Claims (2)
- 削岩時におけるねじジョイントの衝撃緩み方法であって、
削岩機(2)が地面(3)に対してドリルストリング(1)を送ることなしドリルストリング(1)を衝撃させると同時にドリルストリング(1)からの振動を感知し、感知した振動を分析ツール(4)へ供給し、該分析ツール(4)で既知の振動パターンと比較し、ねじジョイントが衝撃によって緩んだことをマークする既知の振動パターンに感知した振動が相当することを分析ツール(4)が検出する時に、削岩機の衝撃装置を止めるために削岩機(2)を制御する制御システム(5)に信号を供給することを特徴とするねじジョイントの衝撃緩み方法。 - ドリルストリング(1)に衝撃を付加するために送り梁部材(6)に沿って可動の削岩機(2)を有する削岩時におけるねじジョイントの衝撃緩みを検出する装置であって、
ドリルストリング(1)からの振動を感知する装置(7)と、感知した振動を既知の振動パターンと比較する分析ツール(4)とを有し、ねじジョイントが衝撃によって緩んだことをマークする既知の振動パターンに感知した振動が相当する際に分析ツール(4)が削岩機(2)を制御する制御システム(5)に信号を供給するように構成され、それにより、分析ツール(4)が信号を供給する際に制御システム(5)が削岩機(2)の衝撃装置を止めるように構成されることを特徴とするねじジョイントの衝撃緩みの検出装置。
