Description

The present invention relates to an electronic pen having a writing body that is detachably arranged in a shaft cylinder, a sandwiching member that sandwiches and holds the outer surface of the writing body with an elastic member, and the sandwiching member is expanded. The present invention relates to a mechanism that disposes the cursive body by disposing a slider having a top portion to be moved.

As a conventional technique, a method for holding a writing body of an electronic pen is provided in a shaft cylinder, by pressing the writing body directly into a plurality of ribs formed inside a cylindrical resin holder from the rear end of the writing body. Was retained.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-58558.

In an electronic pen that has a writing body that is detachably arranged in the shaft of the electronic pen, the writing is repeated when the ink in the writing body is used up or when the writing body is defective. There is an opportunity to change body.
In this case, it is difficult to manage the insertion / extraction force with the cursive body by the method of directly press-fitting the cursive body into the cylindrical resin holder in which a plurality of ribs are formed in the conventional method. It has become a thing that is difficult to remove cursive.
The reason for this is that the fitting force of the cursive body to the resin holder is closely related to the external dimensions of the cursive body and the inner dimensions of the ribs provided in the cylindrical resin holder. Had an effect on the insertion / extraction force.
In other words, no matter how strictly the inside dimensions of the ribs provided in the holder are managed, variation in the insertion / extraction force cannot be prevented if the external dimensions of the cursive material vary. In addition, since it must be considered as an exchangeable type, this value should be used so that the cursive body can be held stably even with the minimum diameter of commercially available cursive bodies (this time, the minimum diameter within the S6039-JIS standard was adopted). The inside dimensions of the ribs provided in the resin holder as a standard had to be determined. Therefore, of course, when a cursive body larger than the minimum diameter of the cursive body was installed, the fitting between the ribs provided in the holder and the cursive body became too tight, making it very difficult to remove when replacing the cursive body. .
That is, in the conventional method in which the cursive body is sandwiched between the plurality of ribs provided in the cylindrical resin holder, it is very difficult to manage the insertion / extraction force between the cylindrical resin holder and the cursive body.

In addition, because of the structure, the conventional press-fitting and fixing method of the cursive body into the cylindrical resin holder makes the holder and the cursive body an integral structure. When this occurs, the parts of the structure are squeezed and twisted, and the writing body may not be able to slide smoothly in the longitudinal axis direction.

The present invention relates to an electronic pen that detects the coordinates of a coordinate input device or an electronic pen that inputs coordinate data to a coordinate input device, and an electronic pen having a writing body for writing in an axial cylinder constituting the electronic pen. The curling member outer surface is clamped and held by an elastic clamping member to prevent the cursive body from falling off, and the clamp member is clamped and held on the outer surface of the shaft tube. A top portion for expanding the sandwiching member is provided in the shaft tube, and a slider connected to the top portion is disposed on the side surface of the shaft tube. Thus, the gist of the electronic pen is that the cursive body can be detached.

In the present invention, by holding the elastic body on the outer surface of the cursive body, even if there is a variation in the diameter of the cursive body, if it is within the S6039-JIS standard, the removal load at the time of replacement is constant. The pull-out load can be managed. In addition, by arranging a slider having a frame portion for expanding the sandwiching member on the side surface of the shaft cylinder, it is possible to separate the writing body from the electronic pen with a single touch. Replacement work has become easier.

An electronic pen having a writing body that is detachably arranged in the shaft tube, and holding the elastic member on the outer surface of the writing body to prevent the writing body from falling off, and against the clamping member The frame is connected to the slider for exposing the slider to a part of the outer surface of the shaft cylinder, and the clamping member is expanded, and the cursive part is clamped by moving the frame part. The cursive body can be detached by opening.

This embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
A writing body 3 containing ink for writing is provided on the inner shaft 2 slidably disposed inside the shaft cylinder 1. The middle shaft 2 is provided with a house 6 in which an electric device that detects and turns on and off the writing pressure of the writing body 3 is modularized. The house 6 holds a cursive clip 4 provided at the rear end of the cursive body 3, and an electric device (not shown) provided in the house 6 has a function of transmitting the pen pressure. The switch pusher 5 and the electrical device provided in the house 6 are formed with a receiving part 9 that can be fixed, and a part of the electrical device is a bullet that always urges the writing body toward the pen tip side. A member (not shown) is provided.
At the time of non-writing, the sensor 10 is not turned on between the switch pusher 5 and the pressure sensor 10 which is an electric device provided in the house 6 by the action of the elastic force of the elastic member. A space 50 is provided. Further, at the time of writing, the writing body 3 and the writing body clip 4 press the switch pusher 5 against the resilience of the projecting portion that urges the writing body 3 toward the pen tip side by the writing pressure. Disappears, the pressure sensor 10 is pressed, and the writing state is detected.
In this embodiment, the cursive clip 4 is a member having elasticity, and the cursive clip 4 takes advantage of the elastic characteristics, and there is no significant difference in the drawing load even if there is some variation in the diameter of the cursive body. It has become possible.

In the present embodiment, when the cursive body 3 is replaced, a cursive slider 7 is provided for releasing the cursive body 3 from the cursive body clip 4. Therefore, on the upper inclined part 4a of the cursive clip 4, the frame part 7a provided integrally with the slider 7 is pushed open to release the elastic force of the cursive clip 4, so that the cursive body 3 is drawn into the cursive body. It becomes possible to separate from the clip 4.

Note that the sliding direction of the cursive slider 7 at this time when the cursive body is opened is a direction in which the cursive body is slid to the cursive body side, but may be reversed depending on the shape of the upper inclined portion 4a.
Although not shown, it is also possible to open the cursive clip by rotating the slider in a direction perpendicular to the axis rather than the sliding direction of the cursive.
