Claims (10)
- 互いに連結可能な雌部および雄部を備え、
上記雌部および雄部はそれぞれ、内側通路と、同心の外側通路とを有し、
連結された継ぎ手状態において、上記雌部の内側通路は上記雄部の内側通路と流体接続される一方、上記雌部の外側通路は上記雄部の外側通路と流体接続され、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの一方は、連結されていない継ぎ手状態において、流体流を自身の内側通路から自身の外側通路へと内部で案内するバイパスバルブを備え、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの他方は、これら両部が連結される間上記バイパスバルブを作動させるための作動装置を備えた同軸継ぎ手において、
上記バイパスバルブは、上記雌部と上記雄部が連結される間、上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記一方の内側通路から上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記他方の内側通路に上記流体流を案内するようになっていることを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1に記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記一方における内側通路と外側通路との間に設けられたバイパス路と、上記バイパス路の両側の2つの座とをさらに備え、上記作動装置は、上記雌部と上記雄部が連結される間、上記バイパスバルブを1つ目の座から2つ目の座へと動かすことを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1または2記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記一方は、内側ホースと同心外側ホースとからなる同軸ホースアセンブリを介して、ポンプ等の駆動装置に接続可能であることを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記他方は、内側ホースと同心外側ホースとからなる同軸ホースアセンブリを介して、液圧救助ツール等の液圧オペレーティング装置に接続可能であることを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部および雄部のうちの上記一方は上記雌部であることを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部と上記雄部の両方あるいは一方は、内側ホース接続部材と、同心の外側ホース接続部材と、上記内側ホース接続部材を同軸ホースアセンブリの内側ホースに接続するための回転接続手段とを備えたことを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項6に記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記外側ホース接続部材は、上記同軸ホースアセンブリの外側ホースとの接続のためのねじ込み式部分を備えたことを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雌部と上記雄部の両方あるいは一方の外面はオーリングを保持するための溝を備えたことを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手において、
上記雄部はテーパ状あるいは凹状の筒状外形を有することを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手。 - 液圧駆動装置を液圧オペレーティング装置に連結するための同軸継ぎ手システムであって、
請求項1乃至9のいずれか1つに記載の同軸継ぎ手と、
上記駆動装置と、上記バイパスバルブを備えた上記部分との間に接続された少なくとも1つの同軸ホースアセンブリと
を備えたことを特徴とする同軸継ぎ手システム。
