Description

The present invention relates to a school bag that schoolchildren such as elementary school students put textbooks and other teaching materials on their backs.

。   Conventionally, the school bag has been formed of genuine leather or synthetic leather, and its upper surface opening can be attached to be opened and closed by a cover. Also, a belt attachment is attached to the upper center of the backrest, and the upper ends of the two left and right shoulder belts are attached to the belt attachment. Specifically, the folded piece portion provided at the upper end of each shoulder belt is inserted into each connecting ring attached to the belt fixture and folded to overlap the shoulder belt, and the folded portion adjacent to the folded portion. Each folded belt is attached to each connecting ring by sewing the folded piece portion and the shoulder belt along both side portions of the one portion. In this case, the edge part which opposes the folding | turning part in each folding piece part is not sewn on the backpack belt (for example, refer patent document 1).

On the other hand, recently, the school bag, which is the upper end part of the two shoulder belts, is held upward so that the school bag can be fitted to the body and the feeling of fatigue can be relieved. (For example, see Patent Document 1)
Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2004-237072 (page 3-4, FIGS. 1 and 2)

By the way, when the school bag is displayed on the storefront, the backpack is turned over so that it is placed over the cover. However, since the mounting portions of the both shoulder belts are held upward, the both shoulder belts bend and warp, and the edge facing the folded portion in the folded piece portion provided in the mounting portion There may be a gap between the belt and the shoulder belt. In this way, if the gap between the edge of the folded piece and the belt on the back is opened, it will not only look bad in the state where the school bag is displayed on the storefront, but the product value will decrease, and the child will enter the gap. There is a problem that there is a risk of mischief such as putting a finger to break.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it looks as if the school bag has been decorated at the store so that the gap between the end edge of the folded piece and the shoulder belt is not widened. An object of the present invention is to provide a school bag that can maintain a high commercial value without being inferior, and can eliminate the possibility of a child putting a finger.

In order to achieve such an object, the school bag of the present invention has a folded piece provided at the upper end of a backpack belt inserted into a connecting ring attached to a belt mount of a back support section and folded back to overlap the backpack belt. Then, the upper end portion of the backpack belt is attached to the connecting ring by sewing the folded piece portion and the backpack belt along both side portions of the folded piece portion adjacent to the folded portion. The folded back portion of the folded piece portion is fixed to the shoulder belt by a sealing means such as sewing, and the edge portion of the folded piece portion and the shoulder portion of the folded piece portion are fixed. It is configured so that a gap between the belt and the belt is not opened.

In this case, the sealing means is configured such that the sewing thread is applied to the backpack belt so that the sewing thread is applied to the backpack belt, or the end portion of the folded piece is sewn to the backpack belt, or the small piece is folded back to the back piece belt. It is preferable that the small piece is fixed to the folded piece portion and the back belt while being overlapped so as to be applied to the back belt.

In the present invention, the end edge portion of the folded piece portion that faces the folded portion is fixed to the shoulder belt by sealing means such as sewing, so the edge portion of the folded piece portion and the shoulder belt It can be closed so as not to open a gap between. Therefore, there is an effect that it is possible to maintain a high commercial value without inferior appearance in the state where the school bag is displayed on the storefront, and it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the child puts a finger.

Further, the sealing means may be configured such that the sewing thread is applied from the folded piece portion to the shoulder belt, and the end portion of the folded piece portion is sewn to the shoulder belt, or the small piece is carried from the folded piece portion. When the belt is overlapped with the belt and the small pieces are fixed to the folded piece portion and the back belt, the fixing portion, for example, the sewing thread is directed in substantially the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the back belt. Therefore, even if the backpack belt is strongly bent along the longitudinal direction and a strong bending force is applied to the backpack belt, stretchability remains in that direction, and the backpack belt may be bent at the fixing portion. There is little effect, and it has the effect of maintaining the original function of fitting to the body and relieving fatigue.

Hereinafter, the school bag according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a school bag R according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a belt attachment part. The school bag R is formed of genuine leather or synthetic leather, and when the schoolchild carries the back, the back rest part 1 that contacts the back of the school child and the collar part 2 that surrounds the periphery that leaves the upper edge behind the back rest part 1 and the collar The front plate part 3 covering the rear open surface of the part 2 is formed into a box shape having an open upper surface. Further, a cover lid 4 that covers the open upper surface and the rear surface of the front plate portion 3 is connected to the upper end edge of the backrest portion 1. A key metal (not shown) is attached to the underline edge of the cover 4, and the key metal can be freely engaged with or disengaged from a lock metal (not shown) attached to the bottom surface of the flange 2. It can be unlocked.

A belt attachment 5 is provided at the upper center of the front surface of the backrest 1, and a pair of shoulder belts 6, 6 are attached to the belt attachment 5 so as to hang on the shoulders through the arms when carrying the backpack R on the back. Further, the back support 1 is provided with a cushion material (not shown) for providing cushioning and stability when it hits the back, and a skin material 7 made of genuine leather or synthetic leather on the front side thereof. Is pasted. Further, the covering lid 4 is also formed of real leather or synthetic leather, and is integrally connected by superposing and sewing so as to partially overlap the upper end portion of the backrest portion 1. Then, the fabric 8 is attached to the overlapping portion by sewing the peripheral edge thereof, and the fabric 8 is provided with a horizontal cut 9 through which the belt attachment 5 is inserted. Is done. Then, the screw 10 is screwed to the center portion and both side portions, respectively, and the belt attachment 5 is fixed to the backrest portion 1.

Next, the belt fixture 5 will be described. The belt fixture 5 is composed of a fixture main body 11 formed in a horizontally long flat shape by a synthetic resin material. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 4, the fixture body 11 has an opening 12 on the top surface and a cavity 13 formed therein. In the hollow portion 13, a pair of arm members 14, 14 made of a synthetic resin material are arranged on both the left and right sides so as to be symmetric, and the upper end side protrudes upward from the opening 12. Each arm member 14 is provided with an insertion hole 15 extending in the left-right direction at the upper end thereof. Each insertion hole 15 is formed in an elliptical shape having a long horizontal cross section.

On the other hand, a shaft hole 17 into which a projection 16 projecting from the rear inner surface of the fixture main body 11 is inserted in the lower end portion of each arm member 14. As a result, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), both arm members 14, 14 are pivotally mounted around the protrusions 16, 16 so as to be swingable to the left and right. In addition, torsion springs 18 that are elastic means are respectively arranged outside the arm members 14 and 14. One end of each torsion spring 18 is inserted into a support hole 19 provided on the rear inner surface of the fixture body 11, and the other end contacts the outer surface of the arm member 14. Are always biased toward the center side, that is, the distance between them is reduced. A hanging ring 20 for attaching to the wall or the like when the school bag R is not used is attached to the center upper portion of the hollow portion 13.

A connecting ring 21 for attaching and carrying the shoulder belt 6 is attached to the insertion hole 15 at the upper end of each arm member 14. Each connecting ring 21 is formed in a substantially quadrangular shape in which a wire having a predetermined diameter is bent and the upper portion is inclined downward toward the outside. That is, the fixing hooks 21b and 21b which are perpendicular to the side hooks 21a and are positioned in a straight line and are opposed to each other are integrally provided inside the lower ends of the parallel side hooks 21a and 21a. The front ends of the fixing flanges 21b and 21b are formed flat by pressing. Moreover, the upper collar part 21c by which the upper end part of the shoulder belt 6 is attached is provided in the upper part between both side collar parts 21a and 21a. Each upper collar portion 21c is integrally provided with a holding plate 22 protruding upward at the center thereof. Each holding plate 22 is provided with a recess 23 at the upper edge.

Then, each connecting collar 21 b is attached to each arm member 14 by inserting each fixing rod 21 b from both ends into the insertion hole 15 at the upper end of each arm member 14. Moreover, you may make it shape | mold each arm member 14 and the connection ring 21 by insert molding. Each connecting ring 21 is held in an upright state, and each holding plate 22 is also held in an upright state. Thus, the shoulder belt 6 is attached to each connecting ring 21 attached to each arm member 14.

As shown in FIG. 5, each shoulder belt 6 comprises a surface material 6a made of genuine leather or synthetic leather and a lining material 6b made of a foamed resin layer and thin leather or synthetic leather, and the outer surface 6a and the lining material 6b are bonded together. Is formed by sewing with a thin sewing thread 24. Further, a substantially rectangular folded piece portion 25 made of the outer material 6a is provided to extend at the upper end portion of each shoulder belt 6. A mounting hole 26a for inserting a collar 28, which will be described later, is opened at substantially the center of the folded piece 25, and the mounting hole 26a is also opened on the back belt 6 at a position corresponding to the mounting hole 26a.

Therefore, the folded piece 25 provided at the upper end of the backpack 6 is inserted into the connecting ring 21 and the folded piece 24 is folded back to be superposed on the backpack 6. At this time, the holding plate 22 is sandwiched between the folded piece portion 25 and the shoulder belt 6, and the recessed portion 23 of the holding plate 22 is aligned with the mounting holes 26 a and 26 a. Further, an auxiliary leather material 27 made of genuine leather or synthetic leather is attached to the surface of the belt 6 on the upper end portion of the belt 6 from the surface of the folded piece 25 to the surface of the belt 6. The auxiliary skin material 27 is also provided with attachment holes 26b at positions corresponding to the attachment holes 26a. Then, the flanges 28 are inserted into the mounting holes 26a and 26b and fixed by caulking.

Further, the folded piece portion 25 and the shoulder belt 6 are sewn together with the auxiliary leather material 27 along the both side portions of the folded piece portion 25 adjacent to the folded portion 25a of the folded piece portion 25 with a thick sewing thread 29. To do. Further, an end edge portion 25b of the folded piece portion 25 that faces the folded portion 25a is sewn to the shoulder belt 6 with a thick sewing thread 30 as a sealing means. At this time, the thick sewing thread 30 is located at one central portion of the folded piece portion 25 so that the end portion 25b of the folded piece portion 25 covers the back belt 6 from the folded piece portion 25 to the shoulder belt 6. 6 is sewn. Thereby, the clearance gap S between the edge part 25b of the folding piece part 25 and the backpack 6 is prevented from opening.

Thus, as shown in FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b), the respective belts are formed, and the upper ends thereof are attached to the respective connecting rings 21. A plurality of position adjustment holes (not shown) are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the lower end portions of the shoulder belts 6 and 6, and the lower end portions of the auxiliary belts provided on the bottom surface of the flange portion 2. It is adapted to be hooked to a latch (not shown).

The school bag R according to the present invention has the above configuration, and the operation will be described next. When the schoolchild carries the school bag R, each connecting ring 21 does not rotate forward about the fixing hook portion 21b at the lower end as shown in FIG. 7, but stands up and is held almost upward. That is, the upper collar portion 21c of each connecting ring 21 to which each shoulder belt 6 is attached is positioned above the upper end portion of each arm member 14.

Thereby, each shoulder belt 6 is pulled to the rear side, that is, the school bag R side by the height. In other words, the school bag R is pulled to the back side of the schoolchild. That is, it is difficult for the school bag R to tilt away from the back, and the center of gravity of the school bag R is separated from the back, and the school bag R gradually falls with the displacement of the respective shoulder belts 6. When the school bag R is carried in such a state, the school bag R is pulled obliquely upward, and the center of gravity of the school bag R is not separated from the back. As a result, the backrest 1 is kept in close contact with the back and does not feel heavy, resulting in less fatigue and a good usability.

On the other hand, for example, when the school bag R according to the present invention is displayed on a storefront, the two belts 6 and 6 are turned over and hooked along the cover 4 as shown in FIG. At this time, since the end edge portion 25b of the folded piece portion 25 facing the folded portion 25a is sewn to the shoulder belt 6 with the thick sewing thread 30, the edge portion 25b of the folded piece portion 25 and the shoulder belt 6 are folded. It is possible to close the gap S so as not to open. Therefore, the high merchandise value can be maintained without inferior the appearance of the school bag R, and the possibility that the child puts a finger can be eliminated.

Further, the end portion 25b of the folded piece 25 is sewn to the shoulder belt 6 so that the thick sewing thread 30 is applied to the shoulder belt 6 from the folded piece 25. The direction of the thick sewing thread 30 is directed to the longitudinal direction of the belt 6 which is almost on the back. Therefore, even if the backpack 6 is strongly bent along the longitudinal direction and a strong bending force is applied to the backpack 6, the stretchability remains in that direction. There is almost no risk of bending, and the original function of fitting to the body and relieving fatigue can be maintained.

Incidentally, when the folded piece 25 and the shoulder belt 6 are sewn along the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the shoulder belt 6, that is, in a transverse manner, the sewing thread as the fixing portion is the longitudinal length of the shoulder belt 6. Difficult to stretch along the direction. For this reason, when the shoulder belt 6 is strongly bent as described above, there is a high risk that the belt 6 will be bent from the fixing portion.
