Abstract
Description
容器7にとって、円形の隆起により穴10の断面が狭くなっていることは、2つの頭部が切り取られた円錐をあべこべに(te^te-be^che)重ね合わせることにより達成されている。第1の頭部が切り取られた円錐は、上流から下流に軸方向に移動するとせばまる。この頭部が切り取られた円錐の上流端における入口の直径は、貯蔵器3の内径に等しく、この頭部が切り取られた円錐の最終的な直径は、上記の入口の直径の約0.8倍に等しい。そして、この頭部が切り取られた円錐の高さは、この入口の直径の約0.2倍に等しい。この第1の頭部が切り取られた円錐は、直接に又は短い円筒状の部分を介して、大きくても、貯蔵器3の直径に等しい直径を有する部分まで広がる頭部が切り取られた円筒に結合されている。この第2の頭部が切り取られた円錐の高さは、穴10の残りの高さ全体を占めることができ、また、この高さの一部分だけを占めることができる。残りは、容器7の底部7aに接続している円筒状の部分である。異なる複数の部分の間の接続は、丸められていると好ましい。下流側密閉部5が、穴の中に係合し、これらの接続領域を通過する時に、鋭いエッジがこの下流側密閉部5を裂かないようにするためである。
例えば、変形可能な又は分解可能な(de’montable)中子(noyau)で容器を直接成形することによる。しかし、この技術は、高い製造速度で大量の構成要素を製造するにはあまり適していない。
Claims (8)
- 可動な上流側密閉部(4)と可動な下流側密閉部(5)とにより閉じられ、有効成分(6)が中に入っている円筒状の貯蔵器(3)を収容する本体(2)と、この本体の下流で、周囲に少なくとも1つの注入導管(8、38、48、58、68)を有する容器(7、31、41、51、61)とを具備し、この容器は、前記貯蔵器に支持され、穴(10、30、40、50、60)を備えており、この穴の中には、上流側密閉部、液体、及び下流側密閉部のセットを移動させる駆動手段(70)の動作により、前記下流側密閉部が、前記容器の穴の底(7a)と接触させられる時に、この下流側密閉部(5)が入り込む、針無し注射器において、前記穴の側面が、少なくとも1つの隆起を有し、この穴の上流側開口部に対して断面積を減少させており、また、前記穴の内部容積の結果、前記下流側密閉部が前記穴(10、30、40、50、60)に入り込んでいる時に、周囲の前記導管の入口を開放させることが可能なことを特徴とする針無し注射器。
- 中央の前記穴(10)は、単一の円形の前記隆起を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の針無し注射器。
- 前記円形の隆起は、前記容器の上流側面から狭まりそれから広がっている、2つの頭部が切断された円錐を重ね合わせた形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の針無し注射器。
- 中央の前記穴は、この穴(10)の高さの少なくとも一部に渡る、重ね合わされた円形の複数の前記隆起を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の針無し注射器。
- 前記複数の隆起は、前記穴の高さの少なくとも部分に渡って、狭まり、広がっている複数の頭部が切断された円錐を重ね合わせた形状であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の針無し注射器。
- 中央の前記穴は、この穴の内部のねじ山(52)の形態のらせん状の前記隆起を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の針無し注射器。
- 中央の前記穴は、この穴の母線に沿っている少なくとも1つの前記隆起(62)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の針無し注射器。
- 複数の前記隆起が、複数の前記注入導管と各々一致して分布していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の針無し注射器。
