Abstract
Description
最初に、図1及び2を参照するに、これらの図は、蘇生器の種々の構成素子及びこれらの相互連結ラインを示している。これらの構成素子は全て、共通のハウジング1内に収容されており、このハウジングは手持ちのために充分にコンパクトで且つ軽量となっており、しかも患者側の排気口2においてフェースマスク3に直接連結される。蘇生器の吸気口4は、可撓性のチュービング5を介して、酸素ボンベ6又は例えば、病院のパイプラインのような40及び150 psi(1 psi=約6.9KPa)間の圧力を生じる酸素源に連結される。この構成によれば、片手操作を可能にする。すなわち、同じ手でフェースマスク3を保持するとともに蘇生器を制御しうる。しかし、これに代えて、蘇生器を酸素ボンベに隣接させて位置させ、且つその患者側の排気口を可撓性のチュービングを介してフェースマスク又は呼吸管に連結するようにすることもできる。
Claims (13)
- 自動的な第1モードでは、この第1モードが終了するまで、調整した周期的な繰り返しで患者に気体を供給し、第2モードでは、手動部材の操作に応答して気体送給が生じるように動作しうるサイクル蘇生器において、前記手動部材(62、63)が作動している限りにおいてのみ気体送給サイクルを生じるように蘇生器が構成され、この蘇生器が気体送給サイクルの最大長を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項1に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器は、前記手動部材(62、63)が作動している間、繰り返し排気サイクルを生じるように構成されていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項2に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器は、前記手動部材(62)を作動位置に保持するための鎖錠装置(262)を有することを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項3に記載の蘇生器において、前記手動部材は、気体送給サイクルを作動させるために押される釦(62)を有し、前記鎖錠装置は、前記釦を作動位置に保持するように作動しうる回転可能部材(262)を有することを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項4に記載の蘇生器において、前記回転可能部材(262)は、前記釦(62)を囲むように延在しており、この回転可能部材を回転させと前記釦を押すように構成されていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項5に記載の蘇生器において、前記回転可能部材(262)と前記釦(62)とが共同カム機構を有することを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器が前記手動部材(62、63)の操作によって制御される第1バルブ(16)と、この第1バルブに連結され、この第1バルブからの出力によって完全に開放さる位置と完全に閉成される位置との間で動作する双安定バルブ(25)とを有しており、前記双安定バルブ(25)は蘇生器の排出口への気体の送給を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器は、患者のバルブアセンブリ(41)に気体排気サイクルを与えるように作動しうるタイミングバルブ(14)を有し、このタイミングバルブ(14)の出口(23)は、前記手動部材によって作動しうる手動バルブアセンブリ(16、25)に連結されて、前記患者のバルブアセンブリ(41)への排気気体の流れを阻止または可能にしうるようになっており、前記手動バルブアセンブリ(16、25)の出口(26)が前記タイミングバルブ(14)の制御入口(34)に連結されていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器が、タイミング周波数と流速とを同時に変更するように変位しうる手動変位可能な制御部材(70)を有することを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項9に記載の蘇生器において、この蘇生器が気体吸込み装置(81)を有し、前記手動変位可能な制御部材(70)は同時に、前記気体吸込み装置(81)への吸込み気体の送給をも制御するように作動しうるようになっていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 請求項9または10に記載の蘇生器において、前記手動変位可能な制御部材は回転可能部材(70)を有していることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- 患者のバルブアセンブリ(41)へ気体排気サイクルを与えるように作動しうるタイミングバルブ(14)を有する蘇生器において、前記タイミングバルブ(14)の出口(23)が手動バルブアセンブリ(16、25)に連結されており、この手動バルブアセンブリは、前記患者のバルブアセンブリ(41)への排気気体の流れを阻止したり可能にしたりするように作動でき、前記手動バルブアセンブリ(16、25)の出口(26)は前記タイミングバルブ(14)の制御入口(34)に連結されていることを特徴とする蘇生器。
- タイミングバルブ(14)と、患者の排気口(2)と、気体吸込み装置(81)とを有する蘇生器において、この蘇生器は、3つの別々の機能、すなわち前記タイミングバルブ(14)の動作速度と、患者の排気口(2)への気体の送給と、前記吸込み装置(81)への吸込み気体の送給とを同時に制御するように変位しうる手動変位可能な部材(32)を有していることを特徴とする蘇生器。
