Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a switching valve that switches a fluid flow path, and in particular, includes a housing in which an inflow port and a plurality of outflow ports are formed, and a valve body provided in the housing, on a circumferential surface of the valve body. The present invention relates to a switching valve in which a flow groove is formed.
As a switching valve including a housing and a valve body that is rotatably provided in the housing, for example, a switching valve described in
In such a switching valve, the fluid flows out from the inlet of the housing through the through hole of the valve body, and flows out of the outlet connected to the through hole by the rotation of the valve body.
By the way, the switching valve is used for various applications, and depending on the application, it may be used as an ultra-small switching valve such as a so-called micro valve. In the ultra-small switching valve, the valve body provided in the housing has a diameter of about 10 mm to 5 mm. As a structure of a switching valve having a valve body of such a size, it is very difficult to form a through-hole penetrating the rotating shaft core portion of the valve body as in
Conventionally, a flow rate adjusting valve as in Patent Document 2 is known. The flow rate adjusting valve includes a holder in which an accommodating portion for accommodating the cock is formed, a cock rotatably provided in the accommodating portion of the holder, and a pair of O-rings fitted on the upper and lower sides of the cock. ing. An inlet and an outlet are opened in the accommodating portion of the holder of the flow rate adjusting valve, and a squeezing groove that gradually decreases in the circumferential direction is formed on the surface (outer peripheral surface) in contact with the cock holder. Is formed.
Such a flow rate adjusting valve is configured such that the cock is kept airtight with respect to the holder by a pair of upper and lower O-rings, and when the cock is rotated, the inlet and the outlet communicate with each other through the squeezing groove. Fluid flows out from the inlet to the outlet.
Therefore, the flow rate adjusting valve technology is applied to a switching valve, a groove is formed in the surface of the switching valve that contacts the housing, and fluid flows between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the outer peripheral surface of the valve body. It is conceivable to form a groove.
However, when the flow groove is formed on the peripheral surface of the valve body, the fluid may enter a portion where the flow groove is not formed (a slight gap between the peripheral surface of the valve body and the peripheral surface of the housing). . In the flow rate adjusting valve, a pair of upper and lower O-rings prevent fluid that enters the gap between the valve body and the housing from leaking to the outside. However, since the switching valve has two or more outlets, when one fluid A flows through the predetermined outlet, the one fluid A enters the gap between the housing and the valve body. The fluid A may collect in the gap between the upper and lower O-packings. Then, when the valve body is switched to another outlet in order to flow another fluid B, the one fluid A before switching accumulated in the gap of the packing is mixed with the other fluid B and flows into the other outlet. There is a fear.
This invention makes it a subject to provide the switching valve which can be produced easily and does not have a possibility that the fluid before switching may mix with another outflow port.
The present invention relates to a housing in which a housing part for housing a rotatable valve body is formed, a valve body in which a curved surface part in contact with a circumferential surface of the housing part of the housing is formed, and a circumferential surface of the housing housing part An inflow port that is open, a first outflow port and a second outflow port that are opened in a peripheral surface of the housing portion of the housing, and a flow groove that is provided in a curved surface portion of the valve body. By rotating to the first position, the fluid can flow from the inlet to the first outlet through the flow groove, and by rotating the valve body to the second position, the flow from the inlet to the first groove. And a rubber elastic member formed with an endless protrusion that is in contact with the peripheral surface of the accommodating portion while being elastically deformed is a switching valve capable of flowing a fluid to the second outlet. Provided in the region surrounded by the endless protrusion of the rubber elastic member. Providing a switching valve, characterized in that there.
The switching valve of the present invention includes a housing in which a housing portion that houses a rotatable valve body is formed, and a valve body in which a curved surface portion that is in contact with the peripheral surface of the housing portion of the housing is formed. A circulation groove is provided in the curved surface portion of the body.
An inflow port is opened in the peripheral surface of the housing accommodating portion, and fluid from the inflow port flows into the flow groove.
Moreover, the 1st outflow port and the 2nd outflow port are opened by the surrounding surface of the accommodating part of a housing. Then, by rotating the valve body to the first position, the inflow port and the first outflow port communicate with each other via the flow groove, and the fluid entering from the inflow port can be flowed to the first outflow port. Further, by rotating the valve body to the second position, the inflow port and the second outflow port communicate with each other through the flow groove, and the fluid from the inflow port can flow to the second outflow port.
In such a switching valve, a rubber elastic member formed with an endless protrusion that comes into contact with the peripheral surface of the accommodating portion while being elastically deformed is provided on the curved surface portion of the valve body, and the flow groove is an endless portion of the rubber elastic member. Formed in a region surrounded by the protrusions. Therefore, the endless protrusions of the rubber elastic member provided on the valve body are in contact with the peripheral surface of the housing portion to keep the valve body and the housing portion airtight. Since the flow groove on the peripheral surface of the valve body is formed in a region surrounded by the endless protrusion, the fluid passes only through the flow groove, and the fluid passes between the peripheral surface of the valve body and the housing housing portion. There is no risk of intrusion. Therefore, for example, when the valve body is positioned at the first position and one fluid A flows out from the first outlet, the valve body is switched to the second position and another fluid B flows through the second outlet. In addition, it is possible to prevent the other fluid B and the one fluid A from being mixed.
In addition, the switching valve has a flow groove formed by a rubber elastic member provided on the curved surface portion of the valve body. Therefore, unlike the conventional switching valve, the switching valve penetrates the rotating shaft core portion of the valve body. Since it is not necessary to perform any processing, it can be easily manufactured.
Moreover, in the preferable aspect of this invention, the said switching valve by which the said rubber elastic member is attached with respect to a valve body so that attachment or detachment is possible is preferable.
Thus, when it is set as the structure attached so that attachment or detachment is possible, it can replace | exchange for the rubber elastic member from which a material, a shape, etc. differ according to the property of a fluid, pressure sending, etc. Further, when the parts deteriorate over time, it is possible to replace only the rubber elastic member without replacing the entire valve body, and maintenance can be easily performed.
In addition, when the valve body is rotated to the first position, the second sealing portion that seals the second outlet port, or when the valve body is rotated to the second position, the first outlet port is sealed. It is preferable that at least one of the first sealing portion to be stopped is integrally extended from the rubber elastic member.
For example, when the valve body is rotated to the first position, the fluid outlet does not flow into the second fluid outlet because the fluid outlet and the second fluid outlet do not communicate with each other through the flow groove. However, when a pressure equal to or higher than atmospheric pressure is applied to the second outlet side, the fluid may flow backward from the second outlet side to the valve element side. In this regard, as described above, by providing the rubber elastic member with the first sealing portion or the second sealing portion that seals the first outlet or the second outlet, the fluid that has flowed backward is allowed to flow between the housing and the valve body. It is possible to prevent intrusion during the period.
As a specific configuration of the second sealing portion or the first sealing portion, the second sealing portion has a protruding portion that comes into contact with the periphery of the opening of the second outflow port while being elastically deformed. The second outlet is sealed, and the first sealing portion has a protrusion that contacts the periphery of the opening of the first outlet while being elastically deformed, and the first outlet is sealed by the protrusion. A configuration can be mentioned.
Moreover, it is preferable that the protrusions of the first sealing part and the second sealing part are formed lower than the endless protrusions of the rubber elastic member.
As described above, when the protrusions of the first sealing part and the second sealing part are formed lower than the endless protrusions of the rubber elastic member, the accommodating parts for the protrusions of the first sealing part and the second sealing part. The contact pressure with respect to the peripheral surface is smaller than that of the endless protrusion of the rubber elastic member. However, it is difficult to assume that the pressure of the fluid that flows backward is higher than the pressure of the fluid that flows in from the inlet, and thus the backward flow can be sufficiently prevented even if the contact pressure is low.
Thus, by reducing the contact pressure between the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion, the frictional force between the housing and the valve body that is generated when the valve body is rotated is reduced, and the valve body can be easily made. Can be rotated. Further, wear of the rubber elastic member can be suppressed.
The present invention can provide a switching valve that can be easily manufactured as compared with a conventional switching valve and that does not mix the fluid before switching with the fluid after switching when a different fluid is flowed.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
The size of the switching valve of the present invention is not limited, but in this embodiment, the switching valve is adapted to a so-called micro valve having a size of about (25 mm × 15 mm × 20 mm) to (15 mm × 8 mm × 10 mm). Will be described.

The
As shown in FIG. 1, the

The
The

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, an

As shown in FIG. 7A, the rubber
The rubber

Similarly, as illustrated in FIG. 8B, when the
In addition, the rotational position of the

As described above, the switching
As described above, the
Further, the switching
In addition, as the height of the
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a
The
As shown in FIG. 7D, the
The
Thus, when the
The

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the
In addition, the following structure can be mentioned as a modification of the
In the first modified example, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, the

In the above embodiment, there are two outlets, but three or more outlets may be formed.
