Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE
In the conveyance of a wire coil in which a wire material such as a copper wire or an aluminum wire is wound in a coil shape, container transportation is performed in which a plurality of wire material coils are loaded in a container and the container is loaded on a trailer or a ship for transportation.
Since each wire coil has a weight of about 2 t, a forklift, a crane, or the like is used for loading the wire coil into the container.
Here, in the container transportation of the wire coil, when the wire coil is transported into the container by a forklift or the like, the wire coil is damaged by the claw portion of the forklift or the wire coil is damaged by the contact between the wire coil and the inner wall of the container. May occur.
In container transportation of wire coils, the wire coils housed in the container must be connected with rope, wood, etc. against the floor or inner wall of the container in order to prevent damage to the wire coil due to rolling. There is a problem that the transportation cost increases because it is necessary to use and fix.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the transportation of wire coils, for example, the wire coil transportation method shown in FIG. 11 is known as an invention aimed at preventing damage to the wire coils and transporting the wire coils easily and systematically. (See Patent Document 1).

In the method of transporting the wire coil shown in FIG. 11, the
And according to the transportation method of the wire coil shown in FIG. 11, it becomes possible to prevent the
Further, conventionally, as another invention aimed at preventing damage to the wire coil and transporting the wire coil easily and systematically in the container transportation of the wire rod coil, for example, for the coiled conveyance object shown in FIG. Is known (see Patent Document 2).

And according to the
Here, when the wire coil is placed in a so-called down-end state in which the extending direction of the shaft is the vertical direction, the wire coil is crushed and deformed by its own weight, and the shape of the wire coil collapses. It is preferable to transport in a so-called up-end state in the horizontal direction.
In addition, the wire coil is very heavy, and a special device is required to turn the wire coil from the down-end state to the up-end state. is there.
However, in the wire coil transportation method shown in FIG. 11 and the coiled

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the
The wire coil C is formed by winding a wire such as a copper wire or an aluminum wire into a coil shape.

FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing accommodation of the wire coil in the wire coil rack. FIG. 8 is an explanatory view showing the movement of the wire coil rack by the high mast forklift. FIG. 9 is an explanatory view showing loading of a wire coil rack into a container by a Romanst forklift. FIG. 10 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the wire coil racks in the container.
In the present embodiment, the case where the wire coil C is loaded in the container S and transported will be described as an example.
In conveying the wire coil C, first, as shown in FIG. 3, a trailer T loaded with the container S is prepared, the container S is arranged on the platform P, and the rear door of the container S is opened.
Here, the internal dimensions of the container S are 5800 mm in the horizontal longitudinal direction, 2330 mm in the horizontal width direction, 2260 mm in the vertical direction at the entrance, and 2370 mm in the internal vertical direction.
And the Roman forklift F1 is arrange | positioned on the platform P from a ramp as shown in FIG.
Next, the wire coil C stored in the up-end state in the temporary storage place of the factory is accommodated in the
Here, in this embodiment, the object is to transport 10 wire coils C by one container S, and the dimension in the direction in which the shaft extends as shown in FIG. Six
Then, the
Further, the
Then, the
Here, the arrangement method of the
In addition, the final arrangement of the

In this case, in the container S, since the wire coil C is accommodated in the
