Claims (5)
- 航空機胴体構造であり、該航空機胴体の機械強度を増強するブレーシングを構成要素とする航空機胴体であって、

前記外板は、前記機械強度を増強するブレーシングにベアリング部材として組み込まれ、そこに働く力及びトルクを吸収して分散させ、成形及び接合に適し、ハイブリッド材料を含み、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、複合材料及び金属材料を含み、
前記複合材料は炭素繊維を含み、
前記金属材料は、アルミニウム、チタニウム、アルミニウム又はチタニウム合金からなり、
樹脂層で被膜された又は樹脂に埋め込まれた前記複合材料及び金属材料はハイブリッド材料を形成し、
前記ハイブリッド材料は、サンドイッチデザインを有し、
前記金属材料及び複合材料は、サンドイッチデザインで層状に接着接合されており、
前記サンドイッチデザインは、長時間の火炎への外板の露出に対して耐溶け落ち性を有し、
前記複合材料は耐熱性複合材料を含み、
前記耐熱性複合材料の炭素繊維は、窒素又は炭素結合からなる材料により被膜され、金属又はセラミック材料に埋め込まれた、航空機胴体。 - 前記外板の前記複合材料は、前記耐熱性複合材料としてさらに、ガラス繊維材料、セラミック繊維材料、又はシリケート繊維材料からなる非金属材料を含む請求項1に記載の航空機胴体。
- 前記航空機の外部環境からの風化作用に曝される前記外板の外表面は、プレート状の板張りに接合されており、
前記板張りは、非金属材料又は防炎性金属材料を用いた複合材料、又は非金属材料及び金属材料を用いて該複合材料を組み合わせて具現化され、成形及び接合に適しており、
前記外板は、ハイブリッド材料である請求項1に記載の航空機胴体。 - 前記板張りは、高い火災安全性を示し、前記外板の外側輪郭に合わせられる請求項3に記載の航空機胴体。
- 前記板張りは、反射材により具現化される請求項4に記載の航空機胴体。
