を具備することを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記特権的APIは、OCAP規格のAPIの第1サブセットであり、前記安全なAPIは、OCAP規格のAPIの第2サブセットであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のケーブルデータ処理システム。
- 少なくとも1つのAPIは、OCAP規格のAPIの前記第1サブセット及び前記第2サブセットの両方で複製されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のケーブルデータ処理システム。
- コンピュータのためのケーブルデータ入力カードであって:
前記ケーブルデータ入力カードにケーブルデータを伝える同軸ケーブルを受容することができるRF入力と、
前記ケーブルデータ内でデータストリームへのアクセスを選択的に許可するための条件付きアクセス機能を含み、その中に挿入されるPCMCIAカードを有するPCMCIAスロットと、
安全な相互接続へ前記条件付きアクセス機能によって許可されるそれら前記データストリームを出力する出力と
を具備することを特徴とするケーブルデータ入力カード。
