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 by peeling off the filter 112 exceeds the tensile stress allowed in the lateral direction of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, a cut is made in the upper corner portion of the welded portion 114. . After the cut is made in the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, when the filter 112 is further peeled off to the bottom side of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100, only the width portion of the welded portion 114 is removed from the other portions of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100. It will be peeled off.

In this way, the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 can be easily torn without using any tools, so that the fungus bed from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 necessary for shifting from the culture process to the moss generation process is required. Can be taken out very efficiently. In addition, since a blade such as a cutter is not used as in the prior art, it is possible to eliminate the risk of damaging the fungus bed and the like and the risk of injury to the operator.

Although the present invention has been described based on the present embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the present embodiment, and other embodiments belong to the technical scope of the present invention. Of course.
For example, in the present embodiment, the form in which the auxiliary seal portion 106 and the reinforcing portion 108 are disposed in the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is described. However, a pinhole is generated in the resin film of the fungus bed cultivation bag 100. If there is sufficient strength, the auxiliary seal 106 and / or the reinforcing portion 108 can be omitted.

Moreover, the form of the welding part 114 of the bag 100 for fungus bed cultivation and the filter 112 does not necessarily need to be formed in a square shape. For example, even when a polygonal welded portion 114 as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6 is employed, the same effects as the present invention can be obtained. 4 to 6, the portion represented by the broken line is the vent hole 110, the portion represented by the solid line is the filter 112 and the welded portion 114, and the portion represented by the alternate long and short dash line is the bag for cultivation of fungus beds 100 tears. The peeling stress concentration portion 116 in FIGS. 4 to 6 is a corner portion at the uppermost portion of the welded portion 114. Further, the peeling width from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 is defined by the distance between the corners in the direction orthogonal to the peeling direction of the filter 112.

Further, as another form of the welded portion shape, a combination of a linear welded portion 114a and a curved welded portion 114b as shown in FIG. 7 can be used. In this case, the stress concentration portion of the peeling stress at the time of peeling off the filter is an intersection of the linear weld portion 114a and the curved weld portion 114b. The peel width from the fungus bed cultivation bag 100 in the case of having the curved weld portion 114 b is defined by the maximum separation distance of the weld portion 114 in the direction orthogonal to the peel direction of the filter 112.

Further, as shown in FIG. 8, a portion where the peeling stress is concentrated when the filter 112 is peeled can be provided independently. In this case, the stress concentration portion 116 is disposed in the region of the filter 112 above the position of the upper end portion of the vent hole 110. In this case, the number of the stress concentration portions 116 may be one.
