Abstract

Description

  The present invention relates to a compact container in which an arbitrary content formed by solid or container filling can be easily attached and detached.

Conventionally, various types of compact containers have been proposed (for example, Patent Document 1), but the method of fixing contents such as solid cosmetics to a compact container is double-sided on the part where the contents are set in the container. Adhesive glue such as tape and hot melt was applied and fixed in a compact container by pressure bonding.
Some have an inner lid that holds and fixes the contents from above in a state separated from the container body.

However, the content fixing method described above has the following problems.
(A) When the contents of a compact container are bonded with double-sided tape, the double-sided tape is applied to the bottom of the container, so workability is poor and it may become difficult to harden over time after bonding. There was a problem that the consumer could not remove the contents.
(B) In the case of content adhesion with paste such as hot melt, in the case of replacement specification container, if the paste is hard, the content will not come off during the replacement work, it will be reattached when new content is attached There was a problem such as not. On the other hand, if it was too soft, it would cause problems that would occur when it was left upside down, and would come off over time, or that the paste would melt and flow out when left in a high temperature environment such as in summer. The present invention solves the above problems.
That is, the present invention includes a container body, a stopper provided on the container body for positioning arbitrary contents, an inner lid provided to pivot on the container body and holding the contents, and the inner lid. The compact container of the present invention has the following advantages.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 12, using solid cosmetics and the like molded on a plate as contents.
The compact container of the present invention comprises a container body (1), an inner lid (2), a container lid (3), and a cushioning material (12) used as necessary. As shown in FIG. 1, the container main body (1) has a box shape with an upper surface opened. Four plate-like stoppers (4) are erected on the bottom, so that the solid cosmetic can be fixedly arranged in the formation space.
