As shown in FIG. 9, one end portion in the longitudinal direction of the extraction claw 20 is brought into contact with the spacer 12 from the upstream side in the extraction direction (the right side of the paper surface of FIG. 9). The face plate 52A is formed with a groove (a groove having a width slightly larger than the width of the extraction claw 20) into which the extraction claw 20 enters. A stainless steel plate 54 for preventing wear of the face plate 52A due to the movement of the extraction pawl 20 is fixed to the bottom of the groove.

軸の外周面に嵌め込まれたリング状部材を誘導加熱コイルで取り囲んで誘導加熱して膨張させることにより前記軸から前記リング状部材を引き抜く際に使用される焼抜き用引抜治具において、
前記リング状部材の外周面に形成された凸状部に、前記リング状部材を引き抜く引抜方向の上流側から当接する爪と、
該爪が保持される凹部が形成された、前記軸に差し込まれる爪ホルダと、
該爪ホルダの前記凹部に保持された前記爪を押えて固定しておく、前記爪ホルダの外周面に嵌め込まれる爪押えリングと、
前記爪ホルダよりも前記引抜方向の上流側から下流側に向けて移動させることにより前記爪、前記爪ホルダ、及び前記爪押えリングと共に前記リング状部材を前記軸から引き抜く、前記誘導加熱コイルに取り付けられた引抜爪とを備えたことを特徴とする焼抜き用引抜治具。
