Claims (5)
- 精製水を製造するための、多段処理流下液膜式蒸発プラントの運転方法であって、少なくとも一部の精製水が、第1段処理工程における供給水の流入部に再循環されることを特徴とする方法。
- 全ての精製水が、第1段処理工程における供給水の流入部に再循環されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 最終処理工程の残存水の少なくとも一部は、第1段処理工程における供給水の流入部に再循環されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 供給水から蒸気を発生させる複数の処理工程部と、
全ての処理工程部に含まれる、供給水の流入部と、蒸気又は熱交換媒体の流入部と、蒸気の流出部と、残存水の流出部と、
蒸気を凝縮して精製水とする手段とを備える精製水の製造装置であって、
前記精製水を第1段処理工程部の供給水の流入部に再循環する循環回路が設けられ、該循環回路が供給水の流入部と精製水の流出部とに設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 最終処理工程部の残存水の流出部は、前記循環回路の付加流入部に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
