Description
また、ガス化炉内でのガス化転換率を促進するために、ガス化炉に触媒を導入するのも効果的である。鉄やカルシウムといった比較的安価な金属をできるだけ微粒子にしてガス化炉内に供給することで原料のガス化転換率が高まり、生成ガス改質工程63での負荷を低下させることができる。一般に金属を微粒子にするにはエネルギーが必要なので、塩化鉄水溶液のような溶液として金属を供給しても良い。塩化鉄は下水汚泥の凝集剤としても用いられるものであり、塩化鉄を凝集剤として用いて生成された下水汚泥を原料とする場合は凝集剤が触媒の役割を果たすのでそのような原料は本発明に好適である。
