Description
Claims (21)
- 流量センサー管組立体において、
第1及び第2の略反対の側を有する基部部材と、
前記基部部材を貫通して伸張している開口部と、
前記開口部に入っている端部を有する流量センサー管と、
前記開口部の中に、前記基部部材の前記第1側に隣接する前記流量センサー管を取り囲んで配置されている溶加材と、を備えており、
前記流量センサー管は、前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の前記第2側に隣接して溶接されている、流量センサー管組立体。 - 前記開口部は、それぞれ第1及び第2の直径を画定する第1及び第2の区画を有しており、前記第1直径は前記第2直径より大きい、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記溶加材は、前記開口部の前記第1区画の中に、前記流量センサー管を取り囲んで配置されている、請求項2に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記基部部材の前記第2側によって画定されているニップルを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記基部部材の前記第2側によって画定されているニップルを更に備えており、前記開口部の前記第2区画は、少なくとも部分的には前記ニップルの中に位置している、請求項2に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記開口部に隣接する前記基部部材の前記第2側は、前記開口部と前記流量センサー管の間の間隙を無くすため、前記流量センサー管の回りに形成されている、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記ニップルは、前記開口部と前記流量センサー管の間の間隙を無くすため、前記流量センサー管の回りに形成されている、請求項4に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記流量センサー管の一部分は、前記基部部材の前記第2側から伸張している、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記基部部材を貫通して伸張している第2開口部と、
前記第2開口部に入っている前記流量センサー管の第2端部と、
前記第2開口部の中に、前記基部部材の前記第1側に隣接する前記流量センサー管を取り囲んで配置されている溶加材と、を更に備えており、
前記流量センサー管の前記第2端部は、前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の前記第2側に隣接して溶接されている、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。 - 前記基部部材の前記第1側に前記開口部を取り囲んで画定され、前記開口部に隣接する隆起したボスを作り出している溝を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記溶加材はロウ付け材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記溶加材は半田を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 前記溶加材はエポキシを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の流量センサー管組立体。
- 管を基部部材に取り付ける方法において、
前記管の端部を、前記基部部材を貫通して伸張している開口部に挿入する段階と、
溶加材を、前記開口部内の前記管の回りに、前記基部部材の第1側に隣接して配置する段階と、
前記管を前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の第2側に隣接して溶接する段階とを備える方法。 - 前記開口部は、それぞれ第1及び第2の直径を画定する第1及び第2の区画を有しており、前記第1直径は前記第2直径より大きく、前記溶加材を配置する前記段階は、前記溶加材を、前記開口部の前記第1区画の中の前記管の回りに配置する段階を含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記基部部材の前記第2側を前記管に合わせてスエージ加工する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記基部部材の前記第2側をスエージ加工する段階は、前記基部部材の前記第2側から伸張しているニップルを前記管に合わせてスエージ加工する段階を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記管は、前記管の一部分が前記基部部材の第2側から伸張するように、前記開口部に挿入されている、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記管の第2端部を、前記基部部材を貫通して伸張している第2開口部に挿入する段階と、
溶加材を、前記第2開口部内の前記管の前記第2端部の回りに、前記基部部材の前記第1側に隣接して配置する段階と、
前記管の前記第2端部を前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の前記第2側に隣接して溶接する段階と、を更に含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。 - 前記溶加材はロウ付け材料を含んでおり、前記方法は、前記開口部内に配置されている前記ロウ付け材料を誘導加熱する段階を更に含んでいる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 流量センサー管組立体において、
第1及び第2の略反対の側を有する基部部材と、
前記基部部材を貫通して伸張している開口部と、
前記開口部に入っている端部を有する流量センサー管と、
前記流量センサー管を前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の前記第1側に隣接して取り付けるための第1手段と、
前記流量センサー管を前記基部部材に、前記基部部材の前記第2側に隣接して取り付けるための第2手段と、を備えている流量センサー管組立体。
