(イ)コンパクト容器への内容物を両面テープで接着した場合は、容器底面に両面テープを貼るため作業性が悪く、また接着後経時で硬くなり取れなくなることがあり、詰め替え容器仕様における入れ替え作業で消費者が内容物をはずせなくなるなどのトラブルがあった。
(ロ)ホットメルトなどの糊剤による内容物の接着では、入れ替え仕様の容器の場合、糊剤が硬い場合、消費者が入れ替え作業時に内容物が外れない、新しい内容物を付着させる時に再付着しないなどの問題があった。一方で、柔らかすぎれば逆さに放置しただけで経時で外れたり、夏場などで高温の環境に放置した時に糊剤が一部溶けて流れ出たりするトラブルの原因になっていた。また入れ換え作業時に糊剤で周囲を汚すなど問題があった。
(ハ)粉体のみ成型した内容物を容器に装着する場合には、従来法では接着面がなく装着できなかった。
(ニ)容器本体に着脱でき、内容物を上から押さえる中蓋を有する容器については中蓋が容易にはずせる構造にないため一般消費者が入れ替え作業をするには向かなかった。

本発明のコンパクト容器は、容器本体(1)、中蓋(2)、容器蓋(3)、必要により用いられる緩衝材(12)から構成される。図1に示すように、容器本体(1)は、上面が開口状態の箱状となっている。底部には、4つの板状のストッパー(4)が立設されており、その形成空間に固形化粧料を固定配置できるようになっている。
また容器本体の一側面には留め付け部(5)と別途留め突起(8)が設けられている。これらを形成する側面に対向する側面中央に切り欠き部が設けられ、その側壁の内部には軸取り付け用の軸孔(7)が設けられている。また前記別途留め突起(8)の下位置、容器本体(1)底部には図6に示すように貫通孔(10)が設けられている。
図2に示すように、容器蓋(3)は容器本体の前記軸孔(7)が設けられた側面中央の切り欠き部に納まる凸部をもち、その内部に前記軸孔(7)に入れた軸が貫通できる軸孔を有し、その軸を通じて容器本体に軸動できる。これらに対向する蓋側面には容器本体の留め付け部(5)に嵌合するように留め突起部(6)が設けられている。
図3に示すように、中蓋(2)は容器蓋(3)と同様に、容器本体の前記軸孔が設けられた側面中央の切欠き部と前記容器蓋凸部間に納まる凸部をもち、その内部に前記軸孔(7)に入れた軸が貫通できる軸孔を有し、容器蓋と同軸で軸動できる。これらに対抗する中蓋側面には容器本体の前記留め突起(8)に嵌合するように留め突起(9)が設けられている。前記中蓋および容器蓋を容器本体に留め付けた時に容器蓋(3)の前記凸部と中蓋(2)の前記凸部の双方で容器本体の切欠き部を埋めて側面を形成できる構造とする。また中蓋(2)の形状は容器本体に留め付けた時に容器本体の側面内部と容器蓋内部に収納できる形状である。中蓋(2)には固形化粧料(13)を固定したときに前記固形化粧料の上面部を露出するように設けられた開口部(11)がある。
図4に示すように、緩衝材(12)は容器本体のストッパー(4)内に収まる形状で、固形化粧料の下に敷きこむように配置し、中蓋の開口部の枠が固形化粧料を押さえ込む時に高さ、位置の緩衝作用により安定した固定する為に使用するものである。
上記容器本体(1)、中蓋(2)、容器蓋(3)を各軸穴(7)に軸を通し、組み付けたものを図5に示す。また断面図を図6に示す。中蓋(3)の開口部(11)は、前記固形化粧料を緩衝材(12)と共に容器本体の底部のストッパー内に固定配置し、中蓋(2)を容器本体(1)に留めつけたときに、前記固形化粧料(13)を使用する際に十分な開口部広さを有するが、前記固形化粧料(13)が前記中蓋の開口部(11)の枠と容器本体のストッパー(4)内とで挟み込める位置形状とする。したがって容器本体のストッパー(4)の高さは中蓋(2)を容器本体(1)に固定したときに前記中蓋(2)に触れない高さで固形化粧料または固形化粧料と緩衝材を十分に位置固定できる高さにする。
以上が本発明の基本構成である。
以下、使用方法ならびに作用について説明する。
(A)ここでは固形化粧料をコンパクト容器に装着する例により説明する。

(B)図10は他の事例である。ここでは内容物は粉体の立体的成形物である。
