Abstract
Description
The present invention provides a transfer coating that can prevent transfer of unnecessary portions when transferring a coating film for correction, an adhesive for adhesion, a coating film for decoration, etc. coated on the surface of a transfer tape substrate to a transfer surface. The present invention belongs to the technical field of film transfer methods and sheets used therefor.
However, in the case of changing the transfer width by changing the tip width of the head, the end face of the coating film does not follow the head width and the transfer state is very bad. Further, in the case where a plurality of types of tape widths are mounted in the same cartridge, there is a complaint that the size of the cartridge becomes large. Furthermore, for those in which the coating film itself was processed into a specific shape, there was a complaint that it was necessary to have a plurality of types of cartridges in order to align the types of transfer coating film shapes.
In addition, when using the correction tape cartridge, the deletion of only one of the continuously arranged characters is achieved by the user's proficiency, and the user with a low proficiency level is achieved by a single operation. It was difficult.
In addition, when using a tape glue cartridge, when transferring to the end of the transfer object, the tape glue may protrude and adhere to other places than the transfer object. There was a problem that a dummy transfer object had to be placed at the end of the transfer object. (The dummy transfer object is usually discarded as dust after the transfer operation is completed.)
The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned dissatisfaction, that is, even a user with a low level of proficiency can easily transfer a target shape to a target location, and can be used multiple times. It is an object of the present invention to provide a film transfer method and a sheet used therefor.
The present invention
A sheet having at least one or more holes having a specific shape and having a release treatment applied to a surface portion other than the holes is placed on the transfer target,
A transfer coating film, wherein the transfer coating film is transferred onto the transfer target body by transferring the transfer coating film onto the transfer target body by a coating film transfer unit from the sheet surface. A transfer method of
A transfer sheet used for the transfer method, wherein the surface of a transparent plastic film is subjected to a release treatment, and at least one or more holes having a specific shape are formed. Solved the problem.
In addition, on a sheet whose surface has been subjected to a release treatment, a transfer object smaller than the sheet is placed,
Using the coating film transfer tool provided with the transfer coating film, the coating film transfer tool is moved across the end surface of the transfer object in the width direction of the transfer coating film by moving the coating film transfer tool. By the transfer coating film transfer method characterized in that the transfer coating film is transferred along the end portion of the transfer product, the above-mentioned problems associated with the transfer to the end portion of the transfer object have been solved.
According to the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, transfer with a plurality of widths and shapes can be performed with one transfer sheet. As a result, in the case of the correction tape cartridge, it is possible to easily erase only one character among the continuous characters. Further, in the case of a tape glue cartridge, even if a strong adhesive type tape glue is used, the same effect as that of a slightly adhesive type tape glue can be obtained by performing transfer in many small areas.
Furthermore, according to the invention of claim 5, by forming a frame on the transfer sheet, it is possible to prevent wrinkles, deformations and breaks from occurring in the transfer sheet having a hole with a specific shape, and also ease of use. Get better. Further, according to the invention of claim 6, by using the sheet mounted in the cartridge, the transfer width can be changed with one cartridge, and it is not necessary to arrange a plurality of tape width cartridges. become. Further, according to the seventh aspect of the invention, there is an advantage that it is possible to transfer beautifully (without a dummy transfer object) to the end of the transfer object.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described.
Examples of the transparent plastic film used for the transfer sheet of the present invention include synthetic resin films such as polyethylene, polyester, polyamide, polyimide, polycarbonate, ethylene-propylene copolymer, and polyvinyl chloride. Further, the thickness of the plastic film is preferably 12 μm to 75 μm, more preferably 25 μm to 50 μm.
If the thickness is less than the above range, wrinkles are likely to occur on the transfer sheet during coating film transfer, and the coating film cannot be transferred sufficiently to the shape and portion to be transferred. Further, when the thickness is larger than the above range, the step becomes large, and the coating film is difficult to be sufficiently contacted with the transfer target. In some cases, such as a problem that the cutting performance does not follow.
As a method for applying the release treatment layer in the present invention, a known multi-stage roll coater, direct gravure coater, bar coater, die coater, air knife coater or the like is appropriately used.
Examples of the material for forming the release treatment layer in the present invention include release materials such as silicone resins and fluorine resins. Specifically, crosslinkable functional groups such as vinyl groups are provided at the molecular ends and side chains. Examples thereof include a silicone resin comprising a linear polyorganosiloxane.
Moreover, a known crosslinking agent may be used for the crosslinking reaction. Examples of the crosslinking agent include organohydrogenpolysiloxane. The platinum catalyst used for the crosslinking reaction may be a known one, and examples thereof include chloroplatinic acid, alcohol compounds of chloroplatinic acid, and aldehyde compounds.
As thickness of a mold release process layer, 5-40 micrometers, More preferably, 10-30 micrometers is desirable. If the thickness is smaller than the above range, the release effect may not be sufficiently obtained and may not be able to withstand many uses. If the thickness is larger than the above range, the amount of the release treatment agent used may be This increases the cost, which is uneconomical, and increases the thickness of the entire transfer sheet, thus reducing the transferability of the coating film.
A method for producing the transfer sheet is as follows.
A silicone resin coating solution is applied to the surface of a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 50 μm with a Mayer bar and dried and cured at 150 ° C. for 100 seconds to form a release treatment layer having a thickness of 20 μm after drying and curing. Make a release-treated film. This is cut into a commercially available template-like size (for example, about 10 cm long × 15 cm wide), and a hole having a plurality of specific shapes is formed to complete the transfer sheet. In addition, the part shown with the oblique line in FIG.1 (b) has shown the mold release process layer.
Next, a basic sheet configuration and a method of using the same when it is desired to make the transfer width and shape variable in the case of claims 1 to 5 will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a basic configuration diagram of a transfer sheet S of the present invention. When the transfer width and shape are desired to be variable, as described above, a hole H (single or plural) as shown in FIG. 1A is formed in the transfer sheet having a release treatment layer on the surface. Is.
FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment of the present invention. At the time of transfer, as shown in FIG. 2, the sheet S <b> 1 is placed on the transfer target P, and transfer is performed with the coating film transfer tool 10 from above any sheet hole shape h <b> 1.
At this time, since the surface of the sheet S1 is subjected to a mold release treatment, the coating film is not adhered to the sheet S1, and the hole shape h1 of the sheet S1 (the portion where the coating film is in contact with the transfer target) is formed. The coating film is transferred to the transfer target P in the copied shape. As a general rule, it is assumed that the width of the transfer coating film is larger than the width of the hole of the specific shape. The remaining coating film non-transferred portion 40 is generated.
Note that the hatched portion in FIG. 2B shows the coating film 30 transferred to the transfer object.
Next, a method shown in FIG. 3 will be described as a second embodiment of a transfer method using a transfer sheet.
In the second embodiment, the transfer sheet S2 is made of a transparent material.
As shown in FIG. 3, a predetermined transfer length can be obtained by performing transfer in the direction of the width W of the hole. In addition, by making the sheet S2 transparent, the transfer position can be easily positioned. As a result, appropriate transfer to a relatively fine part (for example, one character in a sentence) becomes possible.
Other structures and operations / effects are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Next, FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment in which transfer is performed using a transfer sheet S3 having a dot-like hole shape.
When the coating film transfer tool is pressed and moved from above the transfer sheet S3 provided with a plurality of dot-shaped holes h3, a transfer such as the coating film 330 transferred in a dot shape is performed on the transfer object P. Is called. And the coating-film transfer tool 10 winds up the coating-film non-transfer part 340 after transferring in dot shape with a base tape.
Using a strong adhesive type adhesive tape of a tape glue cartridge, when performing dot-like (divided into small areas) transfer with this form of transfer sheet, the adhesive force per unit area in the transfer part is small, Slight adhesion type adhesive strength can be obtained.
Next, with reference to FIG. 5, the structure when the frame is formed around the plastic film according to claim 5 of the present invention will be described as a fourth embodiment.
The frame material is preferably a plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene and has a thickness of 0.5 to 2 mm (practically around 1 mm is optimal). By using such a thickness, it is possible to improve the usability of the transfer sheet by preventing the transfer sheet made of a thin plastic film from being wrinkled, broken or deformed. A conventionally known method may be used for bonding the transfer sheet and the frame. As an example, the transfer sheet S4 in FIG. 5 is a transfer sheet in which a frame is adhered without using an adhesive around a functional film having a mold release effect and adhesiveness to a smooth surface. It is a sheet.
However, it is needless to say that an adhesive margin may be provided around the transfer sheet, and an adhesive may be applied to the transfer sheet to closely contact the frame.
Next, a configuration and usage method when a sheet is mounted in a coating film transfer tool according to claim 6 of the present invention will be described as a fifth embodiment.
In this fifth embodiment, a hole h5 narrower than the tape width of the coating film transfer tool is formed in the transfer sheet S5 having a release treatment layer on the surface, and the transfer sheet S5 is coated with a coating film as shown in FIG. The transfer tool 110 is mounted. In the normal state, the transfer sheet S5 is stored in the coating film transfer cartridge, and when the transfer sheet S5 is pulled out and transferred, the coating film having the width of the transfer sheet hole is transferred.
A detailed method of using the coating film transfer tool 110 and the transfer sheet S5 of the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
First, as shown in FIG. 7A, the transfer sheet S5 is pulled out from the coating film transfer tool until the tip of the hole h5 comes out. Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, a transfer operation is performed by pressing the transfer sheet S5 and the coating film transfer tool 110 onto the transfer object P.
The transcription start position can be freely adjusted. For example, FIG. 7C shows a state of transfer when the position in the middle of the hole is set as the transfer start position, but the transfer may be started just from the tip of the hole.
With the movement of the coating film transfer tool 110, the transfer sheet S5 is pulled out of the coating film transfer tool 110 by the amount moved. Therefore, in this case, the transfer can be performed by the length of the transfer sheet S5 mounted in the coating film transfer tool 110.
In this embodiment, since the hole width of the sheet S5 is narrower than the coating film width, the coating film untransferred portion 540 remains after the transfer, and is wound into the coating film transfer tool 110 together with the base material.
Other configurations and usage methods are the same as those in the first embodiment.
Finally, referring to FIG. 8, a sixth embodiment according to the seventh aspect of the present invention, which can transfer to the end of the transfer object, will be described.
Here, a transfer object P6 smaller than the transfer sheet S6 is placed on the transfer sheet S6 having a release treatment layer on the surface, and the transfer object P6 is formed using the coating film transfer tool 10 having the transfer coating film. The transfer coating film is transferred along the end portion of the transfer object P6 by moving the coating film transfer tool 10 so as to protrude from the transfer object P6 in the width direction of the transfer coating film across the end surface. As a result, the transfer coating film is clearly transferred to the end of the transfer object P6, and the portion protruding from the end of the transfer object P6 is not transferred to the transfer sheet S6 with the release treatment layer, The coating film untransferred portion 640 remaining without being transferred is wound together with the base material tape of the coating film transfer tool 10. Note that the blacked out portion in FIG. 8B is the coating film 630 transferred to the end of the transfer target P6. This transfer method is particularly convenient, for example, when gluing an envelope.
As described above, since the release sheet surface is subjected to the mold release treatment, the coating film is not transferred, and the coating film transfer is performed only at the portion where the transferred portion and the coating film are in contact. When the transfer sheet is placed on the upper side of the object, the transfer width and shape can be easily changed. When the transfer sheet is placed on the lower side of the object to be transferred, up to the end of the object to be transferred (dummy transfer object) It is possible to transfer beautifully (without things). In addition, since the coating film is not transferred to the transfer sheet surface, the transfer sheet can be used a plurality of times.
