Claims (7)

シートを積載して収容可能なシート積載手段と、
前記シート積載手段に積載された最上面のシートに接してシートを給送する給送手段と、
前記シート積載手段のシート積載部をシート補給位置から前記給送手段により給送可能な給送位置に移動させる駆動手段と、
前記シート積載部が前記給送位置に移動したことを検知する第1検知手段と、
前記シート積載部が前記給送位置以外の所定位置に到達したことを検知する第2検知手段と、
前記第2検知手段により前記シート積載部が前記所定位置に到達したと検知されるまでは前記駆動手段を連続駆動し、前記第2検知手段による検知後、前記第1検知手段により前記シート積載部が前記給送位置に移動したと検知されるまで前記駆動手段を間欠的に駆動するように制御する制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とするシート給送装置。
