Description

The present invention relates to a vacuum cleaner.

As a conventional vacuum cleaner, for example, there is Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-52552). In Patent Document 1, a dust collection case that can be detached from the vacuum cleaner main body is provided, and dust sucked into the dust collection case is collected. When dust accumulates in the dust collecting case, a lid provided on the dust collecting case so as to be opened and closed by a hinge is opened to discard the accumulated dust. The lid is maintained in a closed state by a button having a locking claw, and the locking state is released by pressing the button, and the lid is opened. In patent document 1, the button is provided in the rear part of the handle | steering-wheel part which a user grasps when removing a dust collection case from a cleaner body. For this reason, when removing the dust collection case from the vacuum cleaner body, if the user accidentally pushes the button and removes the dust collection case from the vacuum cleaner body, the dust will accumulate in the dust collection case when the lid opens. May pop out. Therefore, in Patent Document 1, a ball that can move in the vicinity of the button and guide means for guiding the movement of the ball are provided, the lid is locked in a closed state, and the ball moves when the dust collecting case is tilted. Therefore, a mechanism for releasing the lock is provided.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state in which the dust collecting case 106 is housed in the dust collecting portion 104 and the dust collecting lid 105 is closed. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view which shows the state where the dust collection case 106 was removed from the dust collection part 104, and the dust collection cover 105 was half opened.

Reference numeral 101 denotes a lower case constituting the lower part of the cleaner body 201, and reference numeral 102 denotes an upper case provided above the lower case 101. An electric blower 103 for generating a suction force is accommodated in a rear space formed by the lower case 101 and the upper case 102. A dust collection unit 104 is formed in front of the cleaner body 201. The dust collection unit 104 is open at the top, and a dust collection lid 105 is provided to cover the opening. The dust collection cover 105 is rotatably supported around a rotation shaft 105a, and covers the opening of the dust collection unit 104 so as to be freely opened and closed.

Reference numeral 106 denotes a dust collection case that is detachably attached to the dust collection unit 104. Reference numeral 107 denotes dust removing means for removing dust by applying vibration to a filter disposed behind (downstream side) the dust collecting case 106. The dust removing means 107 includes a cylinder 107a formed in a cylindrical shape, and a wire 107B wound spirally around the outer periphery of the cylinder 107a. Then, a cord reel (not shown) is pulled out to rotate the drum of the cord reel, and this is used as a driving force to rotate the cylinder 107a connected to the drum via a gear. When the cylinder 107a is rotated, the spiral wire 107b is also rotated, and the filter is repelled by the wire 107b so as to vibrate, and dust attached to the filter is removed. Reference numeral 108 denotes a hose connection port to which the hose 202 is connected, and communicates with the inlet of the dust collection case 106.

Reference numeral 109 denotes blocking means for blocking the dust collection lid 105 from being closed with the dust collection case 106 removed from the dust collection unit 104. The configuration of the blocking means 109 will be described later.

Next, the configuration of the dust collection case 106 will be described with reference to FIGS. 6 and 7.

6 and 7 are external perspective views of the dust collecting case 106, FIG. 6 is a view showing a state where the dust discharge lid is closed, and FIG. 7 is a view showing a state where the dust discharge lid 111 is opened.

The dust collection case 106 includes a dust container 110 having an opening for discharging dust, and a dust discharge lid 111 for closing the opening of the dust container 110 while storing dust. This dust discharge lid is constituted by a filter that removes dust from the dust-containing air that has flowed into the inlet 112 (FIG. 3) of the dust collecting case 106. Above the dust collection case 106, a handle portion 113 for a user to hold when removing the dust collection case 106 from the dust collection portion 104 of the vacuum cleaner body 201 or mounting the dust collection case 106 to the dust collection portion 104. Is formed. This handle portion 113 is provided so as to extend in the front-rear direction (longitudinal direction) of the cleaner body 201. Locking means 114 for holding the dust discharge lid 111 in the dust container 110 is provided at the end of the handle portion 113 on the dust discharge lid 111 side. The locking means 114 includes a button part 114a for the user to press and an engaging claw part 114b that engages with an engaging hole part 111a formed in the upper part of the dust discharge lid. When the button part 114a is pushed to the handle part 113 side (the front side of the cleaner main body 201), the engaging claw part 114b moves downward to release the engaged state with the engaging hole part 111a. As a result, the dust discharge lid 111 opens the opening of the dust container 110 with the rotation shaft 115 as a rotation fulcrum, and discharges the dust in the dust container 110. As described above, in this embodiment, by pressing the button portion 114a, the dust discharge lid 111 can be rotated to open the opening portion of the dust accommodating portion 110. Therefore, the cleaning is performed in a state where the user accidentally presses the button portion 114a. When the dust collection case 106 is lifted and removed from the dust collection unit 104 of the machine body 201, the dust discharge lid 111 rotates to open the opening of the dust storage unit 110, and the dust in the dust storage unit 110 jumps out. There is a fear. A configuration for preventing this will be described with reference to FIGS.

8 is a partially enlarged view of part A in FIG. 1, FIG. 9 is a partially enlarged view of part B in FIG. 2, FIG. 10 is a partially enlarged view of part C in FIG. 3, and FIG. FIG.

9 and 11, the blocking means 109 has a rotation shaft 120 and is attached to the cleaner body 201. In the central portion of the blocking means 109, a recess 130 is formed in which a button portion 114a of the locking means 114 described later is accommodated. Further, biasing means 121 such as a spring is provided at a position below and in front of the rotation center of the rotation shaft 120. This urging means 121 works so as to push up a portion of the blocking means 109 on the front side from the rotation center of the rotating shaft 120, so that the blocking means 109 causes the upper portion 109a to fall backward with the rotating shaft 120 as a fulcrum. To turn. In this state, when the dust collecting portion 104 is closed with the dust collecting lid 105, the rib body 105a protruding toward the dust collecting portion 104 side of the dust collecting lid 105, and the rear as shown in FIGS. The upper part 109a of the blocking means that has fallen to the side makes contact and prevents the dust collecting lid 105 from closing. Accordingly, the user can know that the dust collection case 106 is not attached to the dust collection unit 104, and the electric blower 103 is operated in a state where the dust collection case 106 is not attached to the dust collection unit 104. Can be prevented.

Next, when the dust collecting case 106 is attached to the dust collecting portion 104, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10, the button portion 114 a of the locking means 114 enters the recess 130 of the blocking means 109, and further the front portion of the blocking means 109. Press down. When the blocking means 109 is pressed by the button portion 114a of the locking means 114, the urging force is overcome by the urging means 121 and the upper portion 109a of the blocking means 109 rises from the rear portion. In this state, when the dust collecting portion 104 is closed with the dust collecting lid 105, the upper portion 109a of the blocking means is retreated from the position where it abuts on the rib body 105a of the dust collecting lid 105 as shown in FIG. The lid 105 can be closed.

When removing the dust collecting case 106 from the state where the dust collecting case 106 is attached to the dust collecting unit 104, the dust collecting unit 106 is pulled out toward the upper side of the dust collecting unit 104 by holding the handle 113. Then, since the button part 114a of the locking means 114 is accommodated in the recess 130 of the blocking means 109 so that the area around the button part 114a is covered, the button part 114a of the locking means 114 cannot be pushed, and thus When removing the dust case 106, the button part 114a of the locking means 114 is not pushed by mistake. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the dust from jumping out of the dust collecting housing 110 when removing the dust collecting case 106.

In addition, in this embodiment, when removing the dust collecting case 106 from the dust collecting portion 104, the blocking means 109 has a function for preventing the button 114a of the locking means 114 from being pressed. Without increasing the number, it is possible to prevent an erroneous operation when the dust collecting case 106 is taken out with a simplified configuration.
